최고운행속도 350km/h급 전차선로 최대경간길이 계산 기법 (Technique of Maximum Span Length Calculation for 350km/h High Speed Catenary System)

  • This paper deal with maximum span calculation technique for 350km/h high speed catenary system. Considers a geometric interaction, possible maximum span length is between two pole. Wind condition and the train current collector is moving even to being pantograph does not escape while operating. Uses like this justice and possible maximum span length is follow next condition. (i) Operating range of pantograph fan head, (ii) The wind velocity which assumes from system, (iii) Width in pantograph from operation height moving, (iv) Type of processing Catenary system, specially tensile strength of overhead contact wire and messenger wire etc. When accurately calculates the maximum permission span, the dropper between of overhead contact wire and messenger wire and must consider the correlation.

  • The optimization of the overhead contact lines according to the increased train speed is to design the low-sag-wire so that the pantograph can follow the vertical fluctuation of the catenary. Main factors for the overhead contact lines design include the span, dropper interval, movable bracket, vertical fluctuation of the catenary, tension, and wave propagation speed. In this paper, a model is proposed to improve the electric railway speed, and the speed improvement analysis technology is examined to ensure the stable and reliable electric railway. In addition, the effect between pantograph and catenary according to the speed improvement is quantitatively analyzed by using simulation.

장기간 온도변화에 따른 전차선로 전선류의 노후도 분석 (Aging Analysis of Catenary Wires in Accordance with Temperature Changes for a Long Period of Time)

  • In this paper, catenary wires were analyzed aging through the experiment about a new product and a test sample in accordance with temperature changes from long-term use. In case of the contact wire, the maximum load was reduced within 7% and the tensile strength showed a reduced within 6.7% compared with a new reference standard $110mm^2$. 19 Strands of messenger wire have a little more than a standard value, but result data on tensile test were less than the reference value about stranded wire. Also parts among 49 strands of dropper was found to be smaller than the reference value and it appeared greatly increasing intensity as toward the center of the strand.

  • 고속철도 전차선로에 설치된 드롭퍼의 와이어가 파단되어 원인을 분석하기 위해 드롭퍼의 구간별/설치위치별/지역별 단선현황 분석, 파단면 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) 분석, 미세조직 분석 및 드롭퍼에 작용하는 정적하중을 계산하였다. 또한 고속철도 전차선로에서 드롭퍼의 정적 및 동적하중 측정과 분석을 통하여 드롭퍼의 피로하중 특성을 확인하였고, 지지점의 압상량을 측정 및 분석하였다.

  • In this study dynamic characteristic of catenary system that supplies electrical power to KTX Korean high-speed trains are investigated. A simulation program based on 3-span and 6-span finite element models of the catenary is developed. The influences of the various design parameters on the dynamic responses of the catenary are determined. The main design parameters include tension on the contact and messenger wires and the stiffness of the droppers connecting the two wires. The vibrational responses are primarily determined by the reflections of the propagating wave, and the dropper stiffness is found to be the dominant factor that influences overall dynamic characteristics of the catenary.

  • A study on Technical Specifications of the current collection system in G7 Korean High Speed Train Project is performed in this paper. First, an appropriate level of contact wire tension for 350km/h commercial operation is proposed based on the foreign high speed train operation experiences and a relevant technical criterion, Second, two optimized design specifications of the pantograph for G7 Korean High Speed Train are proposed based on current collection quality. In order to perform design optimization, a formulation on the follow-up characteristics of a pantograph with 3 levels of masse-spring-damper is derived in this paper. Dynamic design parameters of the pantograph are adjusted to maximize follow-up capability at the dropper and span passing frequencies.

  • In these days, SNCF replace the connector wire (M-T type) with a dropper has a equivalent role and function of the one in general lines of TGV, and change the connector wire (T-T-M-M-T-T, T-T-M-M-T type, etc) into a New one has more flexible cable in parallel lines (air section air joint, etc) of TGV. The Connector wire has many problems according to a flow of excessive circulation current (or traction current) and a sudden rise of temperature on catenary when electric locomotive is running in high speed. To solve the question at issue of the connector wire in high speed railway catenary system of Fiance, SNCF return their operating experience in TGV lines to design and execution of catenary system Therefore, we have to deal with the question in design and execution of catenary system for kyoungbu HSR line because we will spend a lot of time and more money for maintenance than for construction of that.

  • The Full-Off Fitting of Movable Bracket using conventional line have received a dynamic contact impact between contact wire and pantograph of electric rolling stock, so this impact cause a rapid vibration of foreword and back near the supporting point of movable bracket. The Full-Off Fitting on Movable Bracket in conventional line differs from that in high speed line. Now conventional line have required a speed up for new electric locomotive and electric car. In speed-up track and big impact place, the Full-Off Fitting and the dropper often get demage. We have done a study of buffering function to solve that problem in conventional line. We have find a need adopting buffer fitting. It is decrease a dynamic impact between contact wire and pantograph of electric rolling stock.

  • 본 논문에서는 고속철도 전차선로 드롭퍼 와이어의 파단현상에 대해 분석을 통하여 철도운행의 안정성 향상을 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 300km/h로 주행하는 KTX의 판토그래프와 전차선이 직접 접촉하면서 발생되는 기계적 피로도의 누적으로 인한 증가로 경부고속선 전차선로 시스템의 장애사고 예방을 목적으로 하고 있다. 추후, 고속철도 전차선로 드롭퍼 수명한계 측정으로 유지보수관리 체계 효율화와 분석된 파단원인을 바탕으로 드롭퍼 구조개선 방안을 마련하여 합리적 개량방안 수립을 하고자 한다.

  • This paper presents design of meter for estimation Committed Information Rate(CIR) in Differentiated Services(DiffServ) networks. The DiffServ is a target model rather than a specification that contains detailed information about the required implementation. DiffServ provides a moderate level of quality differentiation without strict guarantees[1]. A DiffServ router consists of different components including classifier, meter, marker, dropper, shaper and scheduler. In this paper, we use the benefits of the fuzzy logic controller to design a fuzzy based traffic conditioner for DiffServ[2]. Simulations show that the approach is efficient and promising.
