The purpose of this study is to develope energy eco-audit evaluation scheme for the sustainable energy management at schools in accordance with education for sustainable development. Energy eco-audit evaluation scheme was developed through critical review of preexisting evaluation methods, consensus searching for the process from field. The results of this study are as follows. The school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme has three criteria: data collection, energy program, and environmental review. First, criteria of data collection includes general affairs, school building construction, and energy use. Second, criteria of energy program stresses school administration system such as the democratic decision-making process and structures. Third, criteria of environmental review includes reporting process and preparing teaching/learning materials for sustainable energy management. In conclusion, school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme could find a new way to achieve extended effect for sustainable energy management in school. It also could continue to seek opportunities to raise their awareness of energy issue and environment. School committee and whole school are involved to continue to implement present action plan and prepare updated plan in order to reduce environmental impact in school. By doing so, it would be possible to play important role in both school administration and education for sustainable development.

Green Building Certification System currently going into effect is a static evaluation model. Therefore, as far as the sustainable development of certification system is concerned, further long-term evaluation is required. The main purpose of this study is to offer a model in a way of developing and verifying a dynamic model in Green Building Certification. A dynamic model development has been given System Dynamics based on the causal structure. Thus, this study focused on searching the causal structure of certification criteria and verifying the reality of the model through simulation processing after developing a model. In conclusion, the development of dynamic evaluation method can be attributed to systematic evaluation for the criteria of Certification System.

Despite the new wave of diverse philosophical thoughts in nursing, the criteria for theory evaluation rarely incorporate the new thoughts in its realm. Especially, feminist thoughts, which have contributed to the development of nursing knowledge through incorporating diversities and complexities of nursing phenomenon and reflecting social, cultural, and historical contexts surrounding nursing encounters, were rarely incorporated into the evaluation criteria. In this paper, a feminist approach to theory evaluation is proposed based on a critical analysis of the existing evaluation criteria. First, a historical review of feminist thoughts is provided, and feminist principles across diverse groups of thinking within feminism are discussed. Then, theory evaluation criteria are historically analyzed and critiqued while considering the feminist principles. The critical points found in the currently available theory evaluation criteria include: (a) the evaluation criteria are based on objectivity, (b) they are ignoring gender differences; (c) cultural differences tend not to be seriously considered; and (d) contexts surrounding nursing phenomenon are rarely considered. Based on the critical points, four additional components for theory evaluation are proposed. The components are: (a) respect for subjectivity; (b) historical and sociopolitical contextual considerations; (c) gender sensitivity; (d) cultural competence; and (e) blueprint for action.

This study was done to develope a computer program for the evaluation of quality of nurisng care. Because the professional nursing care should be evaluated consistantly, computer program for the measurement of quality of nursing care is necessary for the effective and efficient management of nursing quality. In this study, a computer program for gastrointestinal surgery patients was developed as a module. Visual basic 4.0 was used as a basic program for the development of this program, and Access 7.0 was used for the data base construction of the program. The systems of evaluation criteria were hierarchical. and the titles of the hierarchical criteria were evaluation area-evaluation item-indicator. Each evaluation area contained several items and each evaluation item contained several indicators. The numbers of the evaluation criteria for gastrointestinal surgery patients were 7 evaluation areas, 32 evaluation items. and 71 indicators. Content validity of the evaluation criteria(in this case, 32 evaluation items) was .95. Scoring could be possible with the evaluation items. For the scoring types of this program were two. norm-referenced type(option 1) and criterion-referenced type(option 2), the user can choose the type according to the purpose of the evaluation. With this computer program. accurate and consistant evaluation of the quality of nursing care could be expected. Also. by the rapid feedback to nursing care practice. quality of nursing practice could be improved rapidly. and the systems of the evaluation criteria developed in this study could be used for the development of other moduls for various kinds of patient groups. Because this computer program was developed only for the purpose of research, it is necessary to be refined commercially to be used in real nursing situation.

For any particular development project or environmental regulations, decision-making criteria is required and conflicts among criteria should be resolved. It is necessary to investigate criteria that government agencies employ in making decisions that influence the environment. The evaluation of alternative development proposals and regulatory measures involves much more than environmental issues. Economic, technical, and social factors should be considered along with environmental impacts when making evaluations. Evaluation should be based on values of all individuals who may be affected by public or private decisions. There are many evaluation methods for determining how individuals and groups value alternative public actions. Numerous weighting-scaling methodologies can be used in such evaluations. These methodologies represent adaptations of multiple-criteria or multiple-attribute decision-making techniques. Environmental risk assessment which accounts for uncertainties in choosing among alternative policies and projects is increasingly used.

IT 제품 개발환경에 대한 보안수준을 점검하기 위해서는 IT 제품 개발환경에 존재하는 취약성과 각종 위협 요인을 분석하고 정보보호 수준을 정확히 평가하고 이를 개선시킬 방향을 제시하는 기준과 평가 도구가 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해 관련분야에 대한 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 개선할 수 있는 평가 지표나 기준과 이를 실제 IT 제품 개발환경에 적용할 수 있는 평가방법론이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구는 IT 제품 개발 환경의 보안수준을 점검하기 위한 확인 도구를 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop criteria for evaluating final reports of free inquiry activity and to apply developed evaluation criteria to free inquiry activity reports. 323 inquiry reports submitted to internal contests in the elementary schools as well as 189 award-winning ones from the inquiry competition for students in Seoul were collected. Nine categories and 18 sub-categories of evaluation criteria were derived by collecting reports analysis, literature reviews and interviews with 15 elementary school teachers. Criteria for each sub-category were organized into three steps and 12 elementary school teachers assigned scores for each sub-category, which were averaged. 132 including both award-winning and general reports were evaluated based on the developed evaluation criteria. The content validity and the reliability across scorers were significant. Furthermore, award-winning and general reports were significantly distinguished by the developed criteria in terms of all sub-category scores. The developed evaluation criteria will be an effective tool to asses student's free inquiry activity.

2000년대 PF(Project Financing)의 적극 활용을 통해 부동산개발 및 PF 시장이 급성장하였지만, 이후 세계금융위기의 여파로 부동산 경기 침체로 인해 상당수의 개발사업이 정상적으로 추진되지 못하게 되었다. 이러한 현상은 철저한 사업성 분석 없이 무리하게 사업을 추진한 것이 근본적인 원인으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부동산개발사업의 무분별한 추진을 억제하고 객관적인 평가가 가능하도록 기존 부동산개발사업 평가체계의 문제점을 짚어보고 이를 보완할 수 있는 부동산개발사업의 평가항목 및 평가기준 등을 평가수요 및 사업유형 등 사업의 성격에 맞게 적용할 수 있는 전반적인 평가체계를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 부동산 평가체계 및 운영방안을 통해 부동산 평가체계를 제도화하여 표준화함으로써, 보다 일관성 있는 평가가 가능할 것으로 기대되며, 아울러 평가자료의 통일적 축적이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for improving related policies and evaluation criteria in the future by analyzing trends of evaluation criteria for industry-university cooperation in Korea. For this purpose, five surveys on industry-university cooperation by government departments, major general university evaluations, and evaluation indicators of specialized industry-university evaluations by the Ministry of Education were analyzed. As a result, most of the evaluation criteria for domestic industry-university cooperation have been composed of quantitative indicators and have a limited character as quantitative performance management for government projects. Although the Ministry of Education's evaluation criteria for industry-university cooperation projects has gradually changed to a segmented index considering universities, industries, and regions, it needs to be supplemented for sustainability of industry-university cooperation. In order to promote sustainable industry-university cooperation in the future, it was suggested that first, it is necessary to supplementation of qualitative Indicators considering each university's characteristics, second, the composition of indicators related to reflect on demand in the process of the cooperation, and third, to build a virtuous cycle system for future operation of evaluation criteria.

With the development of information technology, more and more internet sites are available to consumers. Increasing on the interests of diet and health in modem society, there are numerous internet sites dealing with food, nutrition and health. Considering the importance and expected roles of internet sites in information dissemination in the future world, it is important to put more efforts to encourage internet sites with more accurate an useful information. Up to present, not much work has been done on quality analysis and evaluation of the internet information. This study aimed to develop a model to evaluate and rank the internet information according to its quality so that consumers can be guided toward correct information source. Three models were adapted from the literature for pilot study to develop a model suitable for evaluation of contents of sites related to food and nutrition information. From the pilot study, a evaluation model was developed with criteria more relevant to Korean internet site by expert panel. Evaluation criteria of the model is authority, accuracy, objectivity, coverage, and user-friendliness. For the objective and systematic evaluation, scores were assigned totaling maximum 100 point to each evaluation criteria factors. The model developed in this study could be used as one for other internet sites in area other than food and nutrition.
