노년 여성 기성복 치수분석 뫼 체형별 맞음새에 관한 연구 (Size Analysis of Ready-made Clothing for Elderly Women and Fit Evaluation according to their Body Type)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the size of ready-made clothing for elderly women and to evaluate their fit according to body type. Subjects were 33 women aged 60 and older, and they were classified by stature and drop index. The size of clothing which manufactured by four apparel brands were measured and compared with body size, and the size designation of four brands was compared. The questionnaire was carried out to subjects, and the size recognition and dissatisfaction with ready-made clothing were analyzed. The fitting test were carried out, and the subjects evaluated the fit of jackets and slacks of four brands. In the result of questionnaire, we found that subjects had little recognition about their clothing size. Subjects responded that they often felt dissatisfaction in their jacket length, sleeve length, shoulder width, bust girth, slacks, and waist girth. We found that each apparel brands had different sizing system and that even if the size designation of label was same, the clothing size was quite different. So the elderly women who didn't have so much knowledge about their own clothing size had a tendency to confuse with choosing proper clothing for themselves. In the wearer's evaluation, the significant difference in the degree of unsatisfaction were certified in several body parts according to wearer's body type. Especially, the degree of unsatisfaction in the case of subjects of having very small stature or very small hip was higher than other body types. From the result, we certified that it was necessary to consider the characteristics of each body type to increase the satisfaction of elderly women with clothing.

  • This paper is aimed at comparing the attitudes of parents and the psycho-sociogenic aspects of the children of Korean and Japan. The data for the analysis were derived from questionnaires administered to the 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade children in Korean and Japan. The questionnaires were designed to survey children's perception of their parents'child-rearing and the psycho-sociogenic aspects of the children's personality in Korea and Japan. The child-parent relationships identified by the children were measured by the items indicating the degree and the extent to which they felt their parents' dissatisfaction, complaints, strictness, expectation, interference, worry, indulgence, blind obedience, contradiction and disagreement. The psycho-sociogenic aspects of the children's personalities were measured by the items indicating the degree and extent of how they felt about their own sociablility, independence, aggressiveness, extent of how they felt about their own sociability, independencem aggressiveness, participation in groups.   • The purpose of this study was to investigate of nutritional status, a intention for dietary inprovement and a degree of dietary satisfaction of Buddhist nuns9age 23~43yr). The survey was carried out through physical examination and questionaries at Woon Mun temple in Kyungpook province September through Octoer in 1996. The results are summarized as follows: 1) All nutrients were higher than recommended daily allowances, and the ratios of carbohydrate:protein: lopid from total calories was 76:13:11 respecting ; 2) In degree of dietary satisfaction: satisfaction, between, dissatisfaction were 55.47, 36.59, 7.93% of subjects. 3)In intention for dietary improvements : the s\ulcorner way, a little improvements, much improvements were 55.47, 41.46, 3.07%. 4) Diet type were in regular sequence of volume, gourmet ; balance ; diet ; fast food type.

아내가 인지한 부부갈등에 관한 연구 (A study of Marital conflict perceived by Wife)

  • The Purpose of this study is to investigate the marital conflict degree, and find out how demographic variables have and effect on marital conflict. For the data , 521 Married woman living in pusan were selected. The data were analyzed with the SPSS PC+ statistical package using M.SD. Factor analysis. Pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA, scheffe-test, multiple regression. The main results are as follows: First, items were loaded eight resource categories such as character, sexual, children, communication, husband' family, spousal digression, economic difficulties and financial affairs problem. Second, the degree of marital conflict is relatively middle. Taking a look at each conflict factor, conflict of character problem is the highest, the next is communication problem and the third is children problem. Third, among family environmental variables level of education, income, job of husband and husband's dissatisfaction with job hove influence on the marital conflict.

프랜차이즈 매장 품질요인의 속성분류: 국내 외식업을 중심으로 (Categorizing Quality Features of Franchisees: In the case of Korean Food Service Industry)

  • 본 연구는 Kano모델을 활용하여 프랜차이즈 매장에 관한 다양한 품질요인들의 속성을 고객의 관점에서 분류하였다. 또한, 각 품질요인들이 고객의 만족 또는 불만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석해 보고자 만족지수와 불만족지수를 산출하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 외식 프랜차이즈 매장 방문 경험이 있는 서울 및 전국광역시 거주 성인들을 대상으로 온라인조사를 실시하였으며, 총 257개의 응답이 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 해당 품질요소가 충족이 되지 않는 경우 소비자의 불만으로 이어지는 요소에는 매장 청결도, 직원 친절도 및 숙련도, 편의시설 제공 등이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 프랜차이즈 사업에서 매장 간 음식메뉴의 구색, 가격, 품질수준, 인테리어, 고객서비스 절차 등의 표준화는 중요하게 생각되어 왔으나, 이 중 음식 가격의 동일성만이 고객의 불만족과 깊은 관계를 가지고 있었다. 충족이 되지 않아도 상관없지만 충족이 되는 경우 고객들의 호의적인 반응을 이끌어낼 수 있는 요소로는 외부기관으로부터의 수상 또는 인증 경력, 프랜차이즈 브랜드의 해외진출, 경품이벤트 및 사용금액에 따라 혜택을 주는 로열티 프로그램의 실시, 그리고 우수한 매장접근성이 해당되었다. 프랜차이즈 브랜드를 상대적으로 자주 이용하는 헤비유저의 경우, 정기적인 신메뉴 출시 또한 매력적인 품질요인으로 생각하고 있었다. 본 논문은 경영자가 우선적으로 관심을 두고 개선하여야 하는 부분과 경쟁력 확보를 위해 추가적으로 투자해야 할 부분이 어디인가에 대한 시사점을 제공해 준다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

수장부 다한증에서의 제3번 늑골 위 교감 신경(R3) 차단술의 중기 결과 (Intermediate Term Follow Up for R3 Sympathicotomy in Palmar Hyperhidrosis)

  • 배경: 수부 다한증을 치료하기 위해 시행하는 제3번 늑골 위 교감신경 차단술의 경우 다한증 치료 효과는 교감신경 절제술과 유사하면서 보상성 다한증의 발생이 교감신경절제술보다 적다는 연구결과들이 많이 있으나 대부분 단기 결과이며 중기 추적 결과가 발표되어 있지 않아 제3번 늑골 위 교감신경 차단술의 중기 추적을 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법: 인하대학병원 흉부외과에서 99년 4월부터 2001년 8월까지 제3번 늑골 위 교감신경 차단술을 시행한 환자 94명 중 설문조사가 가능했던 76명(남자 38명, 여자 38명)을 대상으로 전화 설문을 시행하여 평균 25$\pm$9.1개월 간(15∼50개월)의 중기 결과를 추적하였다. 교감신경은 3번째 늑골 상방에서 절단하였다. 환자들의 만족도를 알기 위하여 linear analogue scale을 사용하였다 (100: 가장 만족함). 결과: 수술 후 만족도에 관한 질문에서 100점 만점 기준일 때 수술 직후 만족도가 92.36$\pm$9.93 인데 비해 수술 후 15개월에는 7l.80$\pm$20.24로 만족도가 감소하였으며(p<0.001) 이러한 만족도 감소의 이유는 보상성 다한증과 증상 재발 때문이었다. 땀나는 정도도 수술 직후 중앙값 0에서 15개월 후 중앙값 1.5로 증가하였다. 보상성 다한증의 경우 수술 직후 중앙값 1에서 수술 15개월 후 5로 증가하였다. 결론: 이와 같은 결과로 제3번 늑골 위 교감 신경 차단술의 경우 수술 직후에는 훌륭한 치료 효과를 보이나 수술 15개월 후에는 치료효과가 점차 감소한다. 불만족의 가장 흔한 이유는 보상성 다한증과 다한증의 재발이다.

여대생의 흡연에 대한 위험지각도 (The Degree of Female Undergraduates' Perceived Risk of Smoking)

  • 이 연구는 여대생의 흡연에 대한 흡연위험지각도를 파악하여 여대생의 금연교육의 기초자료로 활용하고자 경기도에 소재한 S대학 여학생 231명을 대상으로 2009년 5월 18일부터 25일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 일반적 특성 18문항, 흡연위험지각도 8문항으로 구성하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째. 여대생들의 흡연위험지각도에 대한 결과는 5점 만점 중 전체 평균이 4.32점으로, 흡연위험지각도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 가정 경제수준별로는 경제수준이 낮은 여대생일수록 흡연위험지각도가 높았으며, 경제수준에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다(F=7.14, p<.01). 세째. 본인의 흡연 여부별로는 비흡연 여대생이 흡연 여대생보다 흡연위험지각도가 높았으며, 흡연 여부에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다(t=-2.43, p<.05). 네째. 흡연하는 친구 수별로는 흡연하는 친구가 1명 있는 여대생이 흡연위험지각도가 가장 높았고, 3명 이상 있는 여대생은 흡연위험지각도가 낮았으며, 흡연하는 친구 수에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다(F=3.14, p<.05). 다섯째. 학교생활 만족도에 따른 흡연위험지각도는 '불만족하다'는 여대생이 흡연위험지각도가 가장 높았고, 만족, 보통 수준으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 보였다(F=4.81 p<.01). 따라서 이 연구를 바탕으로 여대생들에게 금연의 중요성과 금연교육에 적극 참여할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다고 사료된다.

청감실험을 통한 도로교통소음에 대한 공동주택 내부소음 기준설정 연구 (Indoor Noise limits of Apartment Houses for Road Traffic Noise by Psycho-acoustic Experiment)

  • The aim of this study is to establish the indoor noise limits of apartment houses for mad traffic noise. To achieve this goal, psycho-acoustic experiments were carried out with the mad traffic sound sources modulated by the transmission loss characteristics of the external windows. As a result of this study, followings are suggested. 1) On correlation between dose level and psycho-acoustical response, the initial level of negative feeling is located on $40.1{\sim}40.6$ Leq dB(A). 2) On the degree of satisfaction to road traffic noise, near 35% Point being same dissatisfaction degree is to be assumed $40{\sim}41$ dB(A) of indoor noise level presented into three vocabulary. It is suggested to be reasonable level of 40 dB(A) on the indoor noise limits for intruding road traffic noise, and it is appropriate to be the 5dB level difference between grades.

경기 일부지역 여대생의 체질량지수와 섭식장애의 상관관계 연구 (Correlation of Eating Disorders on BMI of College Women in Gyeong-gi Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between body mass index (BMI), satisfaction of perceived somatotype, and eating disorder of 133 female college students from Gyeong-gi province. The average weight is $55.3{\pm}8.8kg$, and the BMI is categorized into three groups: underweight, normal weight, and overweight. In terms of the satisfaction for perceived somatotype, 58.6% of the total respondents replied "unsatisfied," which consists of 14% of the underweight group, 37.6% of the normal weight group, and 6.8% of the overweight group. This reveals that the negative association between the satisfaction levels of perceived somatotype and BMI in the normal weight group is statistically significant (p<0.001). Among three eating disorder scores, the first factor, the drive for thinness, shows significant difference (p<0.005) among groups with 2.82 points in the underweight group, 3.38 points in the normal weight group, and 3.86 points in the overweight group; such result shows that there is a drive for being skinny even within the underweight group. Second, the satisfaction levels of perceived somatotype type shows significant dissatisfaction among all groups with 3.41 points in the underweight group, 4.15 points in the normal weight group and 4.73 points in the overweight group. Third, the bulimia degree reveals a significant difference within each group, 2.15 points in the underweight group, 2.33 points in the normal weight group, and 2.78 points in the overweight group. Overall, more than half of the female college students are dissatisfied with their body shapes despite the fact that they are under or within the normal weight. In addition, the drive for being skinny and dissatisfaction levels of perceived somatotypes appear to be significantly higher with higher BMI levels.

경기북부 노인복지 전문인력에 대한 만족도 연구 (Studies on the Satisfactions of Eldery Welfare Professionals in the Northern Gyeonggi-do Area)

  • The principal objective of this study was to assess the demands and satisfactions of silver welfare professionals for elderly individuals residing in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate elderly individuals and employees related with them in terms of their recognition, interest, and involvement in a labor training program. The sources of health information the subjects received included mass media(50%) and health professionals(41%), and they tended to trust the information they received from health professionals(64%) and the mass media(26%). In the case of health professionals working at silver care facilities, the sources of health information to which they had access were: mass media (51%), health professionals(20%), internet(14%), reliable health professionals(56%), mass media(22%), and books related to health(18%). Elderly subjects' reasons for satisfaction with the facilities were as follows: access to meals(32%), elderly communities(24%), and good facilities(22%), whereas the reason subjects reported dissatisfaction with social difficulties(68%), bad facilities(20%), and programs(12%). The degrees of satisfaction of the respondents with the facility's employees were reported as follows: life manager(28%), nurse(16%), and social worker(15%), whereas the subjects reported some degree of dissatisfaction with: nurses(29%), care helpers(17%), and facilities officers(13%). The priorities of the elderly welfare-related information were: disease and health(49%), daily life support(17%), nursing(11%), welfare facilities(8%), and the principal issues they reported as being relevant to elderly individuals were: palsy(16%), arthritis(14%), diabetes (12%), hypertension(10%), dementia(6%). They reported that the most important personnel for elderly in the future would be care managers(44%) and care helpers(21%). Via this developmental program of silver health care professionals, a variety of new job opportunities may be provided in the future, and a program related to the silver service industry must be established as soon as possible.
