  • From the growth of Internet technology, many e-commerce principles have been introduced in airline industry. The computer reservation systems(CRS) is the first real-time business application and considered as the earliest examples of e-commerce. In airlines, the early e-business activity was to build the web site for providing flight information to customers. Recently, many airlines are expanding the capability of the web site for selling tickets on the web to make use of the cheaper distribution channel. In this paper, we focus on the impacts of airline e-business being implemented in airline distribution channels. Using the conjoint analysis, we suggest a model for estimating the change of market sales for each distribution channel. With the empirical survey, we can find some implications on the e-business strategy and the effective internet marketing tools for airlines.

  • The partial cDNA of the MT-c clone encoding snake venom metalloprotease was subcloned and expressed in E. coli. The expressed metalloprotease was purified by affinity chromatography in the presence of urea, and then successfully refolded into its functional form, retaining metalloprotease activity that hydrolyzes fibrinogen. The simple and convenient refolding strategy established in this work was highly efficient in recovering the recombinant enzyme activity. Experimental evidence suggests that the C-terminal amino acid stretch of 16 residues is a critical sequence for proper folding of the metalloprotease domain.

  • In this paper, we propose the adaptive Odd/Even Multi-shell Median Filter(adaptive O/E MMF) to improve the defect that Modified Multi-shell Median Filter(MMMF) can not recover missing lines of vertical and cross direction. This filter uses odd/even multi-shells and new proposed threshold strategy The performance of the proposed filter is evaluated over image 'airfield 'by using MATLAB. As the proposed threshold strategy eliminate the number of redundant replacement, it suppresses impulse noise and recovers missing lines.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the school life satisfaction of middle school students according to self-directed learning capability and emotion regulation strategy. The subject of this study were 499 middle school students in Daegu. In order to analyze the data, two way ANOVA were employed for analysis and $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test for post-hoc analysis. The main finding of this study were as follows; First, there were significant differences in the school life satisfaction of middle school students according to self-directed learning capability and behavioral emotion regulation strategy. Second, there were significant differences in the school life satisfaction of middle school students by cognitive emotion regulation strategy. But there were no significant differences in the school life satisfaction according to self-directed learning capability and cognitive emotion regulation strategy. Third, there were significant differences in the school life satisfaction of middle school students according to negative avoidant and emotion regulation strategy. However there were no significant differences in the school life satisfaction according to self-directed learning capability and negative avoidant emotion regulation strategy.

  • DRM(Digital Rights Management) is essential for the copy right protection of eBooks based on ePub 3.0 by IDPF. In this paper, we developed eBSS(eBook Service System) as ePub 3.0 builder and viewer system with DRM and proposed an efficient DRM method which improves the performance of contents generation, security and distribution system. The efficient application of DRM method to the eBook contents based on ePub 3.0 for smart phone is practically useful for eBook service system. It is very useful for the suggested eBSS with DRM method and strategy to apply easily and practically to the encryption and decryption of the eBook contents. Also, it is very efficient to generate the ePub 3.0 contents and to apply DRM method to it especially, by using practically this suggested ePub 3.0 builder system from the view point of the eBook content generation and its viewer such as eBook reader for user and eBook providers.

  • The knowledge based economy requires more and more people to learn new knowledge and skills in a timely and effective manner. These needs and new technology such as computer and Internet are fueling a transition in e-learning. We did the case study of K company, which is leading the business to business e-learning in Korea. We investigated prior studies about e-learning and deduced the major variables composed of learner, tutor, infrastructure, contents, and practice. And then we suggested the successful way of doing the operation for the company's e-learning. We hope that this research will help the companies that have introduced or consider the adoption of e-learning.
