HcNPV DNA genome 을 제한효소 EcoRI 으로 절단하여 그들의 일부 절편을 pUC8 vector 에 cloning 한 후 E. coli JM 83 세포에 형질 전환시켰다. 이 결과 24 개의 EcoRI 절편중 12 개의 절편이 cloning 되었다. 이들 제조합체중 4 개는 eNP-O, eNP-Q, eNP-R, eNP-S 라 명명하였다. 또한 이들 제조합체의 외래 유전자 발현을 SDS-PAGE 에 의해 단백질 패턴을 분석하였다. 그 결과 제조합체 eNP-O, eNP-Q, eNP-R 에서는 E. coli JM 83 숙주세포의 단백질 밴드와 비교하여 다른 분자량을 갖는 밴드가 나타났다.

Let X be a completely regular Hausdorff space, and E and F be Banach spaces. Let $C_{rc}(X,E)$ be the Banach space of all continuous functions $f:X{\rightarrow}E$ such that f(X) is a relatively compact set in E. We establish an integral representation theorem for bounded linear operators $T:C_{rc}(X,E){\rightarrow}F$. We characterize continuous operators from $C_{rc}(X,E)$, provided with the strict topologies ${\beta}_z(X,E)$ ($z={\sigma},{\tau}$) to F, in terms of their representing operator-valued measures.

Let V be an arbitrary system of weights on an open connected subset G of ${\mathbb{C}}^N(N{\geq}1)$ and let B (E) be the Banach algebra of all bounded linear operators on a Banach space E. Let $HV_b$ (G, E) and $HV_0$ (G, E) be the weighted locally convex spaces of vector-valued analytic functions. In this paper, we characterize self-analytic mappings ${\phi}:G{\rightarrow}G$ and operator-valued analytic mappings ${\Psi}:G{\rightarrow}B(E)$ which generate weighted composition operators and invertible weighted composition operators on the spaces $HV_b$ (G, E) and $HV_0$ (G, E) for different systems of weights V on G. Also, we obtained compact weighted composition operators on these spaces for some nice classes of weights.

The performances of the CRAYT3E and CRAYC90 were compared in the point of aerodynamics. The CRAYC90 with and without the highest vector option was run, respectively. The CRAYT3E was run with various processors (from 1pe to 32pes). The communication utilities of MPI and SHMEM were used to inform the boundary data to the other processors. The DADI Euler solver, which is implicit scheme and use central difference method, was used. The domain decomposition method was also used. As the result, the CRAYC90 with the highest vector option is 5.7 times faster than the CRAYT3E with 1 processor. However, because of the scalability of the CRAYT3E, the CRAYT3E with more than 6 processors is faster than CRAYC90. In case that 32 processors used, the CRAYT3E is 6 times faster than CRAYC90 with the highest vector option.

Let $E{\rightarrow}M$ be an arbitrary vector bundle of rank k over a Riemannian manifold M equipped with a fiber metric and a compatible connection $D^E$. R. Albuquerque constructed a general class of (two-weights) spherically symmetric metrics on E. In this paper, we give a characterization of locally symmetric spherically symmetric metrics on E in the case when $D^E$ is flat. We study also the Einstein property on E proving, among other results, that if $k{\geq}2$ and the base manifold is Einstein with positive constant scalar curvature, then there is a 1-parameter family of Einstein spherically symmetric metrics on E, which are not Ricci-flat.

e-insensitive support vector regression(e-SVR) is capable of providing more complete description of the linear and nonlinear relationships among random variables. In this paper we propose an iterative reweighted least squares(IRWLS) procedure to solve the quadratic problem of e-SVR with a modified loss function. Furthermore, we introduce the generalized approximate cross validation function to select the hyperparameters which affect the performance of e-SVR. Experimental results are then presented which illustrate the performance of the IRWLS procedure for e-SVR.

감자 polyphenol oxidase의 구리결합지역 DNA와 histidine 다량 함유 인공 펩타이드를 암호화하는 DNA를 대장균 벡터에 각각 클로닝하여 발현시킨 후 대장균 내의 구리함량 증감을 조사하였다. Polyphenol oxidase의 구리결합지역 DNA를 포함하는 PPOCBpET32 벡터를 함유하는 균주의 경우는 벡터를 함유하지 않는 대장균 대조구보다 오히려 구리 함량이 약간 감소하여 약 600ppm의 간을 보여주어, 감자 polyphenol oxidase 구리결합지역의 대장균 내에서의 발현이 구리 함량 증가에 기여하지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 반면에 한 개의 hexahistidine 단위 DNA를 포함하는 pET28a 벡터 함유 대장균 균주를 knamycin 미첨가 배지에서 배양한 경우에는 구리 함량이 약 2,500ppm으로 높게 나타났다. 한편 hexahistidine 9개로 구성된 polyhistidine을 암호화하는 DNA를 포함하는 pET-his 벡터 함유 균주를 kanamycin 미첨가 배지에서 배양한 경우에 구리함량이 약 3,200ppm으로 나타나, 하나의 hexahistidine 단위만 발현하는 균주와 비교하여 구리함량이 약 30% 증가됨을 알 수 있었다.

In [4], the authors showed that if an h-vector (h₀, h₁, …, h_e) with h₁ = 4e - 4 and h_i ≤ h₁ is a Gorenstein sequence, then h₁ = h_i for every 1 ≤ i ≤ e - 1 and e ≥ 6. In th_is paper, we show that if an h-vector (h₀, h₁, …, h_e) with h₁ = 4e - 4, h₂ = 4e - 3, and h_i ≤ h₂ is a Gorenstein sequence, then h₂ = h_i for every 2 ≤ i ≤ e - 2 and e ≥ 7. We also propose an open question that if an h-vector (h₀, h₁, …, h_e) with h₁ = 4e - 4, 4e - 3 < h₂ ≤ (h₁)₍₁₎|⁺¹₊₁, and h₂ ≤ h_i is a Gorenstein sequence, then h₂ = h_i for every 2 ≤ i ≤ e - 2 and e ≥ 6.
