  • Intrusion detection technology is highlighted in order to establish a safe information-oriented environment. Intrusion detection system can be categorized into anomaly detection and misuse detection according to intrusion detection pattern. In this paper, we propose an architecture to make up for the defect of conventional anomaly intrusion detection. This architecture reduces additional resource consumption and cost by placing the agent in the strategic location in Internet.

  • Laboratory experiments and on site measurements were conducted to detect partial discharges in GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) using the UHF(Ultra High Frequency) technique that has been applied many places in the world. Experimental results were in good agreement with calculation in locating a partial discharge source using mock-up GIS. Defect type and its location were inferred after a measurement on 345 kV GIS that showed some abnormal phenomenon. Precise examination inside the GIS coincided with the results inferred from the measurement. High reliability of UHF technique for site application was confirmed.

  • In this paper existing buildings, not a new buildings and house for living people not just a displaying and a viewing, created by the imagine effect or virtual simulation was applied various Active and Passive elements. After constructing zero-energy houses, through default case happened during operation period it is described problems and solutions about field part, work classification, installation by Location part, and Installation equipment part. Since then, to take advantage of this thesis, it's the purpose of this paper using as the baseline data for building a zero-energy house in another similar case.

  • This study proposes the post-processor simulator construction of ultrasonic signal for integrity evaluation of railway truck. For these purposes, the ultrasonic signals for defects(crack) of weld zone in frames are acquired in the type of time series data and echo strength. The detection of the natural defects in railway truck is performed using the characteristics of echodynamic pattern in ultrasonic signal. The constructed post-processor simulator agree fairly well with the measured results of test block(defect location, beam propagation distance, echo strength, etc). Proposed post-processor simulator construction of ultrasonic in this study can be used for the integrity evaluation of railway truck.

  • For feasible study of opto-electrical application regarding to oxide semiconductor, we implemented the N doped ZnO growth using a atomic layer deposition technique. The p-type ZnO deposition, necessary for ZnO-based optoelectronics, has considered to be very difficulty due to sufficiently deep acceptor location and self-compensating process on doping. Various sources of N such as $N_2$, $NH_3$, NO, and $NO_2$ and deposition techniques have been used to fabricate p-type ZnO. Hall measurement showed that p-type ZnO was prepared in condition with low deposition temperature and dopant concentration. From the evaluation of photoluminescence spectroscopy, we could observe defect formation formed by N dopant. In this paper, we exhibited the electrical and optical properties of N-doped ZnO thin films grown by atomic layer deposition with $NH_3OH$ doping source.

신경회로망을 이용한 철도레일 용접부의 건전성평가 (The Integrity Evaluation of weld zone in railway rails Using Neural Network)

  • This study proposes the neural network simulator for the integrity evaluation of weld zone in railway rails. For these purposes, the ultrasonic signals for defects(crack) of weld zone in frames are acquired in the type of time series data and echo strength. The detection of the natural defects in railway truck is performed using the characteristics of echodynamic pattern in ultrasonic signal. And then their applications evaluated feature extraction based on the time-frequency-attractor domain(peak to peak, rise time, rise slope, fall time, fall slope, pulse duration, power spectrum, and bandwidth) and attractor characteristics (fractal dimension and attractor quadrant) etc. The constructed neural network simulator agrees fairly well with the measured results of test block(defect location, beam propagation distance, echo strength, etc). The Proposed neural network simulator in this study can be used for the integrity evaluation of weld zone in railway rails.

  • The reconstruction method of nasal area can be used differently depending on the location, size, age. In this elderly female patient case, without using the forehead medial flap, good results can be obtained by using an advancement flap considering the nasal aesthetic unit.

  • OSC(Off-Site Construction) is regarded as a faster and more economical method in the construction industry, and the attention towards the OSC is growing. In the modular construction process, which is one type of OSC, accurate identification of a module is essential. Because the installation position and the MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) composition are distinct between modules, a defect in the finishing or junction area is likely to happen during the construction process. This study suggested the modular construction process by applying a beacon receiver using BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on each module. Construction quality management would be improved using the location and assembly data, particularly for a different module in modular construction.

  • Top-Down construction method is a method of connecting a beam to a column and using a strut to support earth retaining walls. This method has the advantage of reducing the process of underground construction by reducing the work of installation. Recently, there are a lot of cases of damage and defect occurring in H-beam backfill applied to Top-Down construction method and the concrete slab supporting H-beam backfill. For this, appropriate methods were suggested through finite element analysis of the position and installation form of the H-beam backfill.

  • 본 증례는 우측 하악 후구치부위에 생긴 편평상피세포암종의 절제후 생긴 결손부를 미세혈관수술을 이용한 유리전완피부피판으로 재건한 증례로서 병소가 발생한 해부학적 위치 및 절제 후 생긴 결손부의 크기를 고려할 때, 전완피부피판을 이용하여 재건하였으며 현재까지 양호한 결과를 보이고 있다. 이와 같이 전완피부피판은 특성을 잘 이용하는 적절한 적응증에 사용된다면 어떤 다른 재건방법 보다도 성공적인 결과를 가져올 수 있으며 특히 구강악안면영역의 재건에서 그 효용성이 크다고 할 수 있다.
