The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

The purpose of this study is to examine a security investment for firms experienced in confidential information leak. Information security is an apparatus for protection of secret information. The competence of information security is a competitiveness to avoid information leakage in changing business environment. The type of information security is divided into administrative security, technical security and physical security. It is necessary to improve the incident correspondence competence through information security investment of the three types. Therefore, the investment of information security is to enhance information-asset protection of firms. To reinforce accident response competence, an organization discussed an establishment, security technology development, expand investment and legal system of the security system. I have studied empirically targeting the only information leak of firms. This data is a technical security competence and technology leakage situation of firms happened in 2010. During recovery of the DDos virus damage on countries, company and individual, the collected data signify a reality of information security. The data also identify a security competence of firms worrying information security management. According to the study, the continuous investment of information security has a high competence of accident correspondence. In addition, the most of security accidents showed a copy and stealing of paper and computer files. Firm on appropriate security investment is an accident correspondence competence higher than no security investment regardless of a large, small and medium-sized, and venture firm. Furthermore, the rational security investment should choose the three security type consideration for firm size.

지식정보화 사회에서 요구되는 인재는 단순히 지식과 정보를 학습하기만 한 사람이 아니라, 체득한 지식과 정보를 활용하여 자발적 또는 협력적 관계를 통해 당면한 문제를 창의적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 사람이다. 본 연구는 청소년이 온라인 게임을 통해 오늘날 그리고 미래의 지식정보화 사회가 요구하는 역량을 함양할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 순기능이 있다는 점을 밝히고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 온라인 게임을 통하여 긍정적인 역량이 함양될 수 있으며, 상업용 온라인 게임을 개발할 때, 이용자의 특성에 따라 게임에서 얻을 수 있는 역량이 무엇인지 등급화 하여 표시하도록 하는 제도적 장치가 필요함을 제안하고자한다. 또한 올바른 게임 문화 정착을 위해, 게임 개발 업체와 정부가 주도적으로 협력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구 자료를 토대로 온라인 게임을 통해 청소년의 역량 함양과 건전한 게임문화 정착을 위하여 온라인 게임 역량지수 개발의 기초 연구 자료로 활용되길 바란다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 공감역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 일개 대학의 간호학과 2학년 학생 131명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집은 2018년 11월 5일부터 11월 30일까지 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 의사소통 능력(r=.42, p<.001)과 공감역량(r=.47, p<.001)은 학업적 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 입학동기, 전공에 대한 적응도, 실습 참여도, 공감역량이 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이들은 학업적 자기효능감을 47.4%설명하였다(F=8.10, p<.001). 그러므로 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 위해서는 간호대학생의 실습참여도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 공감역량을 활용하여 학업적 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육중재방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 교원의 AI디지털역량을 평가하고 연수에 활용할 수 있는 교원의 AI디지털 역량에 대한 단계별 프레임워크 개발에 대한 것이다. 이를 위해 AI디지털역량에 대해 활용과 소양의 관점을 테크놀로지컬교수내용지식(TPACK)의 관점과 연계하여 분석하였다. 그리고 단계별 교원의 AI디지털 역량 선행연구 사례로 영국교육훈련재단의 3단계 역량, 유네스코 ICT 교사 역량 프레임워크 등을 제시하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 국내의 여건을 고려하여 교원의 AI디지털 역량을 진입, 적응, 선도의 3단계로 구분하여 제시하였다. 최초 진입단계는 2차에 델파이 조사를 통과하였으며 그 외 2개 단계는 1차에서 통과하였다. 최종 진입단계는 AI디지털에 대해 이해는 하였지만, 실천에 어려움을 겪는 단계, 적응단계는 표준교육과정에 적용하는 수준, 선도단계는 심화과정에 AI디지털 적용과 타 교사에게 모델이 되는 수준으로 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 총괄 AI디지털 역량을 통하여 세부적인 역량 개발이 가능하며 평가문항개발의 참고자료로 이용할 수 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 건강교육프로그램 참여노인들의 신체능력과 주관적인 건강상태 및 건강증진행위의 관계에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 이러한 목적으로, 207명의 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우수 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 높은 주관적 건강상태와 건강증진행위를 보였다. 둘째, 신체능력은 주관적 건강상태에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 건강능력은 건강증진행위에 상당한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 주관적 건강상태는 건강증진행위에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결론들은 선행연구의 문헌과 이론에 근거하여 논하였다.

본 연구는 입원한 알콜의존환자가 지각하는 신체상, 정서표현신념 및 의사소통 능력의 정도와 상관관계를 파악하고 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 J시 소재 2개 정신전문병원과 S시에 소재한 1개 정신전문병원에 입원 중인 151명의 알코올의존 환자들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 10월 11일부터 11월 20일 까지였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 T-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 알코올의존 환자의 신체상과 정서표현 신념은 유의한 부적 상관관계, 신체상과 의사소통능력은 정적 상관관계가 있었고. 정서표현신념과 의사소통능력은 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체상, 학력, 정서표현신념이었고 총 설명력은 24.9%였다. 따라서 알코올의존환자의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 긍정적인 신체상을 가지도록하며 정서표현신념을 낮출 필요가 있다. 본 연구결과가 알코올 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The article defines the hypothesis of the research, it is an assumption that the process of forming ICT competence will be effective if: theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model for the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence have been determined: interdisciplinary integration as the basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence.

This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.
