Purpose: Dynamic capabilities are acknowledged as pivotal factors facilitating the generation of competitive advantage and performance for enterprises across diverse sectors, notably within the food processing industry. This study endeavors to explore and examine the direct and indirect impact of dynamic capability factors, encompassing innovation capability, market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation), and digital orientation on the business performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: Research data was collected from 239 food processing enterprise managers and analyzed using partial least square - structural equation modeling. Results: With the exception of digital orientation, the study found evidence of the role of innovation capability and market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation) in the overall competitive advantage of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Furthermore, the study underscores the contributions of innovation capability, market orientation and digital orientation in fostering performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. It also identifies the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Conclusions: Consequently, the study proposes a number of implications for food processing enterprise managers with the aim of establishing and enhancing competitive advantage and business performance in the future.

급변하는 환경 속에서 기업은 동적역량이 중요한 요소로 등장하고 빅 데이터의 활용은 비즈니스의 새로운 핵심가치로 부각되고 있으나 기업이 빅 데이터를 활용함에 있어 성과를 창출할 수 있는 기업의 주요자원 및 역량에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 활용의도에 영향을 주는 중소기업의 동적역량과 기업가지향성에 대해 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 국내 연구개발을 수반하는 중소기업 364개를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 동적역량이 기업가지향성을 경유하여 빅 데이터 활용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 SPSS Win Ver.22.0와 PROCESS macro v3.0을 이용하여 병렬다중 매개분석을 수행하였다. 가설검증결과 동적역량은 빅 데이터 활용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기업가지향성은 부분적으로 빅 데이터 활용의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 인공지능과도 연계된 빅 데이터의 활용의 결정요인으로 중소기업의 핵심자원인 동적역량과 기업가지향성에 영향력과 이해도를 높이고 중소기업 경영관리에 도움을 주고자 한다.

자동차 제조업은 에너지 소비가 많고, 오염물질을 많이 배출하는 전통적인 제조업으로 공급망의 디지털 전환을 통해 환경성과를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급망의 디지털전환, 공급망 동적 역량 및 기업 환경성과를 바탕으로 13개의 가설을 제시하였다. 중국 7개 지역 자동차 제조기업의 경영자 및 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 공급망의 디지털 전환이 공급망 동적 역량의 영향을 받아, 자동차 제조기업의 환경성과를 향상시키는 데에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The study has identified factors affecting dynamic capabilities and the distribution of competitive advantage under the impact of dynamic capabilities of Vietnamese fintech businesses. Research design, data, and methods: The method used in this study is a survey analysis of 120 Vietnamese fintech businesses to test the hypothesized relationships of the research model as well as evaluate its effectiveness. The study uses the Cronbach alpha analysis, factor analyses, and structural equation modeling to assess the research's measurement and structural models. Results: Research results show that 3 critical success factors: "Capacity to develop financial service ideas," "Ability to develop a platform," and "Business capacity" have a positive impact on "Dynamic capabilities." In addition, the study also evaluates the effect of "dynamic capabilities" on the "competitive advantage" of fintech businesses. Conclusion: Theoretically, this result contributes to discovering new, specific factors affecting the dynamic capabilities of fintech businesses. In practice, the research results are empirical evidence of the distribution of competitive advantages of Vietnamese Fintech businesses and their impact on dynamic capabilities.

In the recent context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is growing interest in digital transformation and smart factory as a focal point. But, the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sector has seen limited research on digital transformation, primarily concentrating on digitally-driven areas. The study validates hypotheses pertaining to the factors that facilitate successful digital transformation within the A&D sector and the influence of digital leadership and dynamic capabilities, employing statistical tools like SPSS and AMOS. The comprehensive analysis reveals that, similar to manufacturing industries, digital leadership in A&D companies exerts an influence on successful digital transformation through dynamic capabilities. Furthermore, digital transformation within the A&D sector has a positive impact on firm performance. This paper offers empirical insights into digital transformation within the A&D sector, shedding light on how successful digital transformation can be achieved within the domestic A&D industry.

The most transport companies are placing increasing emphasis on powerful new techniques for planning their vehicle operations. They have tried to improve their vehicle control and customer service capability by adopting tile advanced information technology, such as GPS(Global Position System) and Using Digital Map. But researches on the VRSP(vehicle routing St schedule problem) in this situation were very few. The purpose of this research is to develop vehicle scheduling heuristics for making a real-time dynamic VRSP under the situation that GPS and using Digital Map are equipped to the transport company. Modified savings techniques are suggested for the heuristic method and an insertion technique is suggested for the dynamic VRSP. The urgent vehicle schedule is based on the regular vehicle schedule. This study suggest on VRSP system using GPS and Digital Map and the performance of the suggested heuristics is illustrated through an real case example.

A constant voltage AC-DC converter based on digital assistant technology is proposed in this paper, which has rapid dynamic response capability. The converter operates in the PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) mode. According to the load state, the compensation current produced by the digital compensation module was injected into the CS pin to adjust the switching pulse width dynamically and improve the dynamic response. The control chip is implemented based on NEC $1{\mu}m$ 5V/40V HVCMOS process. A 5V/1.2A prototype has been built to verify the proposed control method. When the load jumps from idle to heavy, the undershoot time is only 7.4ms.

최근 4차 산업혁명이라 일컬어지는 디지털 기술의 급속한 변화와 시장 환경의 불규칙한 변화 속에서 기업에서는 첨단화, 융합화된 디지털 기술을 신속히 감지하고 포착하여, 조직에 맞게 적용하는 동적 디지털 역량이 핵심 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기업에서 디지털 리더십과 디지털 전환과의 관계에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 알아보는 데 목적이 있으며, 특히 조직의 동적 디지털 역량과 조직의 디지털 수용 의도의 매개 혹은 조절 효과를 실증 분석하고자 한다. 전국의 산업단지 내 미니클러스터 참여기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 수집한 258부의 자료를 표본으로 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 동적 디지털 역량은 디지털 리더십과 디지털 전환과의 관계에서 유의한 매개효과를 보였고, 디지털 수용의도는 동적 디지털 역량과 디지털 전환과의 관계에서 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 조직에서의 동적 디지털 역량, 디지털 수용의도의 개념과 측정항목을 체계화하였으며, 기업에서 디지털 전환 추진 시 동적 디지털 역량을 어떻게 측정 및 제고하고, 조직원의 디지털 수용의도를 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

A Precise actuator in the pick-up of a DVDR/P(Digital Video Disk Recorder/Player) is required to control position accurately. Therefore, in order to develop a reliable actuator, dynamic characteristics of each part in an actuator should be examined closely. This paper presents systematic design process of an actuator using various analysis methods to confirm fundamental capability and solve performance problems related to dynamic characteristics of an actuator beforehand. Particularly, sensitivity analysis is presented through the program using mass moment of inertia and general equations of rigid body. Through the result of sensitivity analysis, important inferiority causes of actuator are selected and reduced. In the end, dynamic characteristics of manufactured actuators are improved considerably.
