마찰조건에 따른 핀부싱 베어링의 접촉면압분포에 관한 연구 (Contact Pressure Distribution of Pin Bushing Bearings Depending on the Friction Conditions)

  • This paper presents the contact pressure distribution of pin bushing bearings for various lubrication friction modes such as oil film and elastohydrodynamic lubrication contacts, a mixed lubrication contact, a boundary contact, and a dry contact. During a sliding contact of a plain bearing, the boundary and dry rubbing contacts are dominated between a piston pin and a pin bushing bearing. This may come from a micro-scale clearance, an explosive impact pressures from the piston head, and an oscillatory motion of a pin bearing. The computed results show that as the oil film parameter $h/{\sigma}$ is increased from the dry rubbing contact to the oil film lubrication friction, the maximum oil film pressure is radically increased due to an increased viscous friction with a thin oil film thickness and the maximum asperity contact pressure is reduced due to a decreased asperity contact of the rubbing surfaces.

PDP용 무연 투명유전체의 Dry Film 개발 (Development of Dry Films of Lead-free Transparent Dielectrics for PDP)

  • Dry film 공정에 의해 PDP(Plasma Display Panel)용 무연 투명유전체를 제조하였다. 여러 슬러리 조성으로부터 고밀도 green sheet를 제조하는데 최적의 조성을 선정하였다. 한편, 슬러리는 양질의 green sheet를 제작하는데 적합한 shear thinning 특성을 나타냈다. 제조한 투명유전체의 열팽창계수는 유리기판인 PD-200과 유사한 $97{\times}10^{-7}/^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. PD-200에 접합된 투명유전체의 단면 주사현미경 관찰로부터 두 층은 갭이 없이 매우 견실히 접합되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

아연의 대기부식에 미치는 주기적 침적/건조 효과 (Effect of wet/dry transition on the atmospheric corrosion of Zn)

  • The atmospheric corrosIOn properties of Zinc (Zn) under wet/dry transition of $H_20$ film were investigated in this study. The atmospheric corrosion of metal is usually occurred as a result of repetitious thickness transition (so called wet/dry transition) of liquid phase which is covering the metal surface. Corrosion potential and the polarization behaviour of Zn during liquid film thickness transition were measured by Kelvin probe method which IS using vibrating reference electrode without touching the liquid film. The oxidized states of Zn as a result of successive wet/dry transition were also investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the corrosion potential and the corrosIOn rate of Zn both are increasing during drying. However, the corrOSIon rate is decreasing again when the Zn surface is completely dried while the corrosion potential still remains high. This behaviour can be explained by the polarization behaviour change of Zn according to the $H_20$ film thickness change. The completely dried surface is consisted mostly with Zn and ZnO phases. After a number of cycles of wet/dry transition, however, the oxidized Zn phase of ${\varepsilon}-Zn(OH)_2$, which has rather voluminous and defected structure, were found.

건식 필름 적층 성형기에서 고온 롤러의 열해석 (Thermal Analysis of Hot Roller in a Dry Film Laminator)

  • The thermal analysis of the hot roller in a dry film laminator is studied numerically by steady-state two-dimensional heat transfer. In the laminating process for PDP glass or PCB, the temperature distributions in a hot roller are presented considering the effects of the roller rotation speed and the inner and outer radii of the roller. The results show that the temperature distributions are strongly dependent on Peclet number. If Pe number becomes larger, the iso-thermal lines are more concentric about the rotating axis and the temperature difference on the hot roller surface decreases exponentially. It also shows that if the contact angle between the roller and the film becomes smaller the temperature difference becomes smaller. However, the changes of the rollers inner or outer radius have little effect on the temperature difference.

  • For the fast dry of the aqueous tape, the process which water was reaplaced by organic solvent was proposed. Socalled, it was the solvent washing dry. Three organic solvents (methanol, ethanol and acetone) were selected for the washing solvent. The weight loss of the washed tapes was measured to evaluate the dry rate of the tapes and dried tapes were examined the generation of the cracks with the variations of the organic solvent and the washing time. Methanol, ethanol and acetone were available organic solvents for this method. The tapes washed in methanol, ethanol and acetone were dried rapidly for twenty minutes. After thirty minutes, the weight losses were not found any more, The solvent of the lower surface tension can decreases the crack of dried tape. If solvent substitutes water completely, though it was fast dried, crack can be eliminated.

Water film covering characteristic on horizontal fuel rod under impinging cooling condition

  • Jet impinging device is designed for decay heat removal on horizontal fuel rods in a low temperature heating reactor. An experimental system with a fuel rod simulator is established and experiments are performed to evaluate water film covering capacity, within 0.0287-0.0444 kg/ms mass flow rate, 0-164.1 kW/m2 heating flux and 13.8-91.4℃ feeding water temperature. An effective method to obtain the film coverage rate by infrared equipment is proposed. Water film flowing patterns are recoded and the film coverage rates at different circumference angles are measured. It is found the film coverage rate decreases with heating flux during single-phase convection, while increases after onset of nucleate boiling. Besides, film coverage rate is found affected by Marangoni effect and film accelerating effect, and surface wetting is significantly facilitated by bubble behavior. Based on the observed phenomenon and physical mechanism, dry-out depth and initial dry-out rate are proposed to evaluate film covering potential on a heating surface. A model to predict film coverage rate is proposed based on the data. The findings would have reliable guide and important implications for further evaluation and design of decay heat removal system of new reactors, and could be helpful for passive containment cooling research.

EVA 마이크로 입자를 활용한 고강도 콘크리트의 미세구조특성 (Microstructure Properties of High Strength Concrete Utilizing EVA with Micro Particles)

  • High strength concretes utilizing EVA with micro particles were prepared by varying polymer/binder mass ratio and curing conditions with a constant water/binder mass ratio of 0.3. The EVA modified concretes on the compressive and flexural strength, microstructure, ultrapulse modulus in curing condition(dry and water curing) were studied. Also, scanning electron microscope analysis(SEM) was performed to reveal the presence of polymer film and cement hydrates in the concrete. The compressive strength of the EVA modified concretes cured at water conditions ere higher than that of the EVA modified concretes cured at dry conditions. But, the flexural strength of the specimens cured at dry conditions were higher than that of the specimens cured at water conditions. Due to the interaction of the cement hydrates and polymer film, an interpenetrating network originated in which the aggregates were embedded. The curing of the polymer modified concrete involves two step of cement hydrates and polymer modification, and cement hydrates was promoted in water conditions and polymer film formation take place when water evaporates and was thereby was favored in dry conditions. By SEM analysis, influences of polymer modification was strengthening of the transition zone between the aggregate and the paste, and the porosity of transition zone decreases. By spring analysis, it could known that polymer film affects in porosity decrease and strengthening of transition zone.

정상안과 건성안에서 소프트렌즈 피팅 상태에 따른 비침입성 눈물막 파괴 시간의 차이 (The Difference of Tear Break-Up Time by the Fitting States of Soft Contact Lens in Normal and Dry Eyes)

  • 목적: 정상안과 건성안에 소프트렌즈를 각각 얼라인먼트(alignment) 피팅 또는 스팁(steep) 피팅하였을 때 비침입성 눈물막 파괴 시간(non-invasive tear break-up time, NIBUT)에는 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 건성안 검사방법에 따라 정상안군과 건성안군으로 분류된 20~30대 남녀 40안에 polymacon 재질의 소프트렌즈를 얼라인먼트 피팅 혹은 스팁 피팅으로 착용시킨 후 렌즈 착용 전, 착용 직후 및 눈물층이 안정화 되었을 때의 NIBUT를 측정 비교하였다. 결과: 얼라인먼트 피팅시 눈물층이 안정화되었을 때는 건성안군의 평균 NIBUT가 정상안군의 값과 차이가 없었으나, 렌즈를 착용한 직후는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 스팁한 피팅을 한 경우에 는 렌즈 착용 직후 건성안에서의 평균 NIBUT가 정상안에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 보였다. 또한, 스팁 피팅하였을 때는 건성안의 65%가 4초 이하의 NIBUT을 나타내어 얼라인먼트 피팅하였을 때보다 30% 가량 그 수가 증가하였다. 건성안에 스팁 피팅을 하였을 때에는 눈물층이 안정화된 후에도 NIBUT가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 건성안의 경우 소프트렌즈의 착용시 눈물막과의 상호관계가 정상안과는 상이함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 따라서 건성안에 콘택트렌즈를 피팅할 때에는 렌즈 착용으로 인하여 야기되어질 수 있는 불안정한 눈물막 상태가 충분히 고려되어져야 할 것으로 생각되어진다.
