  • This paper considers the output regulation problems on uncertain systems. Using NR-estimator(on-line), a family of equilibrium points for the uncertain system is computed. The state variables of the closed loop system track the average value of the obtained equilibrium manifold by dynamic state feedback control.

  • 암석이나 콘크리트와 같은 취성재료의 경우에는 역학적 강도의 하중속도 의존성을 보임에 따라 발파 및 충격해석에 있어 이를 반영코자 하는 노력이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 암석의 동적강도의 경우에는 순간적으로 높은 하중이 작용하는 동적하중의 가압특성에 따라 시험편 내의 응력평형상태를 고려한 평가가 수행되어야함이 제안된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 스플릿 홉킨슨 압력봉 장비를 이용한 포천 화강암의 동적일축압축강도 실험을 통해 응력평형조건의 충족 유무에 따른 암석의 동적파괴과정 및 역학적 강도특성에 대해 고찰하였다. 연구결과 적절한 응력평형상태가 이루어지진 않은 상태에서 평가된 암석의 동적일축압축강도는 상대적으로 과소평가되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 하중의 가압면에서 발생하는 조기파괴에 따른 에너지 파괴에너지 손실 및 변형률속도 과대평가에 의한 것으로 판단되었다. 결론적으로 합리적인 동적강도 평가를 위해서는 암석의 변형거동특성에 대한 분석 및 파괴패턴에 대한 검토를 통한 응력평형조건의 세밀한 검증이 수반되어야 할 것으로 판단하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 가변수요를 고려한 확률적 사용자균형 통행배정모형을 제시한다. 교통망에서 수요와 공급간의 균형을 가정할 경우, 통행비용의 함수인 가변수요는 통행저항함수(공급함수)와 함께 균형상태로 수렴하며, 이때 확률적 통행배정모형은 통행자들간의 경로인지 통행비용이 동일해지는 확률적 사용자균형상태에 도달하게 된다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 확률적 사용자균형모형은 기존 연구들과는 달리 동적체계(dynamic system)를 기초로 개발된다. 동적체계는 시간의 흐름에 따라 하나의 상태가 다음 상태로 변화하는 과정을 표현하는 수리적인 방법으로 시간의 변화에 따라 그 상태가 변하는 여러 분야에 적용이 가능한데, 주로 제어공학(control engineering)분야에서 활용되어 왔다. 동적 체계의 개념을 도입하면, 기존 모형들과는 달리 쉽게 모형화(formulation)할 수 있으며 풀이과정(solution algorithm)도 간단하다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서도 동적체계를 이용하여 확률적 사용자균형 통행배정(user equilibrium traffic assignment)모형을 제시하고 제시된 모형이 안정적인 해(stable solution)로 수렴한다는 것을 Lyapunov함수를 통하여 증명한다. 또한, 예제 교통망을 통하여 여러가지 의미있는 결과를 도출한다.

경사면을 주행하는 차륜형 역진자의 평형점 상태에 관한 연구 (A Derivation of the Equilibrium Point for a Controller of a Wheeled Inverted Pendulum Running on an Inclined Road)

  • In this research an equilibrium point of a Wheeled Inverted Pendulum (WIP) running on an inclined road is derived and validated by some experiments. Generally, The WIP has stable and unstable equilibrium point. Only unstable equilibrium point is interested in the research. To keep the WIP on the unstable equilibrium point, the WIP is consistently controlled. A controller for the WIP needs a reference state for the equilibrium point. The reference state can be obtained by studying an equilibrium point of the WIP. This research is deriving dynamic equations of the WIP running on the inclined road and equilibrium of it based on statics. Several experiments are carried out to show the validation of the equilibrium point.

  • Tolerance analysis method for natural frequencies of multi-body systems having a equilibrium position is suggested in this paper. To perform the tolerance analysis, the Monte-Carlo Method is conventionally employed. However, the Monte-Carlo Method has some weakness; spending too much time for analysis and having a low accuracy and hard to converge in the numerical unstable area. To resolve these problems, a tolerance analysis method is suggested in this paper. Sensitivity equations of natural frequencies are derived at the equilibrium position. By employing the sensitivity information of mass, damping and stiffness matrices, the sensitivity of natural frequencies can be calculated.

안정동력학 모형에서 최선 통행료 및 차선 통행료 (First- and Second-best Pricing in Stable Dynamic Models)

  • This study examined the first- and second-best pricing by stable dynamics in congested transportation networks. Stable dynamics, suggested by Nesterov and de Palma (2003), is a new model which describes and provides a stable state of congestion in urban transportation networks. The first-best pricing in user equilibrium models introduces user-equilibrium in the system-equilibrium by tolling the difference between the marginal social cost and the marginal private cost on each link. Nevertheless, the second-best pricing, which levies the toll on some, but not all, links, is relevant from the practical point of view. In comparison with the user equilibrium model, the stable dynamic model provides a solution equivalent to system-equilibrium if it is focused on link flows. Therefore the toll interval on each link, which keeps up the system-equilibrium, is more meaningful than the first-best pricing. In addition, the second-best pricing in stable dynamic models is the same as the first-best pricing since the toll interval is separately given by each link. As an effect of congestion pricing in stable dynamic models, we can remove the inefficiency of the network with inefficient Braess links by levying a toll on the Braess link. We present a numerical example applied to the network with 6 nodes and 9 links, including 2 Braess links.

무게중심이 변동되는 차륜형 역진자의 평형점 상태에 관한 연구 (A Derivation of the Equilibrium Point for a Controller of a Wheeled Inverted Pendulum with Changing Its Center of Gravity)

  • An equilibrium point of a WIP (Wheeled Inverted Pendulum) with changing its center of gravity is derived and validated by various numerical simulations. Generally, the WIP has two equilibrium points which are unstable and stable one. The unstable one is interested in this study. To keep the WIP over the unstable equilibrium point, the WIP is consistently being adjusted. A state feedback controller for the WIP needs a control reference for the equilibrium point. The control reference can be obtained by studying an equilibrium point of the WIP based on statics. By using Lagrange method, this study is deriving dynamic equations of the WIP both with and without changing its center of gravity. Various numerical simulations are carried out to show the validation of the equilibrium point.

  • This paper presents a methodology to calculate an optimal solution of equilibrium to differential algebraic equations for power systems. It employs a nonlinear interior point method to solve the optimization formulation which includes dynamic equations representing the two-axis synchronous generator model with AVR and speed governing controls, algebraic equations, and steady-state nonlinear loads. This paper also adopts two algorithms for the improvement of solution convergence. In power system analysis and control, equilibrium optimization (EOPT) is applicable for diverse purposes that need the consideration of dynamic model characteristics at a steady-state condition.

  • This paper presents an algorithm which seeks steady-state equilibrium positions of constrained multibody systems driven by constant generalized speeds. Since the relative coordinates are employed, the constraint equations at cut joints are incorporated into the formulation. The proposed algorithm leads to nonlinear equations that need to be solved iteratively. This algorithm should satisfy both types of conditions: the force equilibrium equations and the kinematic constraint equations. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, two numerical examples are solved and the results are compared with those of a commercial program. This method, compared to the conventional method of using dynamic analysis, has the advantage of computational efficiency and stability.
