e-Trade Payment system has been transformed by quickly and effectively. The e-trade Payment system such as TradeCard System, Bolero Surf, Identrus Eleanor and e-Escrow and e-letter of Credit issued by SWIFT System enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers. This paper studies for SWIFT, Surf, TradeCard, Eleanor, e-Escrow as international trade payment, As reason following : The First, Bolero is a neutral secure platform enabling paperless trading between exporter, importer, and their logistics service and bank partners, insurance company. The Second, TradeCard is to manage procurement-to-payment worldwide, that is exporter, importer and connected partners, paperless platform. The Third, Identrus is the global leader in trusted identity solutions, recognized by global financial institutions, commercial organizations and bank partners around the world. The Forth, Escrow payment have effect to L/C issue and enter into electronic contracts in internet bank. Trader practice use Escrow Bank as the same bank that rules to Issuing Bank and Advising Bank and payment, acceptance. This paper of these electronic payment have studies new international trade payment to approach such as eUCP rules and TradeCard System, Surf of bolero, eleanor of Identrus, SWIFT.

The Electropia system is a practical model based on up-to-date CALS/EC technologies to support major Korean Electronic Manufacturers to cooperate in designing, purchasing and marketing processes. With this system, they could develop common parts, enhance their logistics and procurement capability, and provide more convenience to customers in their buying processes. This system is expected to raise the productivity and reduce material and marketing cost, which will essentially help to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean Electronic Industries.

In this research, a new Test and Evaluation (T&E) procedure for defense AI systems is proposed to fill the existing gap in established methodologies. This proposed concept incorporates a data-based performance evaluation, allowing for independent assessment of AI model efficacy. It then follows with an on-site T&E using the actual AI system. The performance evaluation approach adopts the project promotion framework from the defense acquisition system, outlining 10 steps for R&D projects and 9 steps for procurement projects. This procedure was crafted after examining AI system testing standards and guidelines from both domestic and international civilian sectors. The validity of each step in the procedure was confirmed using real-world data. This study's findings aim to offer insightful guidance in defense T&E, particularly in developing robust T&E procedures for defense AI systems.

This paper is to propose the Direction for the institutional improvement of Financial Supply Chain Management(FSCM) Solution which are currently coming into operation under Global e-Trading Platform. The Financial Supply Chain compromise the entire trade processes and information that manage a trader's cash, Accounts payable and receivable, Risk, working capital, and so on in international trade transaction. From a buyer's perspective, this involves the full procurement-to-payment process. For the seller, it is the order-to-cash cycle. Bolero provides the party concerned a e-trade platform which conformed to these fundamental pre-requisites to underpin fully electronic trade. But this FSCM solution have failed to provide the efficient platform to effectively manage the process of Global e-Trade because it does not correspond with e-Trade environment. Therefore, present FSCM system need the institutional improvement as follows: AA) Strengthening the role of the correspondent Bank under e-Trade System, BB) Extending the function of e-Trade intermediary institution, CC) The introduction of Trade Insurance System, etc. So, by streamlining and automating these processes on an open and flexible platform, The party concerned can optimize their trade transaction and maintain better relations with their business partners

Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.

기업간 거래에서 다수의 공급자-수요자간 거래대상자의 선택을 인터넷(Internet)상의 e-Marketplace 시스템을 통해 효율화할 수 있을 것이다. 구매기업 중심의 공급자 선택이나 구매/조달에는 e-Procurement 시스템이 적절할 수 있다. 또한, 거래대상자의 선택이나 계약과정 이후, 다수의 공급자-수요자간 여러 협력관계 속에서 거래 물량의 효율적인 공급과 운송을 위한 시스템 기능 역시 필요한 것이다. 지능형 에이전트를 비롯한 지능형 시스템은 인터넷 거래상에서 공급자-수요자간 경쟁이나 선택 또는 거래절차의 처리에 대해 활용방안이 제안되고 범위를 넓혀 가고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본고에서는, 공급자-수요자간 경쟁이나 선택과정의 다음 단계에 필요한, 다수의 공급자-수요자간 실제 거래 물량의 공급을 위한 최적 공급망운영(supply chain operation) 시스템을 지능형 에이젼트 체계를 활용하여 구성하였다.

The first wave of e-government projects dating from the early 1990s primarily focused on setting up national and global information infrastructure, internal organizational reform, digital procurement, and the digital delivery of government services to citizens. Most of these e-Government projects have concentrated on the development of systems focusing on strengthening the formal agencies and institutions of government. To date, despite many theoretical and empirical studies on citizen involvement in terms of governance, relatively little attention has been paid to developing e-government systems with a focus on improving citizen involvement, which we call e-governance systems. This paper discusses the characteristics of the e-governance systems, identifies core requirements for its development, and suggests an e-governance system architecture that can satisfy the core requirements.

This paper is based on the suggestions of the prior research on the buyer feedback, the selection of various product options, and the payment procedure improvements for Korea ON-line E-Procurement System(KONEPS), and this is to confirm the necessity of improvement and satisfaction from the viewpoint of the workers of the public and subordinate organizations the purchasing and using of the computer equipment in the actual KONEPS(Korea ON-line E-Procurement System). Based on the basic questionnaires and in-depth interviews, this paper conducts the qualitative case studies on IT and non - IT workers who had purchasing experiences for equipment at public institutions and government agencies in Gyeongbuk province. As results of the study, it was confirmed that the improvement is necessary for the buyer feedback and option selection part, and that there is a difference among the work experience for the simplification of the payment procedure and the satisfaction. In addition, the biggest contribution in the provided research is to categorize and to analyze the opinions on the use of public and relevant subordinate research participants. Additional work will be needed for a large number of workers in public and subordinate organizations who have purchasing experiences for handling various procurement products and those working in the metropolitan area and other public and subordinate agencies.

A clearly defined e-catalog (or product) information is a key foundation for an e-commerce system. A classification (or categorization) is a core information to build clear e-catalogs, can play an important role in quality of e-commerce systems using e-catalogs. However, as the wide use of online business transactions, the volume of e-catalog information that needs to be managed in a system has become drastically large, and the classification task of such data has become highly complex. In this paper, we present an e-catalog classifier system, and report on our effort to improve an e-catalog management process and to standardize e-catalogs for enterprises by use of automated approach for e-catalog classifier systems. Also we introduce some of the issues that we have experienced in the projects, so that our work may help those who do a similar project in the future.

This paper belongs in a literature of sustainablity policy determination. This paper offers an actual status and explanation to corporate social responsibility of SMEs in Korea. This study examines CSR situation focused on developing mechanisms to enable the SMEs sector. Firstly, this study suggests introducing the third-party professional assurance service on sustainablity reports and/or asking global accreditation such as ISO14001 and ISO26000 when entry as a provider in government e-procurement system. Secondly, this study introduce the CSR Committee headed by the CEO and coordinates group-wide committees to discuss the CSR Guidelines. Third, because CSR does not only have to do with the SMEs, but pertains to the local community and business partner, this study offered the opportunity to work with large companies in aspects of CSR.
