In the postal delivery service, both the standardization of business process and the workload measurement is very important part of saving the cost and improving the efficiency. However, these are not easy to apply to real situation because of the labor-intensive and diversification of delivery environment. In this study, we develop the methodology for the standardization of business process and workload measurement model of the postal delivery service. Firstly, we introduce the work factor analysis on the postal delivery process. Then, we propose the methodology workload measurement model based on diversification of delivery environment.

본 연구에서는 국내 기업들의 국제적 다각화가 기업 이익을 증대시킴과 동시에 이익 분배 과정에서 기업 영업활동의 토대를 제공한 납입자본 출자자들의 배당수익 또한 증가시키는지와 국제다각화 수준 증가가 기업의 배당정책에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2011년에서 2018년까지 국내 유가증권 시장에 상장된 12월 말 결산법인을 대상으로 고정효과모형을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 개별 기업의 국제적 다각화 수준이 높아질수록 기업의 배당성향 및 배당수익률 또한 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이는 기업이 국제적 다각화를 통하여 새로운 해외 시장을 확보하고 기업의 성장을 도모함으로서 기업 이익 및 주주의 배당수익률을 안정적으로 확대시킬 수 있음을 말해준다. 또한 기업의 국제적 다각화 전략은 배당가능이익을 증진시킴으로서 기업의 배당성향 또한 증가시켜 기업 가치 증대에 기여할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 자동차 부품 기업이 수출다변화 전략을 수립함에 있어서 고려할 영향요인과 전략의 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 기업의 수출다변화 전략은 기업이 보유하고 있는 내부 역량과 외부 환경을 중심으로 결정되어 왔다. 선행문헌을 리뷰하고, 전문가 6명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 문헌 리뷰와 인터뷰 결과를 교차분석하여 영향요인을 선정하였으며, 다기준 의사결정 기법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 활용 분석하였다. 설문조사는 수출업무경험을 갖고 있는 자동차 부품기업 재직자 87명을 대상으로 전자메일 및 직접조사를 통해서 수행하였고, 최종 68명의 설문이 유효하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 영향요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 결정하였다. 영향요인간 쌍대비교를 하고 이들의 상대적 중요값을 결정하였다. 그리고 대안으로는 Porter(1985)의 본원적 경쟁전략 이론을 근거로 하였다. 분석결과, 중요도는 평균적으로 내부역량, 상호관계, 구매자 영향, 진입장벽, 기술력 대응, 경쟁환경 순으로 나타났다. 해외 브랜드 수준이 높은 권역은 제품차별화, 저원가, 집중화 순이며, 수준이 낮은 권역은 저원가, 제품차별화, 집중화 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 자동차부품 중소기업이 수출다변화 전략 채택을 위한 대안을 마련하여 상황에 맞는 전략을 수립할 수 있다는 것에 의미가 있다. 자동차부품 수출 다변화는 세계권역별 다양한 특성의 맞춤형 전략 수립이 필요하며, 또한 수출다변화를 위한 내부역량 뿐만아니라 동시에 현지 구매자와 그 상호관계가 중요한 것으로 분석되었다.

적지 않은 문화예술단체에 있어 재정적 어려움과 이로 인한 인력부족은 상시적인 문제이다. 높은 예술성과 역사가 있는 문화예술단체들의 경우 중앙정부와 지자체의 유관기관을 통한 다양한 지원에 힘입어 이러한 문제가 다소 완화되기도 하지만, 결국 예술단체가 꾸준한 예술활동을 추구하기 위해서는 안정적인 재원확보와 효과적인 경영전략 수립이 필요하다. 이러한 전략 중 하나로 위험을 분산시키고 수익을 다원화하는 사업다각화를 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사업다각화 전략이 민간문화예술단체에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지를 2016년부터 본격적으로 사업다각화 전략을 취하고 있는 40년 역사의 산울림 소극장의 사례연구를 통하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 산울림의 사업다각화 전략으로 진행한 각각의 사업들은 시너지효과를 내며, 산울림의 다양한 이해관계자 즉 예술가, 예술경영가, 향유자 간에 긍정적인 상호작용이 형성되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 여기에는 산울림의 문화적 자산, 경제적 자산, 사회적 자산에 대한 충분한 이해와 이러한 자산의 적극적이고 유연한 활용이 주효했음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study puts the significance on the trends, the characteristics, the factors and background of the typical diversification of 2000's historical dramas and of their costume in conjunction with the popular culture. We analyzed the materials like the official web-sites, the articles and promotional photos based on 47 TV historical dramas and 21 historical movies. And we, approaching the characteristics of popular culture in connection with the social, cultural, economic, emotional and technical aspects, considered the trends of the historical dramas and their connection with the paradigms of the contemporary popular culture. The results of this analysis are summarized as follows. First, the 2000's historical dramas & their costume, in the process to widen communication with the public, rose the values of popular culture, economic values, traditional values. Second, the diversification of the costumes in historical dramas, derived from the diversification of the era Genre characters and this is related to the characteristics of popular culture in 2000's such as the diversity, the nature of mixture, flexibility and the orientation of variation. Third, the new media environment and the imaging technology of 2000's raised completeness of the historical dramas and their costume. As the technical background placed the emphasis on realistic representation. Fourth, the costume of historical dramas in 2000's reflected the intention of the production in consideration with the emotional aspects of popular culture.

This paper proposes a method of solving a unit commitment problem using parallel tabu search(PTS) approach. Tabu search is a heuristic optimization method that has the tabu list to control the search process. To improve the searching ability of a global solution, we used a method of exchanging solutions among connected processors as a diversification strategy, and to reduce the computation time, a new evaluating method was proposed which evaluates only a changed par. To show the usefulness of the proposed method, we simulated for 10 units system and 110 units system. Numerical results show improvements in the generation costs and the computation time compared with other conventional methods.

본 연구는 새롭게 탄생한 온라인 게임 기업이 시장 성장주기(도입기-성장기-성숙기)에 따라 어떻게 다원화 전략을 행하여 왔는가를 자원기반이론과 진화이론의 관점에서 실증적 사례 분석을 통해 그 역사적 진행 과정을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 초기 온라인 게임 기업들은 진입 조건(장르, 기술력, 이용자특성)에 따라 다른 전략(기술역량기반, 서비스역량기반)을 통해 성장하였다. 이후 성장기에 이들 기업들은 제품 다원화를 위해 자원기반(기술기반전략, 서비스기반전략)에 따라 경로의존적 제휴 전략(보완적, 대체적 제휴)을 수행하여왔다. 그러나 성숙기에 이들 기업들은 기존 경로의존적 전략을 뛰어넘어 이용가능한 모든 자원 역량을 동원하는 통합 전략을 자연적으로 선택함으로서 시장 성장주기에 탄력적으로 적응하였다. 이러한 분석 결과는 진화이론과 자원기반이론을 복합적으로 적용하여 새롭게 탄생한 산업에서 시장의 단계별 성장주기에 따라 온라인 게임 기업의 제휴 전략 패턴이 어떻게 자기조직화 하고 있는지 분석함으로써 새로운 산업적, 정책적, 이론적 모델이 요구되고 있음을 제시하고 있다.

This presentation is to enhance the pharmacist's role in Over-The-Counter(OTC) drug selection and patient counseling for diversification of pharmacy management after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice in Korea. Self-medication by OTC drugs may be viewed as one element of the broader self-care treatment. The patient may use a OTC drug to manage a minor ailment, a process that may be supported by counseling from a pharmacist. Pharmacists involved in self-medication decisions have a greater involvement with patients and an enhanced professional role. (omitted)

The advancement of information and communication technology have brought the increase and the diversification of the digitalized information, which can be shared at any time from any place. Especially, with the recent spread of smartphone usage, the amount and the diversity of information have increased to amounts that are difficult to quantify. Within such an era of accelerated accumulation and diversification of digitalized information, the informatization of universities is becoming a critical factor for institutional advancement. Thus, universities are developing smartphone applications to provide easily accessible administration services, and support the information needs of each administration process by keeping a relationship with students from admission to post-graduation. This research systematically defines a university smartphone application, distinguishes its system quality factors, and studies the effects they have on satisfaction, intention of reuse, and intention of electronic word-of-mouth. The results showed that the security factor of system quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. The responsiveness and the empathy factors of service quality did not show a significant effect on satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that a higher user satisfaction for smartphone applications has a significant influence on intention of reuse and on the intention of electronic word-of-mouth.

The joinery technique, as one of manufacturing techniques for the wooden furniture, influences the production process, the economic efficiency, and the diversification of design. Especially, the usage of machine tools can determine how much the students can enhance their design expression capabilities during the practice class in furniture design courses of domestic universities, in accordance with whether to utilize the machine tools or not, and how much and frequent to use the machine tools. The study proved that the joinery techniques, based on the high-tech machine, has more efficiencies in the various aspects, including the easiness to manufacture the products, and the diversity of design than the joinery technique, based on the handcraft-only. As the ground of this, this study estimated the time to produce the wooden furniture by machine tools and by handcraft-only, each. Also, this study show the comparison of the features of three different joinery techniques. On the basis of this comparison, this study made the conclusion that the machine-based joinery technique, which is used in the practice class, is the best method to bring the best results in manufacturing the wooden furniture.
