2차원 디지털 필터의 반복실현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Iterative Implementation of 2-D Digital Filter)

  • A 2-D digital filter with rational frequency response can be expanded into an infinite sequence of filterins operations. Each filtering operation can be implemented by convolution with a Low-order 20D finite-extent impulse response. If a convergence constraint is satisfied, the sequence of estimates will approach the desired output signal. In practice, as the number of iterations is finite, the frequency response implemented by iterative computations is an approximation to the desired rational frequency response.

  • This paper evaluates the effectiveness of four-wheel-steering system from the viewpoint of lane-keeping control theory. In this paper, the lane-keeping control system is designed on the basis of the four-wheel-steering automobiles whose desired steering response is realized with the application of model matching control. Two types of desired steering responses are presented in this paper. One is zero-sideslip response, the other one is steering response which realizes zero-phase-delay of lateral acceleration. Using simplified linear two degree-of-freedom bicycle model, simulation study and theoretical analysis are conducted to evaluate the lane-keeping control performance of active four-wheel-steering automobiles which have different desired steering responses. Finally, the evaluation is conducted on straight and curved roadway tracking maneuvers.

GA를 이용한 전류 앰프의 파라미터 최적화 (The Parameter Optimization of Current Amplifier with GA)

  • The current type amplifier is the device that is used for an actuator as the motor's torque controller. However, it is too difficult to select the parameter value that has the desired output because the current type amplifier's transfer function is too complex. This study concern about the design of the current type amplifier with the desired output. From the modeled transfer function of the current type amplifier, the optimal parameter values of the transfer function can be selected in order to have the desired output using the Real Coded Genetic Algorithm(RCGA). The real circuit is made with the selected parameter value. The step response of the real circuit is in good agreement with the desired step response.

  • 본 논문은 공간 응답 변화량(Spatial Response Variation, SRV)을 사용한 광대역 빔 형성 방법을 제안한다. SRV를 정규화 항으로 적용하여 목표하는 주파수 대역에서 주 빔 폭의 변동이 약 1도 이내로 적은 양질의 광대역 빔패턴을 얻도록 하였다. 설계 실험에서 제안 된 방법이 기존 방법보다 낫다는 것을 입증하였다.

  • This paper suggests fuzzy-PI controllers for a heavy-duty gas turbine. The fuzzy-PI controllers are designed to regulate rotor speed and exhaust temperature of the gas turbine. The controller gains are tuned by genetic algorithm(GA). This paper also proposes a new fitness function of GA using a desired output response. The suggested controller is compared with previous controllers via simulations and it is shown that the rotor speed variation of our controller is smaller than those of previous ones.

  • Response surface analysis was used to study dietary ratios of n-3/n-6 fatty acid and P/S to minimize plasma triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL ${\cdot}$ VLDL-C levels and maximize plasma HDL ${\cdot}$ C levels of rats. Because the dietary components were not statistically independent, they were studied in combinations of two variables. The two-variable combinations were the most useful in locating the desired maximum or minimum plasma triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL ${\cdot}$ VLDL-C response in terms of the proportions of the dietary components. Response surface contours and three dimensional plots were developed for each plasma lipid response. The contours and three dimensional plots were used to help determine those combinations of the dietary fatty acid ratios that would produce the desired minimum or maximum lpid responses. The statistical analyses indicated that the minimized plasma cholesterol response levels could be attained with a diet consisting of 2.26 n-3/n-6 fatty acid and 2.15 P/S ratios.

  • This paper presents the parameter design method for the desired time response of hydraulic track motor system of an industrial excavator. The dynamic response depends upon many component parameters such as motor displacement, spring constant and various valve coefficients. Most of them are to be determined to obtain the desired response while some parameters are fixed, or discrete for the off-the-shelf type components. The parameters might be selected through repeated simulations of the system once the system is mathematically represented. This paper, however, presents optimization technique to select two parameters using a parameter optimization technique. The variational approach is applied to the system equations which are represented as state equations and from those system equations derived are the adjoint equations. The gradients for each parameter also are formed for the iterations.

  • This paper presents a study on fuzzy speed and flux controller used in a vector control of a CRPWM(Current Ragulated PWM) induction motor drive. In this paper, an approach for an easier design of the fuzzy controller is presented in order to obtain the desired value for the response time with minimal overshoot and to improve the steady state performance for speed step commands. The fuzzy controller is constructed only upon the knowledge of the motor behaviour and the desired speed response, and provides fast and robust control by reducing the effects of nonlinearities, parameter changes and load disturbance. The results of applying the fuzzy logic controller to an IM drive system are compared with those obtained by application of a conventional PI controller. The fuzzy controller provided a better response than the PI controller.

  • The damping ratio ${\xi}$ of the unit-step response of a second-order discrete system is a function of only the location of the closed-loop poles and is not directly related to the location of the system zero. However, the peak overshoot of the response is the function of both the damping ratio ${\xi}$ and an angle ${\alpha}$, which is the phasor angle of the damped sinusoidal response and is determined by the relative location of the zero with respect to the closed-loop poles. Therefore, if the zero and the open-loop poles are relatively adjusted, through pole-zero cancellation, to maintain the desired (or designed) closed-loop poles, the damping ratio ${\xi}$ will also be maintained, while the angle ${\alpha}$ changes. Accordingly, when the closed-loop system poles are fixed, the peak overshoot is considered as a function of the angle ${\alpha}$ or the system zero location. In this paper the effects of the relative location of the zero on the system performance of a second-order discrete system is studied, and a design method of digital compensator which achieves a minimum peak overshoot while maintaining the desired system mode and the damping ratio of the unit step response is presented.

베이즈 방법과 뮤직 알고리즘을 이용한 간섭과 잡음제거를 위한 원하는 목표물의 도래방향 추정 (Direction of Arrival Estimation for Desired Target to Remove Interference and Noise using MUSIC Algorithm and Bayesian Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 공간에서 원하는 신호를 추정하기 위해서 도래방향 MUSIC 공간 스펙트럼 알고리즘에 대해서 연구한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 MUSIC 공간 스펙트럼 알고리즘은 모델 오차와 베이즈 정리를 적용한 방법으로 목표물의 위치를 정확히 추정한다. 적응 배열 안테나를 사용한 수신기의 배열 응답 벡터는 베이즈 방법을 이용하고 모델 오차방법으로 수신 신호의 가중치를 갱신하여 원하는 목표물의 도래 방향을 정확히 추정한다. 본 연구에서 원하는 도래방향 목표물의 신호 추정은 입사 신호의 간섭과 잡음을 제거한 후 배열 응답 벡터를 신호 공분산 행렬의 가중치에 적용한다. 모의실험을 통해서 본 논문에서 제안한 방법과 기존의 도래방향 알고리즘을 비교 분석한다.
