A virtual team is defined a group of people that use electronic communications for some or all of their interactions with other team members. Because team members of a virtual team are physically and temporally distributed, a team's transactive memory system(TMS) is considered to be crucial for the team's effectiveness and performance. TMS refers to a set of individual memory systems which integrate knowledge possessed by particular members through a shared awareness of who knows what. This paper seeks to understand (1) how a virtual team's TMS influences team performance, and (2) what factors contribute to developing the team's TMS. Given these purposes, through the extensive literature review, we first identified components and antecedents to develop a theoretical model that predicts a virtual team's performance. Using the survey data gathered from 172 virtual teams, this study found that expertise location, coordination, and cognition-based trust which were proposed as three components of TMS positively influenced a virtual team's performance. Furthermore, this study uncovered that perceived media richness, network tie strength, and shared norms significantly influenced the components of TMS, while geographical dispersion did not exert any significant influence on TMS.
This study is a study on the cooking department where chefs who belong to the desired job of elementary and middle school students work together with the recognition increase through the media. The cooking department, which has a vertical structure at work, can be said to have an absolute influence of the chef. However, the cooking department needs to change according to the times. The purpose of this study was to examine how chef's shared leadership affects the chef's emotional commitment, continuous commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. Therefore, a questionnaire was distributed to the employees currently working in the cooking department of a five-star hotel in Seoul, and a sample of 319 copies was prepared. In statistical analysis, the items were refined through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and the hypotheses were verified through structural model analysis.As a result, Chef's shared leadership influences the emotional commitment of cooks, job satisfaction and job performance. In particular, emotional commitment and continuous commitment did not affect cooks' job satisfaction and job performance. In conclusion, to improve the performance of the organization, the hotel culinary department must establish a culture of sharing and communication. This suggests that establishing goals and visions will lead to job satisfaction and performance not only for individual cooks but also for the entire department. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to the efficient human resource management for the cooks in the hotel cooking department.

This Research is to Find how the CSR Activities for the Growth of Stable and Sustainable Family Business do Influence the Improvement of Company's Brand Image and Service Purchase Intention. It is Aimed for Finding how the Image of Company Pursuing the Diverse CSR Activities is Recognized by General Consumers and the Correlation between the Improvement of Company's Image and the Product & Service Purchase Intention. 323 Exemplars were Distributed to the University Students in Seoul Metropolitan and Chungcheong Area, and 314 Finally were Used for the Analysis. It was Investigated the Demographical Factors, the Important Fields among Company's CSR Activities, the Reason for Company's CSR Activities, the Preferred Companies among Sponsoring Companies. It was Analyzed Three Items of Company Image such as Product/Service, Potential Competence, Relation to Public Benefit and the Regression Model was Investigated how these Three Items do Influence the Purchase Intention. The Research Results Show 'the Improvement of Social Awareness for Company' and 'Negative Awareness Change for Company' as the Reason for CSR. Consumers have the Preference to the Companies Actively Sponsoring Culture & Arts, and this Generally Affects the Business Results, and thus, it is Considered that the Companies have to Contribute the Local Society with the Sprit of Corporate Citizenship in Accordance with the Consumers needs, and Actively to Extend the Culture & Arts Sponsorship.
Recently, there has been a growing focus on the concerns pre-service teachers have as they move through different stages of their teacher preparation programs. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service secondary music teachers' concerns about music teaching and learning. The specific research questions were as follows: (a) What concerns are most common among participants? (b) What are differences in the concerns of pre-service secondary music teachers based on their stage of teacher preparation? (c) What are differences in the concerns of pre-service secondary music teachers based on their previous teaching experiences? A survey was distributed to pre-service secondary music teachers in a university in Seoul, and responses from a total of 93 participants were included in the final analysis. Data analysis indicated that pre-service music teachers experienced more concerns related to teaching tasks and student impact than themselves. Also, as participants progressed through their teacher preparation programs, self concerns decreased while task concerns and student impact concerns increased. Pre-service secondary music teachers who had previously taught in a school had fewer concerns than participants with no teaching experience. Suggestions for how teacher preparation programs can address the concerns of pre-service secondary music teachers are offered.
As a basic experiment to enhance the symbiotic utility of atmospheric nitrogen on soybean, host affinities and serological distribution of Bradyrhizobium japonicum indigenous to five Korean upland soils were measured. Based on nodulation, the symbiotic affinities between indigenous B, japonicum and eight soybean cultivars were remarkably different among soil inocula. On the whole, the averaged affinities of B. japonicum populations to soybeans were favorable in order of Goseong > Milyang > Suweon soils, but those in Iksan and Namjeju soils were not, especially for Danweonkong, Jangkyeongkong, and Eunhakong soybean cultivars. Regression analyses between nodules mass and shoot dry weight of soybean yielded model with $R^2=0.51$ for Goseong, $R^2=0.45$ for Milyang, $R^2=0.38$ for Iksan, $R^2=0.28$ for Namjeju, and $R^2=0.24$ for Suweon soils. B. japonicum from sampled soils were serologically fell into more than seven serogroups such as YCK 117(34.1%), YCK 141(6.5%), YCK 321(6.5%), YCK 445(4.7%), YCK 338(2.9%), YCK 150(1.2%), YCK 258(0.6%). The dominant serogroup YCK 117 was distributed 51.9 for Namjeju, 45.8 for Goseong, 41.7 for Iksan. 34.2 for Sueveon, and 11.1% for Milyang soils.
This study aims to look into whether market merchant college education in Convergence to has any influence to the educational performance. For the purpose, 300 surveys were distributed to the ones who completed the course at ** city and in total 275 replies were selected out of 300. Advanced studies regarding market merchant college and series of domestic and overseas documents were referred to for this study. As trait elements for market merchant college education, educational service, change intention, challenge spirit, decisive factors for customer communication were derived. Along with these elements, research model and hypothesis verifying the relationship with operational fund were established and empirical analysis and investigation was set as study objective.
In this study, we designed the finite element models of mandible with varying their connecting types between the prosthesis on implant fixture and 2nd premolar, which were free-standing case(Mf), precision attachment case(Mp), semiprecision attachment case(Ms) and telescopic case(Mt). The basic model of the designed finite element models, which contained a canine and the 1st & 2nd premolar, was implanted in the edentulous site of the 1st & 2nd molar by two implant fixtures. We applied the load in all models by two ways. A vertical load of 200N was applied at each central fossa of 2nd premolar and 1st implant. A tilting load of 20N with inclination of $45^{\circ}$ to lingual side was applied to buccal cusp tips of each 2nd premolar and 1st implant. And then we analyzed three-dimensional finite element models, making a comparative study of principal stress and displacement in four cases respectively. Three-dimensional finite element analysis was performed for the stress distribution and the displacement using commercial software(IDEAS program) for SUN-SPARC workstation. The results were as follows : 1 Under vertical load or tilting load, maximum displacement appeared at the 2nd premolar. Semiprecision case showed the largest maximum displacement, and maximum displacement reduced in the order of precision attachment, free-standing and telescopic case. 2. Under vertical load. the pattern of displacement of the 1st implant appeared mesio-inclined because of the 2nd implant splinted together. But displacement pattern of the 2nd premolar varied according to their connection type with prosthesis. The 2nd premolar showed a little mesio-inclined vertical displacement in case of free-standing and disto-inclined vertical displacement due to attachment in case of precision and semiprecision attachment. In telescopic case, the largest mesio-inclined vertical displacement has been shown, so, the 1st premolar leaned mesial side. 3. Under tilting load, The pattern of displacement was similar in all four cases which appeared displaced to lingual side. But, the maximum displacement of 2nd premolar appeared larger than that of the first implant. Therefore, there was large discrepancy in displacement between natural tooth and implant during tilting load. 4. Under vertical load, the maximum compressive stress appeared at the 1st implant's neck. Semiprecision attachment case showed the largest maximum compressive stress, and the maximum compressive stress reduced in the order of precision attachment, telescopic and free-standing case. 5 Under vertical load, the maximum tensile stress appeared at the 2nd implant's distal neck. Semiprecision attachment case showed the largest maximum tensile stress, and the maximum tensile stress reduced in the order of precision attachment, telescopic and free-standing case. 6. Under vertical load or tilting load, principal stress appeared little between natural tooth & implant in free-standing case, but large principal stress was distributed at upper crown and distal contact site of the 2nd premolar in telescopic case. Principal stress appeared large at keyway & around keyway of distal contact site of the 2nd premolar in precision and semiprecision attachment case, appearing more broad and homogeneous in precision attachment case than in semiprecision attachment case.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of various methods of fat harvesting in animal model by viability comparison with assay including cell counting, MTT assay, and histologic evaluation. Materials and methods: New Zealand white rabbits experiments were used. Groin fat pads were subjected to different harvest method varying ingredients of solution(Experiment 1: T1 solution= lidocaine 1000mg/L, epinephrine 1mg/L, sodium bicarbonate 10mgEq/L, Triamcinolone 10mgEq/L; T2 solution=lidocaine 1000mg/L, epinephrine 1mg/L, sodium bicarbonate 0mgEq/L, Triamcinolone 0mgEq/L) and pressure exerted on harvesting with Luer-Lock syringe connected to suction cannula.(Experiment 2: P1 group=3cc intermittent pressure; P2 group=10cc sustained pressure) Fat cell viability was assessed with cell counting with a hemocytometer, MTT assay, and histologic evaluation. Results: Experiment 1 Cell count: T1=2.4/3.4/4.2, T2=9.6/8.4/7.2($\times10^5$ per mL); MTT assay: T1=0.516/0.41/0.453/0.412/0.421, T2=0.925/0.765/0.54/0.634/0.614 in 21 days(absorbance); Histology: T1 showed elongated and, different in size and shape, and ruptured adipocytes with only a few normal adipocytes whereas T2 showed central core of fat with almost intact fat cells Experiment 2 Cell count: P1=1.2/3.2/4.2, P2=1.2/2.4/3.8($\times10^5$ per mL); MTT assay:P1=0.256/0.245/0.258/0.21/0.264, P2=0.12/0.231/0.245/0.313/0.281 in 21 days(absorbance); Histology: P1 showed somewhat evenly distributed normal-looking fat cells and P2 showed relatively irregular shape of fat cells with small blood vessel amongst adiopocytes. Conclusion: Viability was higher in ‘modified tumescent solution’without sodium bicarbonate and triamcinolone and we also found no significantly different viability between using intermittent pressure and using sustained pressure. But in terms of initial viability of fat cell, we can assume that lower intermittent pressure would make better clinical results.

The rapid increase of the current marine accidents is mainly due to the human execution errors. In an effort to address this, various kinds of researches such as construction of the digital vessels and vessel information monitoring systems have been conducted. But for safe navigation of vessels, it lack on systems study which can efficiently store, utilize and manage the mass data accepted by the vessel. In this paper, we propose a VWS(Virtual World System) that is based on the architecture of intelligent systems RVC(Reactive Layer-Virtual World-Considerative Layer) model of intelligent autonomous navigation system. VWS is responsible to store all the necessary information for safe navigation of the vessel and the information services to the sub-system of intelligent autonomous navigation system. VWS uses topology database to express the specific problem area, and utilizes a scheduling to reflect the characteristics of the real-time processing environment. Also, Virtual World defines API for the system to reflect the characteristics of the distributed processing environment. As a case study, the VWS is applied to a intelligent ship autonomous navigation system, and simulation is done to prove the effectiveness of the proposed system.
In recent years, the MOSFET dosimeter has been widely used in various medical applications such as dose verification in radiation therapeutic and diagnostic applications. The MOSFET dosimeter is, however, mainly made of silicon and shows some energy dependence for low energy Photons. Therefore, the MOSFET dosimeter tends to overestimate the dose for low energy scattered photons in a phantom. This study determines the correction factors to compensate these dependences of the MOSFET dosimeter in ATOM phantom. For this, we first constructed a computational model of the ATOM phantom based on the 3D CT image data of the phantom. The voxel phantom was then implemented in a Monte Carlo simulation code and used to calculate the energy spectrum of the photon field at each of the MOSFET dosimeter locations in the phantom. Finally, the correction factors were calculated based on the energy spectrum of the photon field at the dosimeter locations and the pre-determined energy and directional dependence of the MOSFET dosimeter. Our result for $^{60}Co$ and $^{137}Cs$ photon fields shows that the correction factors are distributed within the range of 0.89 and 0.97 considering all the MOSFET dosimeter locations in the phantom.
