This study examined the effect of current density on the surface morphology and physical properties of copper plated on a polyimide (PI) film. The morphology, crystal structure, and electric characteristics of the electrodeposited copper foil were examined by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and a four-point probe, respectively. The surface roughness, crystal growth orientation and resistivity was controlled using current density. Large particles were observed on the surface of the copper layer electroplated onto a current density of 25 mA/$cm^2$. However, a uniform surface and lower resistivity were obtained with a current density of 10 mA/$cm^2$. One of the important properties of FCCL is the flexibility of the copper foil. High flexibility of FCCL was obtained at a low current density rather than a high current density. Moreover, a reasonable current density is 20 mA/$cm^2$ considering the productivity and mechanical properties of copper foil.
Oliver flounder population density affect Oliver flounder growth and mortality rate. In laboratory pilot experiment, Oliver flounder growth rate is inversely proportional to stocking density. But previous study has not proved external validity. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of stocking density on the Oliver flounder culture farms in Jeju Island. In order to do this, I selected 13 farms in Jeju island as a sample. In the study, various analytical methods including productivity analysis, regression analysis, statistical analysis were conducted for 13 Oliver flounder culture farms. The result of analysis can be summarized as follows. First, in case of the Oliver flounder culture farms, Bertalanffy equation is not applicable to the Oliver flounder growth. Second, the Oliver flounder stocking density, defined as the surface area of Oliver flounder per $m^2$ of water surface area, is preferred to density definition defined as the weight of Oliver flounder per $m^2$ of water surface area on the Oliver Flounder Culture Farms case. Third, growth rate and production weight on the Oliver flounder culture farms are inversely proportional to stocking density on spearman rank correlation test. When extensive comparable biological and culture condition data become available, analysis model can be easily modified to yield more accurate results.
Experiments on the variability of plant type and factors representing the productivity and quality of the cultivars were subsequently carried out in relation to different plant density. Results are summarized as below. The higher was the plant density, the greater was the plant height and mean leaf inclination(MLI). As the plant density increased, the horizontal leaf area distribution became greater in proximal to the stem in NTN 77 and Br.49 but evenly in distal part in Br.21. Meanwhile, in terms of vertical leaf area distribution, it was decreased much more in middle and lower leaves than in upper in NTN 77 and Br.49 although it steadily decreased in any part of the plant in Br.21. Br.49 was the largest but Br.21 and NTN 77 were similar with respect to both CGR and NAR. The yield was greater in larger MLI cultivars(NTN 77>Br.49>Br.21). These three characteristics became greater when the tobacco were planted more densely in the field. Dry leaf weight and dry matter weight per plant were heavier in the larger MLI and increased with lower plant density. Total nitrogen content was greater in lower plant density and larger MLI cultivar. The plant density increases filling power seems to be enhanced regardless to the plant type. There was no discernible tendency on combustibility according to the plant density or plant type.

This study was carried out to find the effect of the pinching and planting density on yield of petal and grain in safflower (Caythamus tinctorius L.). The planting density was high effective branch number per $m^2$ compared with pinching, and effective flower bud was most in $270ea/m^2$ in three line planting density, but in case of pinching was few at $186{\sim}223ea/m^2$ Grain yield was increased with 231 kg/10a at double line planting density compared with in 220 kg/10a of control. Petal yield of double line and three line planting density was 25.4 kg/10a and 26.9 kg/10a, it was increased 15, 22% compared with 22.0 kg/10a of control, respectively.

The steady state close-contact melting phenomenon occurring between a phase change material and an isothermally heated flat plate with relative motion is investigated analytically, in which the effects of vertical convection in the liquid film and solid-liquid density difference are incorporated simultaneously. Not only the scale analysis is conducted to estimate a priori qualitative dependence of system variables on characteristic parameters, but also an analytical solution to a set of simplified model equations is obtained to specify the effects under consideration. These two results are consistent with each other, in that the vertical convection affects both the solid descending velocity and the film thickness, and that the density difference alters only the solid descending velocity. While the effect of vertical convection can be characterized conveniently by a newly introduced temperature gradient factor which asymptotically approaches the unity/zero with decreasing/increasing the Stefan number, that of density difference is represented by the liquid-to-solid density ratio. It is shown that the solid descending velocity depends linearly on the density ratio, and that the ratios of solid descending velocity, film thickness and friction coefficient to the conduction solution are proportional to 3/4, 1/4 and -1/4 powers of the temperature gradient factor, respectively. Also, established is the fact that the effect of convection can be legitimately neglected in the analysis for the range of the Stefan number less than 0.1.
This is an experimental study which is designed to identify the joint relationship between communication density and centrality as independent factors to team performance, discovering how they would jointly affect work team performance. Specially different from existing studies, separating team performance into team efficiency and team effectiveness, we identified differential influences to the two independent factors. Findings suggest a competing relationship between communication density and centrality. A framework was proposed to help managers understand the joint effect of density and centrality on performance. Work team has high communication density and low centrality is "Innovating", which is likely to have a great extent of ideas, knowledge and information sharing, and reach high effectiveness. Team with high centrality and low density is characterized as "centralized". Such communication structure may reduce diversity of perspectives and accelerate team decision making. When both density and centrality are low, the team is "Autonomous". To increase external validity, other factors such as leadership, organizational climate influencing on team performance should be reflected in the future research.
For establishing the efficacy against breast cancer occurrence, women's mammographic breast density and hot flush remission related to pre and post-menopausal symptoms were selected as biomarkers. Meta analysis applied the final selection of 40 papers from Medline to assess the efficacy of isoflavone-rich soy or supplements versus placebo under randomized controlled trials. Interestingly, the exposure to the purified isoflavones was more effective than the exposure to the crude extract of soy isoflavones for hot flush suppression. The length and the amount of dosage dependency is the most appropriately suggested to be one year long with 50~100 mg/day of isoflavone-rich soy or supplements. Funnel plots was used to interpret the results, overall effect of isoflavones on breast density in post-menopausal women was revealed to be less effect [effect size: 0.062, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.005 to 0.12], than that of pre-menopausal women (effect size: 0.101, CI: -0.003 to 0.205). The reason why breast density was found higher among the pre-menopausal than the post-menopausal women is that the phytoestrogens of dietary isoflavones were antagonized against estrogen by the basis of estrogen receptor binding affinity. Overall, the Meta analysis reported that isoflavone had limited influence on breast density by suppressing the expansion by only 2%, while it was more effective to suppressing the hot flush, showing a dramatic decrease of 23%.
The purpose of this study is that the blood nutrient indicator in adult women, is the depressive indicator. This study recruited 77 pre-menopausal women, and excluding missing values, 53 (mean age 44.2±6.5 years) blood indexes were statistically confirmed and then analyzed the effect of indexes on the Beck Depression Inventory. The Beck's Depression Inventory(BDI)'s average of the study subjects was 7.6±7.2, and most of the depression symptoms were within the normal range. Only two women were very serious and other two women were serious state. As a result of this study, 21 questions of BDI was classified into 5 sub-factors. Of these, 2 factors were considered physical depression, 1 factor was mood depression, 1 factor was cognitive depression, and 1 factor undecided. As a result of the correlation analysis, triglyceride, LDL(low density lipoprotein) cholesterol and potassium showed statistically significant positive relationship with depressive factors. On the other hand, HDL(high density lipoprotein) cholesterol, sodium and chloride ions showed negative relationship with depressive factors. When multiple regression analysis was performed. Considering the depression factors was dependent variable, and triglyceride, cholesterol, blood sugar, and ketone bodies was considered as independent variables. HDL(high density lipoprotein) cholesterol had a statistically significant negative effect on the depression factor 3. Considering the depression factors was dependent variable, and minerals were considered as independent variables. Potassium had a positive effect, and chloride ions had a negative effect on the depressive factor 3. This study was limited to 77 pre-menopausal women. In the future, post-menopausal women, men, and clinical neurological disorders group will be possible.
To elucidate the effect of soy isoflavone supplementation on bone mineral density and antioxidant enzyme activity in 60 postmenopausal women residing in Iksan area were recruited. There were 31 participants in the treatment group and 29 in the control group. The treatment group consumed isoflavone extract capsules daily (which contained 90 mg of soy isoflavones) for 12 weeks. The study compared before and after isoflavone intake in the following areas. Physical examination, diet survey, bone mineral density (BMD) and antioxidant enzyme activity (superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (TA)). The average age of the treatment group was 64.6 years and that of the control group was 66.5 years. There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of height, weight and body mass index. Both groups maintained a regular diet pattern in terms of their average daily nutrient intake. There were no significant differences between the treatment group (23.3 mg) and the control group (24.0 mg) in terms of daily isoflavone intake based on diet. Isoflavone supplementation of 12 weeks did not resulted in any significant changes in BMD or parameters of antioxidant enzyme activity, implying the necessity of more intensive intervention for a substantial change. In conclusion, this study revealed that antioxidant enzyme activity holds a significant relationship with the bone mineral density in postmenopausal women and further systematic research on dose and period of isoflavone supplementation is needed to clearify the positive effect of isoflavone on BMD and/or blood antioxidant capacity in postmenopausal women.

Single-crystalline Bi nanowires have motivated many researchers to investigate novel quasi-one-dimensional phenomena such as the wire-boundary scattering effect and quantum confinement effects due to their electron effective mass (~0.001 me). Single crystalline Bi nanowires were found to grow on as-sputtered films after thermal annealing at $270^{\circ}C$. This was facilitated by relaxation of stress between the film and the thermally oxidized Si substrate that originated from a mismatch of the thermal expansion. However, the method is known to produce relatively lower density of nanowires than that of other nanowire growth methods for device applications. In order to increase density of nanowire, we propose a method for enhancing compressive stress which is a driving force for nanowire growth. In this work, we report that the compressive stress can be controlled by modifying a substrate structure. A combination of photolithography and a reactive ion etching technique was used to fabricate patterns on a Si substrate. It was found that the nanowire density of a Bi film grown on $100{\mu}m{\times}100{\mu}m$ pattern Si substrate increased over seven times higher than that of a Bi sample grown on a normal substrate. Our results show that density of nanowire can be enhanced by sidewall effect in optimized proper pattern sizes for the Bi nanowire growth.
