PID제어기 자동동조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the PID controller auto-tuning)

  • The parameters of PID controller should be readjusted whenever system character change. In spite of a rapid development of control theory, this work needs much time and effort of expert. In this paper, to resolve this defect, after the sample of parameters in the changeable limits of system character is obtained, these parametrs are used as desired values of back propagation learning algorithm, also neural network auto tuner for PID controller is proposed by determing the optimum structure of neural network. Simulation results demonstrate that auto-tuning proper to system character can work well.

  • We demonstrate in this paper that the level crossing technique can be applied to such a system that not only the state vector is two-dimensional but Its two components are heterogeneous. As an example system, we use the GI-G/c/K queue whose state vector consists of the number of customers in the system and the total unfinished work.

  • In this paper, we analyses transmission performance of communication security(COMSEC) bit synchronization information over the single channel found and airborne radion system in variable message format system. Experimental results demonstrate the robust characteristics of the COMSEC bit synchronization information in $10^{-1}\sim10^{-5}$ of bit error channel and the relationship of time duration of bit synchronization and probability of synchronization detection.

  • The objective of this paper is to present a new adaptive nonlinear compensation method, which is based upon the Pth-order inverse theory and can be implemented in a systematic way, for weakly nonlinear systems that can be modeled by a Volterra series. In particular, employment of the proposed approach for the linearization of a given nonlinear system leads to the effective elimination of (up to a required order) nonlinearities in the overall system output. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, simulation results using a satellite communication system model are also provided.

  • This paper concerns on a non-rotating single-DOF beam-active magnetic bearing(AMB) system subject to arbitrary shaped base motion. In such a system, it is desirable to retain the beam within the predetermined air-gap under foundation excitation. Motivated form this, an adaptive acceleration feedforward control is proposed to reduce the base motion response without deteriorating other feedback control performances. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the acceleration feedforward control.

  • In this paper, a new holographic display system that can in real-time reconstruct the complex hologram without the bias and the conjugate image, which is obtained form the modified triangular interferometer, is presented. The proposed system is made of adding liquid crystal displays(LCDs), a $\lambda$/2 wave plate, and a polarizing beam splitter to the conventional mach-zehnder interferontric configuration. We demonstrate through theoretical analysis and experiment that real-time image reconstruction from the complex hologram is possible using the proposed system.

Taylor Series Discretization Method for Input-Delay Nonlinear Systems

  • Anew discretization method for the input-driven nonlinear continuous-time system with time delay is proposed. It is based on the combination of Taylor series expansion and first-order hold assumption. The mathematical structure of the new discretization scheme is explored. The performance of the proposed discretization procedure is evaluated by case studies. The results demonstrate that the proposed discretization scheme can assure the system requirements even though under a large sampling period. A comparison between first order hold and zero-order hold is simulated also.

  • Conventional fuzzy systems have serious problems in dealing with the nonlinear approximations on high-dimensional spaces due to the explosive increase of the number of fuzzy IF-THEN rules. In order to avoid such problems, this paper proposes a tree-structured fuzzy system in which semi-local basis functions form its basic elements, and develops a training algorithm for the proposed system based on the evolution program and LMS rule. The experimental studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed methodology.

  • This paper presents the application of a FARMA controller to stabilization of nonlinear Two-Generator Five-Bus power Systems. The control rules and the membership functions of the FARMA controller are generated automatically without using any plant model high complexity and severe nonlinearity of power systems are introduced and two-Machine Five -Bus Power system stabilization problem is formulated. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and application possibility of the FARMA controller to the control problem of high order and nonlinear plants.

  • The risk management case is an organization's formal arrangement to ensure the safety of its work activity within risk management system. It allows an organization to demonstrate its capability in achieving its safety objectives and in meeting regulatory requirements. This paper presents how the safety assessments are described, prepared and maintained to meet the criteria specified by the upcoming safety regulations. We propose the elements of risk management system that include arrangements for the ongoing identification of hazards, assessment of risks and the implementation of necessary control measures.
