초임 교사 멘토링을 통한 영어교사 심화연수 후 지속적 전문성 신장에 대한 사례연구 (Continuing professional development through novice teacher mentoring after in-service English teacher training)

  • This case study aims to investigate how a primary English teacher's professional development was pursued through novice teacher mentoring after the six-month intensive in-service teacher training program(IIETTP). The teacher was involved in mentoring two novice teachers working at the same school. They observed each other's classes and exchanged their views on the classes, focusing on areas to be improved. The observation was done within a framework that consisted of pre-, during- and post-observation sessions. Data was gathered through retrospective entries kept after the post-observation meetings. The entries were categorized according to their saliency, frequency and recurring patterns identified. The findings reveal that learning from the training course could be applied professionally and could serve to bridge the gap between training and teaching. It is also shown that the mentee teachers' professional development was enhanced and the mentor teacher herself benefited from the collaborative learning process involved with working with the novice teachers. Some suggestions are made for the effective implementation of school-based teacher development programs after the IIETTP.

선원안전(재)교육과정의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Effective Operation Methods for Seafarer Safety Refresher Training Courses)

  • 이 연구는 선원안전(재)교육과정의 교육대상, 교육내용, 교육예상인원 및 외국 교육기관의 교육운영방법을 분석하여 국내 선원안전(재)교육과정의 효율적인 운영방안을 제안하였다. 향후 우리나라 전체 선원 37,000여명이 5년마다 주기적으로 선원안전(재)교육을 수료하여야 하므로 선원의 편의를 위하여 STCW 협약에서 인정하는 선상에서의 교육을 활성화하고 선상교육프로그램을 표준화하여 육상교육을 축소할 뿐만 아니라 선원 안전교육의 지속적인 개선을 위해 교육 분야 투자가 지속적으로 진행되어야 한다. 또한 국내 선원안전(재)교육과정과 STCW협약과의 차이점을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있으며, 선원이 안전(재)교육을 적시에 이수할 수 있는 환경을 마련하기 위하여 안전교육시설 및 가상현실 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 투자가 이루어져야 한다.

기업에서의 스마트 훈련 도입 및 활성화 방안 (Introduction and Activation Strategies for Smart Training of Corporate)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the introduction and activation of smart training for the effective training of vocational ability development of companies in the 4th industrial revolution era, we analyze the present status of smart training introduction and related difficulties and propose concrete activation plan. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the online survey, we tried to confirm the recognition of corporate about smart training. Questionnaires include what are the benefits, expectations, and difficulties of smart training, etc. The survey was conducted from August 21, 2017 to September 4, 2017. A total of 69 companies participated in the questionnaire. The questionnaire results were analyzed through frequency analysis and contents analysis. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we found out the cause of inhibition of smart training activation and suggested activation strategies. Results - The main reason for the provision of smart training is the expectation of the training performance and the recognition that it is possible to provide training in a flexible manner. The effectiveness of smart training operation was evaluated as a high level of contribution to the development of creative training course and the capacity of training institute. As a result of checking factors that hinders the activation of smart training, the most important reason is that the time and cost burden of the training institutes is excessive. The lack of expertise in the design of smart training courses and the burden of employers and trainees. Conclusions - In order to activate smart training, it is necessary to find solutions to the obstacles at the internal or external level of training institutions. The internal barriers to the training organization are lack of internal competence for preparation and course management. In this regard, we need to consider providing consulting, best practices or guidance in the process of designing and operating smart training. On the other hand, as an external obstacle factor, it is necessary to provide incentives to participate in smart training. In addition, further research is needed on strategies that can lead to participation in smart training from the viewpoint of employers and learners.

효율적인 해기사 실습교육제도의 개발에 관한연구 (A Study on the Development of an Efficient Training Education System for Merchant Marine Officers)

  • Much efforts have been made to improve the training education system for last decades. however, it still leaves much room form improving the system. The reason for this is that the have been many changes in given educational conditions, national and international, and that there existed the lack of training facilities on shore and the limits of capacity on the training ship. The existing program adopts a straight-through system of which the course has to be completed at same time, and also forces students to study the course, disregarding their aptitude for sea life. Consequently, the program resulted in frustrating the learning desire of some students and, as a consequence, in deteriorating the quality of the entire training education. This paper aims to develop an efficient training program including curriculla by the literature survey and the teaching and sea experiences on the training ship "HANBADA" and merchant ships, where the authors have been for many years. Compared with the existing one, the new training model suggested in this paper has some advantages as follows : First, the new model adopts multi-state system which consists of various short-term training courses according to each purpose. This system will be helpful for student to find their aptitude for sea life earlier and to understand classes of major subjection shore. Second, the model includes new curriculla which consist of core subjects (for example, navigation, marine operation, marine transportation, watch keeping and nautical English for deck cadets and internal and external combustion engine, auxiliary machinery, electric and electronics and engine maintenance for engine cadets), by incorporating existing 20 subjects in 5 subjects. These curriculla may contribute to embodying the characteristics of training education where the above mentioned subjects must be linked with each other. In order to implement this new training model efficiently and effectively, the following prerequisties must be prepared : $\circled1$ The contents of each subject included in the new model should be systematically developed. $\circled2$ The educational schedule should be adjusted according to the new model.new model.

여성 고부가가치 직업훈련의 장애요인과 발전방안 연구 (A Study on the Obstacle Factors and the Development Strategy of High Value Occupational Training for Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 '고부가가치 전문인력양성 직업교육훈련'의 장애요인을 도출하고 발전방안을 제안하는 데 있다. 해당 훈련은 ICT, SW, 지식서비스 등 고부가가치 분야에 전문적인 교육 훈련을 제공함으로써 여성 취업의 양적 질적 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이러한 목표에 부합하는 교육 훈련이 이뤄지고 있는지 확인하기 위해 2018년도에 운영된 48개 과정에 대한 분석 및 현장모니터링을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 학습자 관리, 과정 설계, 현장실습 운영, 성과평가와 관련하여 장애요인 및 개선점이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 연구자는 고부가가치 직업훈련의 발전방안으로 첫째, 역량 기반 학습자 선발 둘째, 기업 연계형 프로젝트 및 구조화된 현장실습 강화 셋째, 자체적인 성과평가 체계 마련 및 성과관리 넷째, 우수훈련과정에 대한 지원 확대 및 과정개발 관련 컨설팅 지원을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 고부가가치 훈련을 위한 정책 수립에 참고자료가 될 것으로 기대하며, 향후 양적연구를 통해 성과와 문제점을 보다 명확하게 진단해야 할 것이다.

기업의 직무체계에 기초한 실업자 직업훈련과정 표준모형 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Standard Model for Vocational Training Courses for the Unemployed Based on Entrepreneurial Skill System)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 기업의 직무체계에 기초한 실업자 직업훈련과정 표준모형 개발 연구에 있다. 훈련과정 표준모형 개발은 우선 직무체계 정립을 통하여 직무관련 개념정의와 직무체계를 검토하였으며, 직무능력체제 및 훈련과정 모형 개발 방향 및 방법을 수립하여, 직무능력체제를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 직무영역, 핵심능력 및 수행내용, 능력단위 및 수준, 단위요소가 도출되었다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 직무능력체제에 따른 훈련과정 구성 및 구조 설계 정립이 수행되었으며, 그 결과 훈련과정 개발모형, 훈련과정 구조설계, 훈련과정별 훈련교과 모형이 도출된 훈련과정 모형이 개발되었다.

2급 노인장기요양보호사 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (Development of Education & Training Programs for Senile Long-Term Care Managers (the 2nd. grade))

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop the first standardized education & training program for education of senile long-term care managers to improve the quality of senile long-term care service. Methods: The study developed programs through literature review, specialists' conference and interview with the linear approach from February, 2007 to May, 2007. Results: Senile long-term care managers should have qualification of 51 items in knowledge, 35 items in technology and 17 items in attitude. Total 8 subjects were education & training subjects of senile long-term care managers and the study proposed targets of each subject and education & training level divided into top, middle and bottom. Total education & training hours were composed of 70 hours in theory, 50 hours in practical technique and 40 hours in social welfare practice in agencies. Conclusion: The study will contributed development of the first education & training programs for education of senile long-term care managers. Therefore, the study proposes that the study will be applied to a systematical education & training course through program verification after applying real programs to senile long-term care managers and that it is necessary to develop the standardized education & training program for higher senile long-term care managers.

해양플랜트 기초안전교육에 참여하는 교육생의 동향 분석 및 개선 방안에 대한 연구 -STCW 협약교육과 OPITO 교육 중심- (A Study on the Trends and Development Plans for the trainee who completed BOSIET course -Focusing on the STCW and OPITO Safety Training-)

  • As many offshore plants are built domestically, many workers get various jobs in the offshore plants directly or indirectly. But workers(including seaman and non-seaman) still have hard time to getting the job in offshore plants because they still rely on personal contacts and limitation of adaptable positions. Now people who want to work at offshore plants have to get safety training under the regulation and request of IMO/STCW and OPITO. Recently OPITO reinforced offshore safety training and discussed the mutual agreement between IMO/STCW and OPITO. Therefore this study searched legal standards for offshore plant work and the trend of offshore safety training. Base on a survey among domestic delegates who completed BOSIET course from 2010, we now understand the actual situations in finding an effective way on how to advance domestic workers in the offshore plant industry.

교육중심의 애니메이션전공 교육과정 연구 : 4년제를 중심으로 (A Study of Education-Centered Animation Major Curricular : Focusing on 4-Years University Course)

  • 본 연구는 교육중심의 애니메이션을 강화하기 위하여 영상예술의 기초를 바탕으로 산업적 전문성을 갖춘 교육과정을 연구하고자한다. 연구대상은 실무 제작중심교육, 예술중심교육, 연구와 제작의 혼합형교육 등의 교육을 지향하는 국내외의 대학사례를 바탕으로 하였다. 연구내용은 교육과정을 학년별로는 기초에서 심화과정단계, 제작과정은 기획-제작-후반단계로, 기초이론은 기초감성영역에서 관련영역 등의 세 가지 분야로 분류하여 연구하였다. 이를 통해 분석된 국내외대학의 교과내용과 교육과정구성방법의 특징을 기초로 교육중심에 적합한 4년제 교육과정을 제시해보고자 하였다. 교육과정의 구성에 필요한 교과목의 연구는 사례대학에서 개설된 교과목 중 일치되는 교과를 중심으로 전공교과의 특성에 따라 기초 공통교과, 전공필수교과, 전공 선택교과 등으로 분류하여 개설하였다. 교육중심의 교육과정연구에 있어 각 대학의 교육목표와 학제 간 개별특성이 서로 달라 교육내용의 공통점을 이끌어 내는데 어려움이 있었다.

유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감에 대한 개인적 변인과 대인관계 변인의 영향 (Effects of Individual and Interpersonal Variables on Early Childhood Teachers' Efficacy of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of individual and interpersonal variables on early childhood teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance. Individual variables consisted of teachers' socio-demographic characteristics, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance and warm-hearted attitude. Interpersonal variables consisted of intimacy with colleagues, support from the principal of a kindergarten, parental partnerships. Subjects were 122 early childhood teachers in Busan. Major findings were as follows. There were significant differences in teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance with respect to teachers' age, teaching experience, position, marriage status, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance, warm-hearted attitude, intimacy with colleagues, and support from the principal of a kindergarten. In other words, a higher level of teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance was shown in the teachers who were older, highly experienced, or in higher positions. In addition, teachers who were married, had completed a training course on problem behavior guidance, had a higher warm-hearted attitude, had a intimacy with colleagues, or had a support from the principal of a kindergarten were found to have higher efficacy of problem behavior guidance. As results of examining relative effects of individual and interpersonal variables on efficacy of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables are teaching experience, warm-hearted attitude, support from the principal of a kindergarten, and position in that order.
