지역사회리더 리더십역량의 중요-성취도 분석 (An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) on the Leadership Competency of Rural Community Leaders)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify leadership competences of rural leaders and to analyze leadership competency of leaders. The study carried out by questionnaire and focus group interview on expert panels. To analyze leadership competency, the data was collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. SPSSWIN/ver10 program was used for analyzing data with t-test and IPA method. The study suggests twenty low types of leadership competences which were information, vision, decision making, motivation communication, education residents, managing residents, loaming, flexibility, problem solving, presentation program management, customer orientation service knowledge, making relationship, creative idea, business understanding, brand development, conflict resolution negotiation, assessment, business management, coaching and feed back. Whereas leaders with middle school educational career required developing program management, maintaining achievement and benchmarking, leaders with high school were morel likely to develope self-learning, to benchmark their knowhow and brand development competency. Whereas leader with less low years experiences as leader have been considered as developing coaching/feedback brand development and program development, leaders with more five years as leader should consider developing benchmarking, resident education, and brand development. The study suggests that the extension agents on public should develop leadership program according to the competency differences of leaders.

한국 청소년을 대상으로 한 의사결정역량 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검정 (Reliability and Validity of the Decision-Making-Competency Inventory (DMCI) in Korean Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to verify the reliability and validity of the Korean version of DMCI in Korean adolescents. Methods: A methodological study design was used with Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability, and an exploratory factor analysis and contrasted groups approach for construct validity. DMCI was translated into Korean and tested with a sample of 406 adolescents in Korea. The data were analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, item correlation with total, principal component factor analysis, and t-test. Results: The translated content of the DMCI was validated by nursing faculty members and translation equivalency was obtained. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the DMCI simplified with 18 items was .78. The factor analysis revealed three factors explaining 41.5% of total variance and the corresponding factors were self-observation (21.6%), self-judgement (11.4%), and self-confidence (8.6%). The mean score for the DMCI in the aggression group was significantly lower than the non-aggression group. Conclusion: Results of this study suggest that the Korean version of DMCI can used as a reliable and valid measure to assess decision making competency in Korean adolescents.

요양병원 간호사의 임상의사결정능력에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing on Clinical Decision Making Ability of Nurses in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사의 임상의사결정능력에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위함이다. 2021년 10월 11일부터 12월 10일까지 G도 소재 요양병원 간호사 174명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 임상의사결정능력은 비판적 사고성향(r=.494, p<.001), 간호근무환경(r=.451, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 비판적 사고성향과 간호근무환경이 임상의사결정능력을 33.1% 설명하였다. 간호사의 핵심능력인 임상의사결정능력의 향상을 위해서는 비판적 사고성향을 높이는 교육과 바람직한 간호근무환경 조성이 필요하다. 추후연구에서는 요양병원 간호사의 임상의사결정능력에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수를 확인하는 연구와 임상의사결정능력 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과를 위한 연구를 제언한다.

대학생 핵심역량에 따른 진로준비행동 및 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로장벽의 차이 분석 (Analysis of the Differences Among Core Competency of Collegiate and Career Preparation Behavior, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, Career Barriers)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 핵심역량에 따른 진로 변인과의 차이를 분석하여 대학에서 진로교육 프로그램을 설계 운영하는 데 필요한 정보를 얻기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 K-CESA 진단도구를 통해 대학생 핵심역량을 확인하였고 진로준비행동, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로장벽 등의 검사 결과를 수집하여 대학 유형에 따른 변인들 간의 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 일원변량분석과 t검정을 실시하였으며, SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 대학생 핵심역량의 자기관리역량, 대인관계역량, 의사소통역량은 4년제 대학생들보다 지방 전문대 학생들이, 자원 정보 기술활용역량과 글로벌역량은 4년제 대학생들이 더 높은 역량을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로 변인들은 대학 간 차이가 분명히 나타나지 않았지만, 진로장벽 변인은 수도권 4년제 대학생들이 지방소재 4년제 및 전문대 학생들에 비해 더 큰 어려움을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량 상위집단 학생들이 하위집단 학생들보다 높은 수준의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동을 보였고, 낮은 진로장벽을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서 일률적이고 단편적인 진로 프로그램보다는 학생들의 핵심역량과 진로발달 수준을 고려하여한 진로 프로그램을 설계 운영하는 것이 대학생들의 진로를 보다 효과적으로 지원할 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있다.

간호실무현장에서 요구하는 간호대학 졸업생들의 간호핵심역량 (Nursing Core Competencies Needed in the Fields of Nursing Practice for Graduates in Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide information on issues of nursing core competencies needed in the fields of nursing practice for graduates in nursing, from the perspective of nursing managers, and to make suggestion for improving nursing education programs. Methods: Ten nursing managers participated in this study. They were in charge of clinical nursing education in the fields of nursing practice. Data were collected using focus group interviews and analyzed with the content analysis methodology of Downe - Wamboldt's. Results: Six types of nursing core competency - therapeutic nursing competency, professional nursing competency, administrative nursing competency, humanistic nursing competency, relational nursing competency, and personal nursing competency - were identified as nursing core competencies needed in the fields of nursing practice for graduates in nursing. Conclusion: Results of the study show important evidence for decision-making about nursing curriculum revision based on nursing core competency, both in the classroom and in nursing practice areas. These results should contribute to the development of evaluation indicators for nursing students or new nurses. Further research is required to measure degree of nursing core competency in graduates of nursing and to identify the effect of competency-based education for improving nursing core competency.

패션디자이너 역량모델링 구축 (Fashion Designer Competency Modeling)

  • This study started with the need for transition to competency-based education as well as the witness of fast changes in fashion industry's job environment. The goals of this study were (1) to explore fashion designers' competencies that are necessary for a successful careers in global fashion industry, and (2) to establish fashion designer competency model. In-depth individual interviews were conducted with 15 participants who have charged for design department and moreover have shown high performance in national, licence or designer brands in Korea fashion industry. Grounded theory was adopted to analyze data. As a result of analysis, the 4 core competencies emerged: problem-solving, research, inter-personal, and self-development. Each core competency has sub-competencies. Creativity, commerciality, control, decision making were sub-competencies for the problem-solving competency. Information management, innovation understanding & application, trend analysis & forecasting were sub-competencies for the research competency. Consumer, inside company, and outside company relationships were sub-competencies for the inter-personal competency. Self-awareness, self-management, expertise were sub-competencies for the self-development competency. In order to acquire these competencies, knowledge (academic, practical, multi-discipline), skills (sense, analysis, synthesis, communication), and attitude (interest, enjoyment, perseverance, personality) were essential. Based on these findings, implications for university fashion design education and further research areas were suggested.

중환자실 신규간호사의 임상의사결정 특성의 변화 (The Change of Characteristics in Clinical Decision Making in Novice Critical Care Nurses)

  • The main purpose of this research is to describe comprehensively the processes of clinical decision making in novice critical care nurses through clinical experience. This research was an exploratory, longitudinal study using a fieldwork approach incorporating "think-aloud" method and in-depth interviews with the study participants. The study participants consisted of 5 novice nurses assigned to critical care units at a tertiary medical center located in Seoul, among a group of 27 novice nurses who started at the same period at this hospital. The data were collected from March 1999 to April 2000. The major findings of the study is that the novice nurses followed the analytic linear model of clinical decision making in the beginning, but were changed increasingly to follow the comprehensive, integrated model of clinical decision making. Through repeated experience that resulted in increasing repertoire of clinical schema and familiarity of task environments of clinical practice the novice nurses expanded their ability to arrive at comprehensive integration of information and to arrive at accurate and time-efficient decisions. Both the analytic, linear model mostly used at the beginning period and the comprehensive, integrated model that seems to be the mode significantly dependent upon experience seem to have strengths and weaknesses as decision making processes in clinical situations. Hence, it is imperative to develop an effective orientation and training program for novice nurses through the use of clinical preceptors. In addition, students should be exposed to the process of clinical decision making early in their nursing education through an appropriate clinical experiences and clinical assignments.

중증도 분류간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결능력과 중증도 분류역량 (Emergency Nurses' Critical Thinking Disposition, Problem Solving Ability, and Triage Competency)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among critical thinking disposition, problem solving ability, and triage competency in nurses working in Emergency Rooms (ERs). Methods: This cross-sectional study, conducted in August and September 2021, involved 118 ER nurses from three hospitals in the Gyeonggi-do metropolitan area. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25.0. Results: The mean score of triage competency among ER nurses was 87.63±15.65. In the regression model, age, ER experience, triage experience, critical thinking disposition, and problem solving ability predicted 52% of the triage competency. Both critical thinking disposition and problem-solving ability were noted to be significant (β=.32, p<.001; β=.36, p<.001, respectively). Conclusion: Critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability of ER nurses were identified as major factors in triage competency. To improve ER nurses' triage competency and enhance critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability, a systematic and ongoing program should be developed and implemented.

크라우드펀딩의 투자의사결정기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Investment Decision Making Criterion based on Crowd Funding)

  • 그간 크라우드펀딩에 대한 연구는 주로 크라우드펀딩의 도입을 위한 방안, 정책에 주로 관심을 가졌으나, 본 연구는 투자의사결정기준을 분류하고 각 요인의 중요성을 제시하여 크라우드펀딩 투자자들에게 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 연구결과를 도출해 내었다. 연구결과에 따르면 (1) 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 비즈니스 모델을 보다 객관적으로 판단하기 위한 방안으로 기업의 유형자원을 가장 중요한 기준으로 고려하고 (2) 기업의 경영능력에는 관심이 많지만, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 창의성은 크게 관심을 가지고 있지 않고 있음을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 크라우드펀딩이 계량적 투자기준을 통해 투자의사를 결정할 수 있고, 창의적인 비즈니스 모델에 대한 건전한 투자라는 인식이 형성될 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야만 하며, 신규기업도 창의적인 비즈니스 모델을 통해 기존기업과 건전한 경쟁을 할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

대학교양에서 토의식 수업이 대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결력, 지도력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Discussion on College Students' Communication Capability, Problem-solving Capability and Leadership in a General Education Course)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of small-group discussion and panel discussion as teaching and learning methods on college students' competencies of communication, problem-solving and leadership in a general education course. Participants were 52 college students, and they participated in the 13-session lessons. The data from questionnaires collected before and/or after the experiment were analyzed using a paired t-test and percent. The results were as follows. First, each 'total' competency in communication, problem-solving and leadership was increased statistically significant after the experiment. Second, in subdomains of each key competency, 'directed communication' and 'understanding the perspective of others' in communication, and 'divergent thinking', 'decision-making' and 'assessment' subdomains in problem-solving, and all subdomains in leadership were increased statistically significant after the experiment. Based on the results and students' opinions about discussions, the education implications for small-group discussion and panel discussion were discussed.
