도시민 유입을 고려한 농촌 서비스 및 인프라 개선 주요 항목 도출 - 복지문화 요인을 중심으로 - (Derivation of Rural Service and Infrastructure Factor Considering Urban-to-rural Migration - Focus on Welfare and Culture -)

  • This study was attempted to grasp the push-pull factors of urban to rural migrants in relation to services and infrastructure of rural welfare and culture. Online and offline survey were conducted for urban residents who were willing to return to the rural area and those who were already returning to the rural area. In the fields of health care, social welfare, and education, it was found that the satisfaction level of urban-to-rural migrants was relatively higher than those of latent urban-to-rural migrants. In the field of culture, leisure and sports, the level of satisfaction and concern were similar, so it was found that the expectations for the field were relatively high before returning rural area. As for the agreement degree to expand support, the demand for emergency medical facilities and dementia care program was the highest, and the demand for health care was found to be relatively high. The results of the survey on the top priority items indicate that latent urban-to-rural migrants require support of facility and space item and expansion of program item, and urban-to-rural migrants have high demand for expansion of program item in all field except healthcare field. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.

Activities-Specific Balance Confidence(ABC)척도에 대한 라쉬분석의 적용 (Application of Rasch Analysis to the Activities-Specific Balance Confidence (ABC) Scale)

  • This study was designed to examine, applying Rasch analysis based on item response theory, the questionnaires of the Activities-Specific Balance Confidence (ABC) scale for the elderly. The subjects were 99 institutional older adults and clients of social welfare facilities. The subjects (17 men, 72 women) ranged in age from 65 to 94 years (mean age 76.5 yrs). The Winsteps software was used to assess whether the ABC scale fits the Rasch model, to estimate the score and to refine the rating scale. The results are as follows. Twenty-two subjects were excluded as misfit persons. Four items were found to be misfits and the order of difficulty of the remaining 12 items was rearranged. Their balance confidence is indicated by -.64~1.12 logit, and the transformation formula is score=[(logit score+2.76)/(2.76+3.48)]${\times}$100. The most difficult item was "Walk outside in icy sidewalks" and the easiest item was "Walk around house." In conclusion, the ABC scale for the elderly has been proven reliable and valid. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an effective examination tool for treatment planning and screening for older adults.

중.소 SI업체의 IT프로젝트 수행 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Small and Medium System Integration Companies in Performing IT Projects)

  • 이 연구는 중소 SI업체들이 IT프로젝트를 수행하는데 있어 어떤 공통적인 특성을 보여주는가를 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 이 연구에서는 2006년부터 2009년까지 중소 제조업체를 대상으로 수행된 194개의 IT프로젝트에 대한 388건의 감리보고서를 기초자료로 사용했다. 연구 결과 프로젝트 관리 분야에서는 일정관리가 가장 취약한(문제가 있거나 또는 관리가 잘안 되는) 것으로 드러났으며, 개발 및 구현 분야에서는 시험 계획과 활동이 가장 취약했으며, 운영 빛 유지보수 분야에서는 사용자/운영자판 위한 매뉴얼 작성이 가장 취약한 것으로 드러났다. 결국 이들 세 가지 취약한 항목들은 중소 SI업체들이 IT프로젝트를 수행하는데 있어서의 공통적인 특성이라고 할 수 있다.

애견문화를 고려한 '도그파크' 계획항목과 요구도 (Dog park planning items and needs assessment in consideration of Korean pet culture)

  • Rapid urbanization and social development have brought about changes in family structure. In urbanized areas, recently the number of dogs that are a majority of companion animals has increased significantly in Korea. Consequently, a lot of friction between the general public who are not fond of dogs and dog owners in public places such as parks has been happening. A lot of countries that are taking a lead role in animal welfare have built dog parks that the general public and dogs can enjoy together. This research starts with the realization that the concept of 'dog park' needs to be introduced in Korea as more and more Koreans own dogs and other pets. This research aims to provide guidance for dog park planning by drawing planning items and analyzing the needs of each item. Total 56 planning items including dog zone, dog playground, and dog training facility, are drawn in this research. There are differences in the needs according to sex, age and the amount of time they spent with their dogs, however overall there is the highest needs in separated area for dogs in parks.

  • 최근 제조산업에 있어 다품종, 소량화하는 생산환경과 생산이라는 기능 이외의 판매, 기술 개발 등의 부분을 컴퓨터 네트워크로 결합하여 전반적인 기업 활동의 종합적인 효율화가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 의해 통합 생산정보시스템이 발전하였고 각종 산업제품의 치열한 국제경쟁에 따른 생산시스템 및 마케팅의 세계화는 이러한 변화에 대처하는 지능형 생산시스템(IMS : Intelligent Manufacturing System) 체계를 필요로 하게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 IMS를 효율적으로 구축하기 위해 제조분야의 정보시스템에 대한 분석과 문제점 및 발전방안을 알아보고, 효율적인 제조 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 필수적인 정보화 전략계획의 체계적인 수립 방안으로 각 정보화 전략계획 수립 단계별 절차와 산출물 그리고 산출물의 통합관리에 대한 체계를 개발하였다. 또한, 정보화 전락계획의 효율적 적용을 위해 각 단계별 상세한 체계설계와 Template를 제시하여 IMS를 효율적으로 지원하는 정보화 전략계획 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

연구개발에서의 생산성 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 (Strategic Approach to Enhance the Research and Development Productivity)

  • The R&D productivity has the same meaning as that of general meaning. Its input includes budget, facility, schedule, idea and target, and its output includes patent, paper, technological innovation and revenue increase and technology accumulation influenced by these factors. The choice of R&D item which will have the large effectiveness after customization, resource input of proper level, application of efficient development schema, effective usage of development output, objective appraisal for the R&D output and extension for the future project are the main factors for which is suggested to enhance the R&D productivity. The management's expectation for R&D can be represented as the innovativeness of output and potential influence to outsiders. The speedy output, even if incremental investment more than planning happens, will eventually result in the productivity enhancement of the enterprise, and managers must not encounter the opportunity loss in return for the excessive investment control.

주거단지의 환경지속성 평가지표 개발을 위한 중요 평가항목 선정에 관한 연구 (Selectioni of the Important Evaluation Items for Development of Environmental Sustainability Indics of Housing Estate)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the important evaluatio items for developing the environmental sustainability indices of housing estate. In this research, the principles of environmental sustainability were established on the concept of ESSD, and twenty-two evaluation items were explored on the basis of questionnaire of experts, the twenty-two items are ranked in order of iportant level and it is a appeared that 'development density' is most iportant evaluation item. In conclusion, twelve important items were selectd; 'development density', 'preservation of natural forest and topography' , 'amount of green area', 'reduction of water pollution','reuse of wastes','garbage discharge','reduction of air pollution','distribution of land use','rainwater infiltraton and preservaton of underground water','site planning for energy saving','separated collection of wastes','access to natural forest andwaters around housing estate'

지속 가능한 마을만들기를 위한 추진체계 개선방안 - 김해시를 중심으로 - (Improvement Plan for Promotion System of Sustainable Rural Community Building)

  • In this study, the village development promotion system was reorganized for Gimhae-si, and improvement plans and post-operation management plans were prepared through expert surveys. Through the Village Development Project, the landscape and environment of the village were improved, and the village and residents were positively changed. The Village Development Project laid the foundation for regional revitalization, giving the next generation hope for the sustainable development of the village. While maintaining the framework of the existing Rural Development Projects guidelines through case analysis of other regions, we operate educational programs for each stage by reflecting regional characteristics, and utilize and communicate with intermediate support organizations, systematically operate, and actively intervene by Eup·Myeon administration. In addition, as a follow-up management program, various follow-up management programs were being operated, such as support for capacity building such as consulting, as well as facility maintenance and support for village managers. As a result of the expert survey to review the adequacy of the improvement plan, the improvement plan derived from the overall average of 4.28 points and the standard deviation of 0 to 0.94 points for the process is judged to be appropriate. In particular, the item of 'self-reliance stage follow-up management' was very important as all experts responded with 5 points. By establishing the village development performance goals, we tried to check whether the qualitative/quantitative goals were achieved by year, and to secure quantified status data in response to changes such as resetting performance goals or adding new performance indicators. In this study, in order to improve the capacity to achieve regional development in response to the rural agreement, we prepared our own sustainable village development promotion system, governance establishment, and follow-up management plan. In addition, it is expected to be used as a reference material for the selection of new districts and the follow-up management of completed districts by establishing the village development goals.

도시근교 택지개발지역의 경관계획지표 적용방안 (Applying of Indicators for Landscape Planning in Building Lots Development District around Urban Fringe)

  • In terms of the indicators by the type for the landscape plan per the district nit, geographic ecology indicators were the items such as water, water system, topography and climate, while biological ecology indicators were the items such as green zone size, green zone ratio, biotope size and distribution. The sensory and visual indicators were the items such as view point, view axis and skyline, and the accessibility indicator items for the green zone were applied as the socially used indicators. As for the application method according to each indicator, the water or water system was expressed and applied through the slopes and elevation topographic analysis drawings, the climate was expressed and applied through the main direction of the wind and the cold wind pass alley drawings. As for the green zone size and green zone ratio, the land use according to the status and housing area development was compared to present the measured figures. In case of the biotop size and the distribution item, the range was limited to the preparation of the biotope drawings for the focused preservation. As for the view point and view axis, the view point was selected according to the view point to prepare and apply the view analysis drawing in which the view area to be preserved is analyzed. As for the skyline, its landscape photo was composed with the housing area shape, and then skyline photography was applied as the plan in order to propose and consider the various shapes of the skyline. As for the accessibility to the peen zone, the network drawing was drawn to reflect the users' accessibility and continuity of the green zone formed and preserved according to the land use plan and then the drawing was prepared and proposed as the applicable plan.

제품 설계 단계에서의 제품 원가 추정 시스템 개발 (The Development of an Product Cost Estimation System at the Product Design Stage)

  • Presented in this paper is the development of an product cost estimation system at the product design stage. The efficient cost estimation function at the design stage is essential for the cost reduction activities through the entire product life cycle. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic working procedure, and to develop information system for managing a great deal of production and product-related data required for the cost estimation. The developed system has the capability of estimating a cost of assembly type products as well as unit-item type products. As proposed system is based on the variant approach, it can be used easily at an early design stage without the need for detail design information. Also, this system is integrated with legacy PDM (Product Data Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for fast. accurate and easy product cost estimation. The estimated cost includes material cost, overhead cost as well as labor cost.
