Nano-sized $TiO_2$ particles were produced by a premixed flame aerosol reactor, and they were immobilized on a mesh-type substrate in form of particulate film. The reactor made it possible maintaining the original particulate characteristics determined in the flame synthetic process. The particulate morphology and crystalline phase were not changed until the particulate were finally coated on the substrate, which resulted in the better performance of the photocatalytic conversion of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the ultraviolet $(UV)-TiO_2$ system. In the flame aerosol reactor, the various specific surface areas and the anatase weight fractions of the synthesized particles were obtained by manipulating the parameters in the combustion process. The performance of the $TiO_2$ particulate films was evaluated for the destruction of the VOCs under the various UV irradiation conditions. The decomposition rates of benzene and formaldehyde under the irradiation of UV-C of 254 nm in wavelength were evaluated to check the performance of $TiO_2$ film layer to be applied in air quality control system.

본 연구는 우주비행 훈련 중인 남녀 예비우주인의 모발을 채취하여 모발의 형태적 변화를 전자현미경을 사용하여 관찰하였고 인장강도 특성을 인장강도기를 사용하여 분석하였다. 남성과 여성 두 예비우주인의 모발 표면은 매우 거칠고 불규칙한 모양을 하고 있었다. 예비우주인들의 모발표면에는 파괴된 큐티클세포의 잔유물이 지저분하게 붙어 있었고, 비늘이 분리되어 있었다. 그리고 큐티클층을 이루고 있는 큐티클세포의 세포질에는 많은 구멍을 형성하고 있었다. 모발 표면에서 큐티클세포의 부서짐은 이들 구멍들이 형성된 부위인 내큐티클이 파괴되면서 나타났다. 그리고 여성 예비우주인 모발의 인장강도는 14.60mm로서 건강모발과 비교하였을 때 약 10% 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

The CRISPR-Cas system provides an adaptive immunity for bacteria and archaea against invading phages or foreign plasmids. In the type II CRISPR-Cas system, a single effector protein Cas9 and a guide RNA form an RNA-guided endonuclease complex that can degrade DNA targets of foreign origin. To avoid the Cas9-mediated destruction, phages evolved anti-CRISPR (Acr) proteins that neutralize the host bacterial immunity by inactivating the CRISPR-Cas system. Here we report the backbone ¹H, ¹⁵N, and ¹³C resonance assignments of AcrIIA5 that inhibits the endonuclease activity of type II-A Streptococcus thermophilus Cas9 and also Streptococcus pyogenesis Cas9 using triple resonance nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The backbone chemical shifts of AcrIIA5 predict a disordered region at the N-terminus, followed by an αββββαβββ fold.

A severely cold weather condition of King Sejong Station, Antarctica becomes a very severe condition for an installation/operation of wind generation system. When the existing wind generation system works, it may cause a damage and destruction of wind generation system and can bring about big problems in terms of the power quality. Accordingly, it is essential to obtain technologies for the installation and operation of small wind generation system for the polar region's wind generation, and to assess and demonstrate the performance in the severely-cold environment and the polar wind generation system's development, supplementation, alteration. Also, as the available power of King Sejong Station, Antarctica, the diesel generator has been mainly used, and the wind generator has been used in the hybrid form. Wind generation and diesel generation has the different load following control each other. In the wind generation, the generated power very rapidly changes according to the change of the velocity of the wind. On the other hand, the diesel generation shows very gentle change in the velocity of output. Therefore, the study is intended to analyze the 10kw small wind generator-diesel generator's power quality of King Sejong Station, Antarctica, which is the hybrid system installation area.

산업제어시스템은 초기에 주로 아날로그 형태로 구축되었다. 그러나 산업발전에 따라 운영에 필요한 센서들이 증가하면서 시스템이 복잡해지고 정밀함이 요구되어 디지털 설계의 필요성이 높아졌다. 그런 필요성에 발맞추어 디지털 시스템들의 안정성은 크게 향상되었고, 최근에는 원전을 포함한 대부분의 제어시스템들이 디지털로 설계되고 있다. 산업제어시스템의 디지털 활용이 점차 개방화 표준화되면서 잠재적인 사이버 위협세력에 의한 제어시스템 침투 및 파괴 가능성이 매우 높아졌다. 이에 따라 국내 외에서는 위협의 식별과 효과적인 대책마련을 위하여 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문은 관련지침 분석을 통해 제어시스템과 원전제어시스템의 공통되는 보안요구사항을 취하고, 향후 원전 인 허가 요건으로 필수적인 원전 사이버보안 체계 개발방안을 제안한다.

The residence plan of Korea has been formed with bias for quantitative growth and uniformity failing at obtaining human value. Also, rapid growth brought about severe problems of deteriorated human life and destruction of environment. The solution for these problems is pursued in many directions, but there is short of active plan yet. The residence shall develop into new direction to satisfy the demand by reflecting society and culture as well as residents. This study examines external design with symbolic representation of regional feature as an alternative for uniform residence environment problem. This study will be a basic data upon suggesting the direction for planning high quality residence environment. This study examined the elements which form external space of residence complex, designed plan for external space of residence complex, and examined how to reflect regional feature which is important element of local community and culture on the space plan for residence complex based on the evaluation by local residents centered on Gimcheon-si, Gyeongbuk which just started local specialty by fostering. The materialism prevalent in the modern industrial society and concern for the destruction of nature have led people to long for the returning to nature and excite their nostalgia for old. These phenomena induced in modern fashion naturalism retrospectivism ethnicism and primitivism. In the following we present our findings in regard the roles and relationships of the tie dying with the modern fashion design. in regard the roles and relationships of the tie dying with the modern fashion design. The common basic themes are founded as follows; 1. Naturalism: The tie dying is from very old times and has evolved in many parts of the world producing their own natural designs and color. They bear the characteristic of nature; the pleasantness smoothness and complexity. 2. Individualism and hand made: No two items produced by the tie dying technique are identical even though they are similar by design and their individuality is to some extent determined by chance. The retrospetivism and individualism are themes relating to the modern fashion. 3. Ethnicism and primitivism: The tie dying brings up the 'ethnic and traditional' to us and their designs and colors present the new images of the ethnic and primitive influences to the modern designs. 4. Ecology recyle and grunge look: The tie dying represent the recycle of the used natural resources such as making the old cloths useful again in new forms by tie dying them. The old clothes thus restored show wrinkled untidy and somewhat loosely fit form. This image of 'grunge look' is one of the central theme of the modern fashion.

Especially, the study that a reliability assessment method to prevent to reliability problem to be happened when the solder lead(lead-free solder), non-cd component, non-bromide component(without the polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDE))and hexavalent chromium(Cr VI) clearance component and mercury-free applied to electronic equipment is progressed. As the result of the study for applying of a reliability assessment technique of lead-free solder that recognized the most of urgent problem at the company, combination accelerated life test could taken by adding and appling the part of a humidity acceleration part to Eyring Model which is proposed by R.E.Thomas. The reliability assessment methods study of PWB clean environmental materials is expected to respond to a reliability elevation and environmental material regulation policy spreading all over the world by beginning form Europe.

자비에 돌란의 모성과 성적(性的) 정체성에 천착하는 작품들의 영화적 시도와 실험은 어렵거나 낯설지만은 않다. 기존 영화의 양식과 형식을 해체하거나 파괴하기보다는 우리가 기억 하는 친숙한 영화나 시, 패션, 음악, 미술 등의 상호텍스트성 기법인 패스티시와 자기반영성을 통해 소통하고 있기 때문이다. 또한, 그는 작품에서 거듭 반복되는 포스트모더니즘의 특징들이라 할 수 있는 탈(脫) 장르, 탈 주체, 대중문화에 대한 관심, 과거에 대한 향수의 재현으로 말을 건넨다. 본 연구에서는 일종의 유행처럼 지나갔다고 여겨진 포스트모더니즘의 현재를 재인식하고자 하고 자비에 돌란의 영화의 포스트 모더니즘적 특징과 반복적으로 사용된 모티프를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 그의 작품에서 등장하는 인물들을 통해 소수자들에 대한 감독의 관심과 알레고리적 분석을 시도하고자 한다.
