마을평생교육리더 양성과정 참여자의 프로그램 만족도 (A Study on Program Satisfaction of Participants in the Leader Course of Village Lifelong Learning)

  • This study is the purpose to analyze the satisfaction of training course for the village lifelong education leader who will act as the village lifelong education leaders in the future. The data were collected from 197 the participants who have learned the training course for village lifelong education leaders among 7 local governments. The collected questionnaires were statistically treated by using SPSS (Version 17.0) program and frequency, T-test, and ANOVA. The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) the satisfaction of women's learners to the training course of village lifelong education leaders is high. 2) the satisfaction of low ages to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 3) the satisfaction of high educational background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 4) the satisfaction of high income background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 5) the satisfaction of much learning experience learners to lifelong education is high. 6) the highest among the satisfaction level of the program participants for village lifelong education is the staff service of lifelong education organization.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relative variables between lifelong education practice and lifelong education leader's characteristics in village that personal characteristics, educational participation, network characteristics and empowerment characteristics. The results of this are as follows: Firstly, the village lifelong education leaders of women, low ages, high educational background, longer living and much leadership experiences in village have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Secondly, the village lifelong education leaders who have participated much more the programs have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Thirdly, the empowerments for the village lifelong education leader are understand the residents in village, operation and management technology of program, positive attitude and voluntary thoughts.

성인 학습자를 위한 평생교육으로서 패션 교육 (Fashion education as a lifelong education program for adult learners)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify adult learners' decision making variables, satisfaction, and evaluation toward fashion education as a university lifelong education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purpose, information source, and selection criteria for lifelong education center and program. Regarding satisfaction toward fashion education, this study included satisfaction toward program and satisfaction toward education condition and administrative services. Data were gathered by both questionnaires and focus group interview(FGI) with 12 adults who completed the program. While questionnaires were used for decision making variables and satisfaction, FGI was used for evaluation. Frequency was used to analyze the questionnaires and content analysis was used to analyze the results of FGI. The findings showed that respondents participated mostly because of hobby or interest and got information mostly from acquaintances. They regarded program contents as the selection criteria for lifelong education center. They also regarded lecturers' professionality as the selection criteria for the program and showed high satisfaction toward lecturers' passion. Regarding education condition and administrative services, they showed high satisfaction. FGI also showed the importance of individual competence, career development, a work-study program, a on-site study program, and lecturer. The results suggest methods to make university lifelong education programs more appealing to adults who want to attend universities for non-degree university programs.

6진 분류에 따른 평생교육 프로그램의 AHP 분석 (An Analysis of the AHP of the Lifelong Education Program based on the Six Classification Scheme)

  • 본 연구는 6진 분류에 따른 평생교육 프로그램의 상대적 중요도 분석을 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 평생교육 프로그램의 영역별 상대적 중요도는 '기초문해교육', '직업능력교육', '시민참여교육', '학력보완교육', '문화예술교육' 순으로 나타났고, 평생교육 프로그램 요소별 상대적 중요도는 문자해득, 기초생활기술, 현직직무역량, 시민참여활동, 시민리더역량, 초등학력보완, 문화예술향상, 생활문화예술, 자격인증역량, 중등학력보완 프로그램의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 평생교육사 양성 및 연수 프로그램과 평생교육 프로그램 설계에 활용될 수 있으며, 평생교육 실천현장의 평생교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 현실감 있는 이론적 실천적 함의로서 평생교육 발전에 많은 시사점을 제공한다.

초등학교 고학년 안전보건교육 프로그램 개발과 효과검증 (Development and effect of elementary school upper-grade safety health education program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a safety health education program for the upper graders of elementary school children and to evaluate the program. Methods: The study was designed for learner centered safety education and heath education based on a theory of lifelong education. After a model development of the program was set up, five major units were selected after five stages of program planning, design, acting, evaluation and feedback: school safety, traffic safety, home safety, life safety, and first-aid. Twenty things were selected as what to teach, and a lesson plan of 12 sessions was mapped out by arranging what to teach. The subjects in this study were 114 elementary school students who were in five different sixth-grade classes. Each class received education for five days, in four sessions each, according to the program. Results: The learners showed improvement in safety consciousness, safety knowledge, self-efficacy and safety behavior after they received education according to the safety health education program, and they expressed a lot of satisfaction with the program. Conclusion: It is important to develop the lifelong education for safety health education for the elementary school children.

해양산업 인적자원개발 방향 탐색 (An Exploration of Direction for Human Resource Development in Marine industry)

  • The purpose of this research is to grasp the present state of marine lifelong education and to provide direction for maritime industry. In this research, we first saw our country present ocean industry and the ocean lifelong education concept and definition besides formal school education to secure ocean human capital. Second, we researched about the ocean lifelong education that has been progressing by the organization, and by this, we inferred what to improve from our country ocean lifelong education. As a result, the improvement point for present ocean lifelong education of our country was first, the reflect of variety of marine related information in our country lifelong education is low, second, the learners were mostly children and teenagers, third, most of the were event education. Forth, it is good that there are a lot of experimenting programs, but most of them were experiment of ocean leisure sports and visiting the facilities, and because these are one-time thing so it was hard to secure marine citizenship or help them set their career in marine. Fifth, all facilities had similar contents for the experimenting program, and sixth, education period was concentrated on May and November.

  • 본 연구는 평생학습의 개념과 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력의 요인과 외국 공과대학에서 이루어지고 있는 평생학습 능력 개발 사례를 살펴봄으로써 우리나라 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발시킬 수 있도록 제언을 하였다. 이를 위하여 평생학습을 주요어로 하여 개념, 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력 요인, 적용 사례를 중심으로 '문헌연구'를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발하기 위한 전략과 시사점을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 보다 실증적인 연구를 통해 실제 적용 가능한 프로그램을 개발하고 효과에 대한 검증이 필요하다.

  • 이 연구는 16개 광역시 도 지역대표도서관의 평생교육 강좌의 유형, 내용, 수준 현황과 울산광역시 소재 4개 공공도서관의 학습목적, 강좌내용, 수업방법의 구체적 실태와 성과를 분석하였다. 이 분석 결과를 토대로 공공도서관 평생교육 강좌의 개선방안을 차별성과 체계성 확립 그리고 강좌 평가를 위한 모형 개발을 제시하였다.

Establishment of Chosun University's Lifelone Education Support System for the Individuals with Disabilities: Department-Led Educational Innovation

  • The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

빅데이터 분석을 활용한 지역 맞춤형 교육프로그램 선정 모형 개발 (A Study on Regional-customizededucation program selection model using big data analysis)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터 분석을 활용한 지역 맞춤형 교육프로그램 선정 모형 개발을 주요 목적으로 한다. 우선, 문헌 고찰을 통해 빅데이터 및 교육의 개념 및 특성 그리고 빅데이터 기술과 연구 활용 등의 이론을 분석하여, 이를 평생교육 빅데이터 활용을 위한 선결과제와 기초 연구자료로 제공한다. 아울러 교육 데이터 수집의 방법과 교육의 특성에 적정한 빅데이터 활용 방법을 제시하고 이를 활용한 지역 맞춤형 교육프로그램 선정 모형을 개발하였다. 지역 맞춤형 교육프로그램 선정 모형 개발은 총 6단계로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 맞춤형 교육프로그램 모델은 실질적 활용 면에 있어, 국가승인통계인 '평생학습 개인 실태조사' 처럼 1년 후에 분석하지 않고 실시간으로 데이터가 제공되는 방식으로 활용 부분에 있어서도 선택적 분석이나 미래예측 등 자유도가 매우 높아 교육 분야에 빅데이터가 충분한 필요성과 가치가 있음을 알 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 표본 모형에 사용되고 있는 모든 프로그램은 무료로 제공되고 있으며, 프로그래밍 특성상 커뮤니티 또한 활발하게 교류가 이루어지고 있어 추후 수정 및 보완 시에도 매우 용이하여 더욱 완성도 높은 교육프로그램 개발 모형을 개발할 수 있다.
