유용한 온라인 리뷰에서 어느 것이 더 중요한가? 휴리스틱-체계적 모델 관점 (Which is More Important in Useful Online Review? Heuristic-Systematic Model Perspective)

  • Hotel consumers tend to rely on online reviews to reduce the risk to hotel products when they book hotel rooms because hotel products are high-risk products due to their intangibility. However, the development of ICT has caused information load, and it is an important issue to be perceived as useful information to consumer because a large amount of information complicates the decision making process of consumers. Drawn from Heuristic-Systematic Model(HSM), the present study explored the role of heuristic and systematic cues composing an online review influencing consumers' perception of hotel online reviews. More specifically, this study identified reviewers' identity, level of the reviewer, review star ratings, and attached hotel photo as heuristic cue, while review length, cognitive level of review and negativity in review as systematic cues. The binary logistic regression was adopted for analysis. This study found that only systematic cues of online review were found to affect the usefulness of it. Moreover, we preceded further study examining the moderating effect of seasonality in the relationships between systematic cues and usefulness.

건강가정지원센터의 1인 가구 대상 프로그램 모형 개발 (Development of program models for single households in Healthy Families Support Centers)

  • This study aimed to develop program models for single households in the Healthy Families Support Centers. Data from seven female and seven male single households were collected through in-depth interviews. The major results were as follows. First, a demand for a program that both provides feeling safe and is self-caring came to the fore. Additionally, many respondents wanted to participate in programs with families. Second, the aspects of professional quality, diversity, and systematic management were mentioned as the strengths of programs in the Healthy Families Support Centers. Third, three program models were drawn up, as follows: The first model was a five-part program model like the current program settings of the Healthy Families Center. Those were sharing-caring, education, counselling, family-friendly culture, and community networking. The second model was a program for family relationships. The third was for joining programs with others. For the detailed program, a manual needs to be proposed, and the staff members who handle the programs for single households in the center will need to be retrained.

SARIMA 모델을 이용한 태양광 발전량 예측연구 (A Research of Prediction of Photovoltaic Power using SARIMA Model)

  • In this paper, time series prediction method of photovoltaic power is introduced using seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (SARIMA). In order to obtain the best fitting model by a time series method in the absence of an environmental sensor, this research was used data below 50% of cloud cover. Three samples were extracted by time intervals from the raw data. After that, the best fitting models were derived from mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) with the minimum akaike information criterion (AIC) or beysian information criterion (BIC). They are SARIMA (1,0,0)(0,2,2)14, SARIMA (1,0,0)(0,2,2)28, SARIMA (2,0,3)(1,2,2)55. Generally parameter of model derived from BIC was lower than AIC. SARIMA (2,0,3)(1,2,2)55, unlike other models, was drawn by AIC. And the performance of models obtained by SARIMA was compared. MAPE value was affected by the seasonal period of the sample. It is estimated that long seasonal period samples include atmosphere irregularity. Consequently using 1 hour or 30 minutes interval sample is able to be helpful for prediction accuracy improvement.

  • 세계 경제의 불황으로 인해 경쟁력이 취약한 중소기업은 인력, 자본, 기술 확보 등의 여러 어려움에 직면해 있다. 중소기업이 처한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 대안으로 자원을 공유하는 공유경제를 도입하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 중소기업이 공유경제를 실제로 도입하고 이를 활용하기 위해 필요한 비즈니스 모델이 존재하지 않아 기업 간 공유경제를 도입하기에 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 간 공유경제를 도입하여 운영하기 위해 필요한 공유경제를 위한 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였다. 기업 간 공유경제를 위한 비즈니스 모델을 설계하기 위해 기존의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 선행연구를 통해 비즈니스 모델을 설계하기 위해 필요한 구성요소를 도출하였다. 이와 기업 간 공유경제의 선행연구를 바탕으로 중소기업 간 공유경제에 도입 가능한 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 비즈니스 모델은 중소기업들이 각 기업의 상황에 맞게 공유경제를 도입하기 위한 가이드라인이 될 수 있을 것이다.

준 경험 생물막 모델(Semi-Empirical Biofilm Model)을 이용한 BAF 운전평가 및 적정 운전방안 도출 (A Study on Performance Estimation and Operation Strategy of Biological Aerated Filter Using Semi-Empirical Biofilm Model)

  • The objective of this study is to find out whether the developed semi-empirical biofilm model can be applicable to real BAF pilot-scale wastewater treatment. In addition, the optimum operating conditions of BAF as a function of process variables such as organic loading change can be drawn based on the simulation results of model. The results will provide the economic and efficient BAF process design and operating control. As a result, developed semi-empirical biofilm model which is relatively simple compared to mathematical model can simulate three BAF processes consisted of 25 layers within 1 seconds. When this model was used for simulating real pilot scale BAF process and the simulated water quality values were compared to experimental ones, simulated TCOD, SCOD, TN, $NH_4{^+}$-N, $NO_x{^-}$-N, alkalinity values were different to experimental ones within 21%, 20%, 8.1%, 48%, 10%, and 23%, respectively. Therefore, if the BAF system was equipped with automatic control, the BAF process can be better efficiently adapted under the condition of significant change of influent loading.

수학적 의사소통 능력 신장을 위한 교수-학습 모형 개발 및 적용 연구 (A Study on the Development and Application of Teaching and Learning Model for the Improvement of Mathematical Communication Ability)

  • 우리나라의 2007개정 수학과 교육과정에서는 의사소통 능력의 신장을 수학과 교육 목표의 중요한 부분으로 설정하고 있다. 수학적 의사소통은 학생들이 자신의 사고 과정을 재정립하고, 다른 사람과 상호작용하면서 지식을 구성해 나가는데 중요한 수단이 된다. 이 논문에서는 수학 교실에서 수학적 의사소통 능력을 신장시키기 위한 방안으로 수학적 의사소통 모형을 개발하고, 개발된 의사소통 모형에 따른 수업과 전통적인 교사 중심의 설명식 수업에서 지식의 형성 과정을 비교 분석하였다. 개발된 교수-학습 모형에 따른 수업에서는 전통적인 교사 중심의 설명식 수업에 비해 자신의 문제 해결 방법을 모둠원들과 의사소통을 통해 상호 비교하고, 자신의 의견을 수정하여 가장 적절한 해결 방법을 찾고 합의하였다. 이런 과정을 통해 학생들은 주관적 지식을 객관적 지식으로 구성해 나갔다.

Bridging the Gap Between Science and Industry: The Fraunhofer Model

  • Fraunhofer was founded in 1949 and grew into Europe's largest application-oriented research organization. Fraunhofer currently employs over 20,000 members in Germany, is internationally networked, and manages an R&D budget of over 1,8 Billion Euros per year. An important step for Fraunhofer to become an integral component of the German innovation system was the introduction of the Fraunhofer Model of financing based on a performance-related system of financial management. The underlying model of the allocation and distribution of public funding to Fraunhofer that is subsequently allotted to specific research groups is one of the success factors of Fraunhofer. Fraunhofer is proud of its decentralized organizational model. Fraunhofer is comprised of 60 Institutes in Germany working in different fields, under one legal framework, and with a strong brand value. Every Fraunhofer Institute is affiliated with a German University and every institute director simultaneously holds a chair at the affiliated university. It is a challenge for the headquarter organization to balance the intended competition of individual Fraunhofer Institutes with complementarity cooperation in science among Fraunhofer-Institutes, especially when coming from different knowledge domains; however, this goal results in a significant advantage. The unique strengths of Fraunhofer offer system solutions in a world with increasingly complex R&D challenges. While growing to become the largest organization on Europe to focus on applied research it is the challenge to remain an agile organization that is flexible in organizational structure. Fraunhofer has reached a well-recognized position in the European innovation landscape. It is often referred to by science and governments as a role model for innovation policy and a key element of the latest successes in the German economy that has recovered quicker from the latest economic crisis than most other western economies. The paper explains Fraunhofer as an organizational paradigm and its underlying management model to elaborate on the challenges of managing a research organization. We wish to show how it is possible to transfer the management model and philosophy of Fraunhofer to innovation systems with different framework conditions and challenges. A universal conclusion may be drawn based on the description of Fraunhofer; however, changes in existing structures and innovation systems cannot be implemented over night.

종합전문요양기관의 간호전달체계에 대한 실태조사 연구 (Survey on Nursing Care Delivery Systems of University Affiliated Hospitals in Korea)

  • Purpose: This study investigated nursing care delivery systems in 44 university affiliated hospitals and satisfactions with the systems perceived by 226 unit managers (head nurses) of general medical surgical wards. Methods: Data were collected with questionnaires consisting of checklists asking the unit managers their nursing care delivery systems and their satisfactions with the systems. Results: Four models of nursing care delivery systems (primary, modified primary, team, and functional models) were drawn from the participants' responses. Among the four key models 35% of the units adopted team model whereas 24.3% adopted primary model and 22.6% adopted modified primary model. In spite of 35% of team model being under use, 60.6% (n=137) of the unit managers answered the nursing delivery system of their units as team model and only 6.2% (n=14) answered their units having primary or modified primary models, instead of 46.9% combining both. In regard to the satisfaction, critical thinking ability of staff nurses (members in their units) was the most dissatisfactory area regardless of models of service delivery. Conclusion: Introducing team model supplemented with core concepts of primary model (primary team delivery model) into nursing practice will reform the workplace and therefore deliver safe health care services to patients.

A Case Study on the Implement of Teaching and Learning Models aiming at Training Creative Engineers: focused on the SICAT

  • The purpose of this paper is to apply the newly developed SICAT teaching and learning model to the actual scene of teaching and learning and draw a point of discussion for utilizing teaching and learning model, by uncovering the satisfaction of students and the inhibiting/facilitating elements when using the model. SICAT(Scientific Inquiry and Creative Activity with Technology; from here on SICAT), a teaching and learning model custom-built for engineering education, was developed, as more and more people paid attention to the demand for creative engineers. It was developed from the basis of PBL(Problem Based Learning), includes three sub-types which can be applied to the actual theory, design, and experimentation fields within engineering education. The three sub-types, which are ARDA(Analysis-Reasoning Activity & Discussion-Argumentation Activity), CoCD (Collaboration Activity & Capstone Design Activity), and ReSh(Reflection Activity & Sharing Activity), respectively support deductive and argumentation activities, creative design and collaboration activities, and retrospection and sharing activities. However, no research has been conducted to investigate whether or not there are inhibiting or facilitating elements in the application procedure, or what the rate of satisfaction for students is, when applying the SICAT model, which was newly developed to innovate existing engineering education, to the actual site of teaching and learning. Therefore, this research applied three types of SICAT teaching and learning models to the theory, design, and experimentation classes at the department of materials science and engineering at Hanyang University for eight weeks. After application, the students, teachers and tutors were surveyed and interviewed, and then the results analyzed in order to uncover inhibiting/facilitating elements and the rate of satisfaction. The satisfaction rate of students from the SICAT teaching and learning model was 3.78(in a perfect score of 5: The A type-3.65, The C type-3.80, The R type-3.90), and inhibiting/facilitating elements were drawn from the aspects of learning activities, support system. In conclusion, they can be contributed for implications of SICAT teaching and learning model universal use at engineering education in University.

비오톱의 자연체험 및 휴양가치 평가모형 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of an Evaluation Model for Biotope Appraisal as Related to Nature Experiences and Recreation)

  • 본 연구는 지구단위 차원에서 자연체험 및 휴양 가치를 평가하기 위해 객관적인 평가지표를 도출하고, 이를 토대로 체계적인 평가모형을 설정하는데 가장 큰 목적을 두었다. 우선 문헌분석 결과, 자연체험 및 휴양가치 평가를 위한 평가지표 들로는 층위구조, 포장율, 헤메로비(hemeroby) 등 총 10개의 항목이 도출되었다. 또한, 전문가 설문분석 결과, 평가지표 항목 모두가 4.4 이상으로 높은 중요도 평균값을 나타내었다. 특히 헤메로비 및 독특한 경관요소 항목은 5.8 이상으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 더불어 평가지표들을 특성별로 유형화하기 위해 요인분석을 수행한 결과, '경관구조 및 자연체험 질', '일반적 이용성', '미 시각 질' 등 총 3개의 요인으로 구분되었다. 이상과 같은 설문분석 결과를 토대로 각 요인별 가중치를 산정한 결과, '미 시각 질' 요인이 3.510으로 가장 높은 값을 보였으며, 이에 반해 '경관구조 및 자연체험 질' 요인은 3.035으로 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 이들 결과를 종합적으로 분석하여 체계적인 가치평가 모형을 설정하였다. 또한, 도출된 평가모형의 타당성을 검증해 보기 위해 실 사례지를 선정하여 적용하였다. 우선 사례지의 비오톱 유형분류 결과, 비오톱 유형군은 유수지 비오톱 등 총 13개로 분류되었으며, 이에 귀속되는 비오톱 유형은 총 61개로 구분되었다. 마지막으로 기 설정된 평가모형을 적용한 비오톱 가치평가 결과, I 등급으로는 식생이 풍부한 자연형 하천, 산림과 접해 있는 소규모 수림 등 총 16개 유형으로 나타났다. 반면 II 등급은 9개 유형, III 등급은 8개 유형, IV 등급은 8개 유형, 가치가 매우 낮은 V 등급은 19개 유형으로 분석되었다.
