지역사회 거주 노인의 주관적 연령 관련 요인 (Factors associated with Subjective Age among Community Dwelling Older Adults)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국 지역사회 거주 노인의 주관적 연령과 관련된 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 2017년도 노인실태조사에 참여한 65세 이상 노인 8,040명을 대상으로 이차 분석한 횡단 연구이다. 노인의 주관적 연령과 관련된 요인을 규명하기 위해 단변량 로지스틱 회귀분석에서 유의한 변수만 추출하여 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 성별, 학력, 거주형태, IADL 제한, 만성질환 수, 지각된 건강 상태, 우울 및 현재 경제활동 여부가 노인의 주관적 연령과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 주관적 연령을 낮추기 위한 간호중재가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 노인들이 건강하고 성공적인 노후를 보내는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

학습에서 디지털기술 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 분석 (Factors Influencing the Intention to Use Digital Technology in Education)

  • 코로나19 팬더믹 사태로 인해 교육 및 학습 활동이 온라인으로 이동할 수밖에 없게 되면서, 교육 및 학습에 정보통신기술을 사용하는 것은 더이상 선택이 아닌 필수 요소가 되었으며, 에듀테크(Edutech) 스타트업에 대해 벤처캐피탈은 역대 최대 투자액을 투자하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 디지털 시대에 필수능력인 된 디지털 리터러시와 함께 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)을 같이 고려하여, 학습에서 디지털기술을 사용하려는 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 디지털 리터러시에 많은 영향을 끼친다고 알려져 있는 요소인 연령에 따라 달라지는 요인들의 영향력 차이를 분석하였다. 구조 방정식 모형 분석 결과, 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향이 학습에서 디지털기술을 사용하려는 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 디지털 리터러시는 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 드러났으나 학습에서 디지털기술을 사용하려는 의도에 직접적으로 끼치는 영향은 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 그리고 연령의 조절효과를 보기 위해 실시한 다중집단분석 결과, 사회적 영향이 학습에서 디지털기술을 사용하고자 하는 의도에 미치는 경로에 대해 10대와 60대, 20대와 60대, 30대와 60대간의 차이가 유의하게 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 디지털 리터러시와 통합기술수용이론을 함께 고려하여 학습이라는 특정상황에서 디지털기술을 사용하고자 하는 의도에 미치는 요인에 대한 연구의 외연을 확대하는데 기여했으며, 실무적 측면에서 학습 참여자들이 보다 적극적으로 디지털기술을 사용하게 만들 때에 연령별로 주요하게 고려해야할 요인에 대한 지침으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Developing Measures for Empirical Research on Economic Activities of the Convergence Generation: Exploratory Approach

  • Ultimately, this research will focus on the activity traits of future customers in the convergence age. To accomplish that, firstly, researcher develop measures for assessing the convergence level of digital devices and digital services. Next, this will investigate the behavioral traits of people who use specific devices or services on the internet or mobile networks. This study proposed five convergence measures each for devices and services. For digital devices, measures such as converged functions, accessibility to network, portability, immediate communicability, and expandibility of functions were utilized. For digital measures such as scope of users, newness, social network level, ease-of use on mobile networks, and expandibility of information were used. We believe that the research results can provide insights for those wishing to explore the convergence level of devices and services and those developing high-level converged devices and digital services.

영국의 디지털 정책: AI와 국제규범 전략을 중심으로 (UK's Digital Policies: Focusing on Strategies of AI and International Provisions)

  • The UK is a service superpower with solid and well-developed financial and insurance services, including FinTech. Much of the UK's service industry is digital and becoming increasingly so. Primary sources constituting the UK's comparative advantage in services could be factored in business conditions driving innovation in the digital age and world-leading digital competitiveness. Therefore, this study examined the UK's digital policies. This research's focal strands were the UK's digital strategy, national artificial intelligence strategy, and digital trade objectives. As an essential insight for policymakers and other stakeholders, this study proposes that government policies in response to the digital economy are inextricably linked, leading to a critical driver for the UK's digital competitiveness.

The Effects of Presented Media Types on Spatial Cognition Task Performance in Preschool Children

  • As the use of digital media is becoming more universal and is being used in early-childhood education, understanding the effects of digital media on development is required. The purpose of this study was to examine whether child performance on a spatial cognition task depends on the type of media used to present the task and if the effect of media type is different depending on child's age and sex. To do this, a spatial cognition task set (consisting of direction, rotation, symmetry, conjugation, and part/whole tasks) was prepared, and these tasks were presented to 60 3-, 4-, and 5-year-old children using paper- and tablet-based measures. Our results showed that the correct answer rate of task performance differed significantly when completing the task on a tablet than when completing the task on paper. Generally, response times when completing the tasks on a tablet was significantly shorter than when completing the tasks on paper. Although there was no interaction between the type of media and age, and partial interaction was found between the type of media and sex. This result implies an influence of digital stimulation on child performance on the spatial cognitive task. This study provides a basic understanding for follow-up studies to examine the consequences of exposure to digital stimulation.

디지털 시대에 요구되는 예비 초등교사의 과학 관련 협력적 문제해결역량 분석 (Analysis of Elementary Pre-Service Teachers' Collaborative Problem Solving Competency Related to Science which Required in the Digital Age)

  • In this study, we surveyed characteristics of the science related collaborative problem solving competency of pre-service elementary teachers, especially required in the digital age. The participants in online survey were 119 pre-service elementary teachers of National University of Education located in Gangwon province. The analyzed results of survey were as follows: First, pre-service teachers performed their task responsibly in collaborative problem solving context related to science. However, they lacked competencies in making rubrics for problem solving processes or outcomes, and setting up rules about team activities. Second, in using ICT technology, the competencies of utilizing tools such as app and software lacked compared with the competencies of searching data in online and using ppt. Third, there was no statistically significant difference among groups by their intensive major in university or selective subject in high school. Nevertheless, pre-service teachers majoring in natural science showed more persistence than those majoring in humanities in problem solving context. Finally, there was no significant gender difference except 'clear communication and accomplishment'. That is, female pre-service teachers performed more responsible in their task and showed more fluency in communication and presentation within their group than male counterparts. Based on these results, implications in the field of pre-service teacher education were discussed.

디지털 시대 농촌지도 방법의 효율화 방안;지도매체로서의 인터넷 방송의 활용 구상을 중심으로 (Planning for Efficiency of Agricultural Extension in the Digital Age)

  • Agricultural extension services in Korea need to build new extension system to cope with the digital age and especially with shortage of extension educators which has been originated from the changing status from central to local government. The new trends including development of multi-media, wide-spreading of internet, and advent of internet broadcasting are offering the opportunities for new agricultural extension service. Utilization of agricultural internet broadcasting could be a new alternative for enhancing the efficiency of agricultural extension services. Agricultural internet broadcasting could support decision making of farmers by forwarding unique agricultural data which have been collected, compiled and processed by the Rural Development Administration. Farmers will be able to search useful agricultural data through agricultural internet broadcasting for more efficient farm management and marketing farm products. Agricultural internet broadcasting could utilize more prompt and abundant agricultural technology and management data compiled by the Rural Development Administration, and through this process, agricultural internet broadcasting could compensate the shortage of extension manpower. Through feedback process of agricultural internet broadcasting. farmers will be able to communicate more efficiently with extension educators to increase agricultural production and income. Agricultural Internet broadcasting could be an alternative to prevent farmers from being shunned in the information-based society.

디지털 시대 영시의 치유적 속성 (The Healing Properties of English Poetry In a Digital Age)

  • 디지털 시대에 현대인들은 종종 약함과 고립 그리고 두려움이라는 피할 수 없는 감정에 사로잡혀 우울과 좌절감을 경험하게 된다. 이러한 때, 시는 이런 문제를 극복할 수 있는 치유적 수단이 될 수 있다. 왜냐하면 시는 자아 발견의 기회를 주고 치유와 자아 통합이라는 촉매제가 되기 때문이다. 본 논문은 영시의 어떤 속성들이 치유의 통찰로 나아가게 하는지를 조명해 본다. 시가 다양한 인간의 감정들을 구현해서 카다르시스 즉 정서적 해방을 이끌고 있다는 점을 치유적 기능으로 연결한다. 시의 언어 또한 우리의 영혼과 마음을 치유한다는 점과 다양한 형태로 오는 시의 리듬과 형식 또한 시의 치유적 기능에 있어 중요한 요소들임을 살펴보게 될 것이다. 시의 이러한 속성들이 시가 궁극적으로 심리적 고통을 극복하게 하고 나아가 개인의 성장에 있어 중요한 수단이 될 수 있음을 확인하게 된다.

미래사서의 역할 및 교과목 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing the Courses and Librarians' Role for Educating Future Librarians)

  • 본 연구에서는 디지털시대에 요구되는 교과목, 현장 사서들의 미래기술 응용능력을 개발하는데 도움이 되는 교과목을 해외대학 교과목 조사 및 설문조사방법을 통해서 개발하고 제안하였다. 연구결과 디지털시대에 요구되는 신규과목은 '웹정보원 조직 및 관리실습', '도서관 기획.마케팅 및 평가', '디지털 장서관리를 위한 정보기술이해', '디지털시대의 정보 및 커뮤니케이션' 순으로 나타났으며, 위 교과목을 핵심과목으로 지정하는 것을 제안한다. 또한 신규교과목 요인분석 결과 정보소외계층서비스 영역 및 웹정보자원의 조직과 활용 영역이 문헌정보학의 새로운 세부학문 영역으로 도출되었다. 그 외 관종별 및 담당업무별로 요구하는 과목에 대한 차이가 있음을 발견하였다.

Evaluation of adjacent tooth displacement in the posterior implant restoration with proximal contact loss by superimposition of digital models

  • PURPOSE. This study was conducted to investigate patterns of adjacent tooth displacement in the posterior implant with interproximal contact loss (ICL) by 3-D digital superimposition method. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Posterior partially edentulous patients, restored with implant fixed partial prostheses before 2011 and suffered from food impaction of ICL between 2009 and 2011, were included. Two dental casts, at the time of delivery and at the time of food impaction in a same patient, was converted into 3-D digital models through scanning and superimposition was performed to assess chronologic changes of the dentition. Directions of tooth displacement were evaluated and the amount of ICL was calculated. Correlations between the amount of ICL and elapsed time, or between the amount of ICL and age after function, were assessed at a significance level of P<.05. RESULTS. A total number of 13 patients (8 males, 5 females) with a mean age of $65.76{\pm}9.94years$ and 17 areas (4 maxillae, 13 mandibles) were included in this retrospective study. Teeth adjacent to the implant restoration showed complex displacements but characteristic tendency according to the location of the arch. The mean amount of ICL was $0.33{\pm}0.14mm$. Elapsed time from function to ICL was $61.47{\pm}31.27months$. There were no significant differences between the amount of ICL and elapsed time, or age (P>.05). CONCLUSION. Natural teeth showed various directional movements to result in occlusal change in the arch. The 3-D superimposition of chronologic digital models was a helpful method to analyze the changes of dentition and individual tooth displacement adjacent to implant restoration.
