This research analyzes how operation system and method of barista private certification implemented in Korea influence on the academic satisfaction of coffee work skills and how such system and method has an effect on the economic effectiveness to utilize for the improvement of work performance skills and for job seeking and changing. For this purpose, author conducted a survey to coffee specialists who had obtained barista certification and who have been working in coffee related industry. The result shows that the operation system and method of coffee certification verification system has a partially positive effect on the academic satisfaction of work performance skills and economic effectiveness. The contents of the coffee related certification verification system as well as specialized and reliable systematic operation of such verification system have an influence on the academic satisfaction of work performance skills and have further influence on the economic effectiveness such as seeking or changing jobs. Therefore, the research on the professionalism and reliability of the qualification verification system must be continued.

Due to the wide spread of the perception of cloud computing, the usage of cloud computing is increasing globally. Cloud computing is able to converge the various industrial domains based on ICT and it is more and more popular because it has a lot of benefits such as cost savings etc. in global economic recession. However, if cloud computing service is to achieve its potential, it is necessary to clearly understand the critical issues such as service security, performance and availability and so on from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the cloud service. In addition, customers focus on how to get and use the safe and reliable cloud service. In order to meet these problems, Korea cloud service certification system and Japanese ASP-SaaS-Cloud certification system were performed in each country. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing between them and describing the difference. Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification system based on the comparison results between them.

With the development of information and communication technology, various data including digital data have increased exponentially. In a society where such data utilization is generalized, criminal investigation processes and trial processes have also been influenced. However, in comparison with the progress of the technical capability and analytical capability of digital certification which is increasing exponentially, the establishment of the digital forensic related legal system is still in short supply. Therefore, it is necessary to activate balanced research for legal recognition of digital certification. Therefore, in this research, meta analysis was conducted to grasp trends of research related to digital forensics and to provide objective data for research revitalization.

The recent appearance and evolution of cloud service including IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS(Platform as a Service) and SaaS(Software as a Service) is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. While a lot of studies are currently taking place in the technology itself, there is an equally urgent need for understanding and researching the business-related issues surrounding cloud service. As more and more individuals and companies use the cloud service, their concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. This paper focus on SaaS as an one of the important cloud service. For successful implementation of SaaS service, it is necessary to establish the certification systems to ensure safety and reliability of SaaS. This paper provides the safe and reliable framework for systematic SaaS certification systems. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of SaaS service are identified and the systematic framework for certification systems of SaaS service and service provider domains are developed. An evaluation methodology for the developed certification systems is also proposed.

Individuals and organizations in the modern society produce diverse digital objects everyday, which are not only valuable information resources at present but also will be invaluable digital heritage for the future generation. TRAC(Trustworthy Repositories Audit & Certification: Criteria & Checklist) is one of the evaluating tools against which digital archives could be assessed for their preparedness to perform the task of long-term preservation. The current study uses TRAC to assess OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Source). The results show that the web archive has a greater room for strengthening in the object management infrastructure than in organizational and technical infrastructures.

The MANET has many problems in security despite of its many advantages such as supporting the mobility of nodes, independence of the fixed infrastructure, and quick network establishment. In particular, in establishing security, the traditional certification service has many difficult problems in applying to the MANET because of its safety, expandability, and availability. In this paper, a secure and effective distributed certification service method was proposed using the Secret Sharing scheme and the Threshold Digital Signature scheme in providing certification services in the MANET. In the proposed distributed certification service, certain nodes of relatively high safety among the mobile nodes consisting of the MANET, were set as privileged nodes, from which the process of issuing a certification started. The proposed scheme solved problem that the whole network security would be damaged by the intrusion to one node in the Centralized Architecture and the Hierarchical Architecture. And it decreased the risk of the exposure of the personal keys also in the Fully Distributed Architecture as the number of the nodes containing the partial confidential information of personal keys decreased. By the network simulation, the features and availability of the proposed scheme was evaluated and the relation between the system parameters was analyzed.

The established NEIS has a lot of problems in the management of security. It does not realize access control in following authority because it only uses PKI certification in user certification and the use of central concentration DBMS and plain text are increased hacking possibility in NEIS. So, This paper suggests a new NEIS for the secure management of data and authority certification. First, we suggest the approached authority in AC pf PMI and user certification in following the role, RBAC. Second, we realize DB encryption plan by digital signature for the purpose of preventig DB hacking. Third, we suggest SQL counterfeit prevention by one-way hash function and safe data transmission per-formed DB encryption by digital signature.

Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification systems based on the comparison results between them.

This paper focuses on the role of international standards related to industrial technology and to analyze determinants to affect ISMS and its performance. Particularly its financial and operational performance were measured by survey aiming at an influence of certification and its performances. The variables explaining the performance were drawn out from factor analysis and then critical variables to affect performance were discovered by ANOVA and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis considering heteroscedastic and factor analysis, type of business and firm size were not significantly related to the performance but the existence of information security unit, investment in information security and the status of security consciousness in executives and employees were positively related. As a result, this study shows that security certification should be implemented with suitable capabilities and the investments to protect from leaking industrial technology and proved the importance of the security certification as an infrastructures and system.

This study aimed to speculate on Youtube for national certification education in makeup in the Untact period derived from the pandemic phenomenon such as the COVID 19. For the purpose, this study surveyed perception on Youtube on national certification education, characteristics of the programs, selection standards, continuance and recommendation intention and supplementations. The results are: The perception on Youtube was very positive(75.5%); Among characteristics, the mean value of informativeness was 3.54, that of play speed control as an advantage was 4.07 and that of feedback limit as a disadvantage was 3.64. In respect to selection standards, 44.5% of the subjects selected a program based on professionalism; 82.0% had continuance intention and 82.6% had recommendation intention. As for the needs of supplementation, the mean value of sanitation education was 4.20, that of updated regulations was 4.13 and that of feedback was 4.0. Therefore, it is suggested that if an interactive education system is supplemented in exact information and feedback, Youtube makeup certification programs will be further facilitated as useful education materials for makeup development.
