  • In Korea, TCN has applied to the Korean High-speed Train (HSR350X) through G7 High-speed Train development project. TCN is the most suitable international standard communication network for distributed control systems that is adopted for high-speed of vehicle, safety and flexibility. TCN is the network exclusively for the high-speed train and electrical trains. This TCN satisfies the network standards. The network standards are real time communication, fault tolerance design, integrated data system, resistance of environment, automated recognition for modification of vehicle formation and maintenance. The purpose of this research is applying the development of WTB analyzer which is part of communication network system TCN, to check the communication of high-speed trains and electrical trains.

초등학교 3학년의 미디어기기 이용과 집행기능 곤란과의 관계: 의사소통의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between the Media Device Use and Executive Function Difficulties in Third Grade: Focus on the Moderating Effect of Child's Communication Ability)

  • This study identifies correlations between the use of media devices, communication ability, and executive function difficulties for third grade students, as well as investigates the moderating effect of a child's communication ability. Data from the 10th (2017) Panel Study on Korean Children [PSKC] was employed (N=557). Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression were used along with SPSS 25.0(IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). The results were as follows. First, the executive function difficulties in the third-grade showed a significant positive correlation with media device use. While also, showing a negative correlation with a child's communication ability. Media devices use and communication ability has a significant negative correlation. Second, a child's communication ability has a moderating effect in relation to the use of media devices and executive function difficulties. The difficulty of executive function showed a reciprocal increase to a child's use of media devices and indicated a discriminatory effect of a child's communication ability. In conclusion, this study shows that communication ability is important as a personal factor for children who control the negative effects of media devices. Therefore, it is necessary to provide and support an environment for the development of a child's communication ability.

다중 연결이 가능한 터미널 에뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Multi-connection Terminal Emulator)

  • 최근 IoT의 발전으로 다양한 통신방식을 지원하는 장치들을 서로 연결하여 데이터를 송 수신하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직렬통신, TCP, UDP, ZigBee, Bluetooth 등 여러 가지 통신 방식을 지원하는 멀티터미널 에뮬레이터를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 각 통신 방식 별로 여러 개의 채널 연결을 지원하고, 데이터 전송을 예약할 수 있고, 통신 데이터 통계를 수집하여 그래프로 표현하고, 로그 기록을 저장하는 기능을 제공한다. 이 시스템을 사용함으로써 다중 장치간 통신 연결을 테스트할 수 있게 되어, IoT 시스템 개발에 편의성을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Phase Noise Reduction of Microwave HEMT Oscillators Using a Dielectric Resonator Coupled by a High Impedance Inverter

  • The phase noise reduction in a configuration of the HEMT oscillator with a dielectric resonator coupled by a quarter-wavelength impedance inverter is investigated. Two HEMT oscillators for a satellite payload system are manufactured in the same configuration except for the coupling configuration of the dielectric resonator (DR) in order to empirically demonstrate the phase noise reduction. Experimental result shows that a phase noise reduction by 14 dB can be enhanced by increasing the characteristic impedance of a coupling microstrip impedance inverter.

  • This paper presents the Development of Switching Power Supply for testing communication equipment. The communication equipment need many kinds of voltage(-48V,27V,12V,5V,3.3V), and in case of low voltage needs large current($10{\sim}20A$). The previous Linear Power Supply was very heavy, has low efficiency and poor power-factor for testing communication equipment. This development has good efficiency and high power-factor using switch mode power supply technique. This Development of Switching Power Supply is composed of eight converters. The principles of operation, feature, and design considerations are illustrated and verified through the experiment with 600W prototype.

  • Science and technology is the power of impelling the economic and social development. Promoting the international sci-tech communication and cooperation is one of the important ways of pulling the economic development of Northeast Asia area. Sci-tech communication and cooperation between the government and the folk are two wings of international sci-tech communication and cooperation. Both are supplemented mutually and indispensable. In order to promote the economic and social development of Northeast Asia area and further strength, some suggestions are put forward, i.e. fully exerting university the main roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area and fully exerting Liaoning province the important roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area.

  • The scope of this paper is to show a risk management plan including how to perform risk assessment and to make a mitigation plan aspects of the communication payload system development. According to system engineering management guide of DoD of USA and risk management plan of satellite communication system, risk assessment and mitigation plan of communication payload system were performed. In this paper, it is indicated the process of risk management and risk assessment procedures as well as mathematical model for risk assessment of DoD guide. It is shown how risk assessment and mitigation plan have implemented in communication payload system development through case study.

  • We describes V2X technology, a connectivity-based recognition technology that is attracting attention as a key technology for implementing autonomous driving technology, and autonomous communication modules that implement ADAS technology, a sensor-based recognition technology. It also explains the trends in V2X technology standardization centered on IEEE 802.11p, which is a WAVE technology standard based on Wi-Fi/DSRC. Finally, we will discuss the market growth trend of V2X communication modules in the United States, the leading V2X technology module, and the development of technology development trends of major domestic and international companies that are leading the global technology market related to V2X communication modules. V2X and ADAS technologies will be the biggest influence on automotive purchasing decisions. In recent years, V2I mandates have been promoted beyond V2V, mainly in developed countries such as the United States. The related industry needs to focus on the development of information transmission network technology that can support high frequency high efficiency(transmission rate) and sophisticated positioning accuracy beyond conventional vehicle communication.

  • 현재, 자동화 시스템을 위한 통신분야는 TCP/IP를 기반으로 하는 네트워크 기반 원격제어 부분과 시스템의 각 내부 장치들간의 통신을 위한 간단한 직렬통신으로 나뉠 수 있다. 네트워크의 비약적인 발전에도 불구하고 내부 제어를 위한 통신부분은 현재까지 간단한 RS232기반을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 시스템의 개발기법은 각 기능단위의 모듈러 프로그래밍 기법에서 객체지향 프로그램으로 발전하였으며, 현재는 소프트웨어의 부품단위인 컴포넌트 기반 개발기법으로 발전하였다. 이는, 비즈니스 로직을 포함하는 독립적인 운영단위를 조립하며 새로운 시스템의 개발로 이어지는 기법으로서 소프트웨어 개발기법의 새로운 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 컴포넌트 기반의 개발 기법을 적용한 GUI기반의 RS232C에서의 내부통신 Emulate를 구현하였다. 이는, 수신부와 송신부로 나뉘어지는 통신 제어부분을 컴포넌트화 하였으며, 이를 합성함으로서 제어부에서는 송,수신 데이터의 핸들링을 담당하도록 하였다.
