The construction industry in Korea after the Korean-war has evolved until these days. But the construction industry accident severity rate and frequency is over then the All industry rate. This study analyzed the 'Disaster Statistical Yearbook' of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, based on the factors that affect construction accidents that is selected and fined the some factors the construction Disaster Prevention Factors. This study will develop the methodology for analyzes that the national qualification is effected to the construction industrial machine disaster prevention status. It suggest two ways to the establishment of disaster trends. First way is the disaster quantitative analysis and second way is comparing the statistical data and the analysis of expert opinion.

This study aimed to provide preliminary data for the improvement of the tree doctor qualification test (first written test), which was newly created by enforcing the Forest Protection Act on June 28, 2018., The high demand for system improvement accelerated this study. The results were analyzeds through literature and questionnaire surveys. Writing test questions and the license of the tree doctor qualification exam are currently managed by the Korea Forestry Research Institute, and it is deemed that the test should be entrusted to Human Resources Development Service of Korea for fair and transparent management. Additionally, the plan for the improvement of the subject-wise scope of examination questions writing, difficulty of test questions, and acceptance rate of the first test should be prepared after public hearings or seminars related to the examination questions.

In this paper, we propose to analyze the impact of perceived over qualification on boundary spanning behavior and job performance. A total of 373 questionnaires were collected from corporate researchers developing VR technology in China to achieve the purpose of this study. The data collected through the survey were analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, positive factor analysis, structural equation model, etc. using statistical programs SPSS V.22 and AMOS V. 22. The empirical analysis of this study confirms the following findings. First, perceived over qualification is a positive influence on job performance. Second, perceived over qualification to have a positive influence on boundary spanning behavior. Third, boundary spanning behavior is to have a positive effect on job performance. Through the concluding and discussion sections, in-depth discussions on the theoretical implications, practical implications and limitations of the research and its future direction were presented.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of utilization level and to propose the improvement related in obtaining qualification for senior sports instructors. The population of this study was participants who took the course of the general course and special course Training Program for Sports Instructors for senior in JeollaNam-do from 2015 to 2017. A total of 113 of them answered the survey. The data process of this study was used by the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program, and frequency analysis was conducted. The results of this study are follows. First, What was your situation when they took the qualifications program of sports instructor for senior, the largest number of answer were 'working in the sports field'. Most respondents answered that the reason for acquisition was to have various abilities. Second, The qualification of sports instructor for senior helped person get a job but did not help with promotions or wage increases. the largest number of answer to the reason were'the lack of benefits from qualification'. At the national level, the system of sport instructor qualification for senior must be an important system for preparing for future social problems and maintaining a healthy society. In order to be effective, however, the training program should be strengthened for the senior and provide professional experiences.

2009 year new execution of appointments for secondary school teachers was announced at 2004 year by Ministry of Education. The new school teacher appointment has been developed and studied in various aspects of appropriate qualification for good school teacher. In the results of the studies by Korea School Mathematics Education Association and pre-exams by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation, the Probability and Statistics chapters are less revaluated as 7.5-10%, but we argue those more than 15% as along with our recent Korean school texts reviews(Lee, et al., 2005).

This paper describes the design and test results of engineering qualification model(EQM) of mass memory unit(MMU) for STSAT-3. The MMU for STSAT-3 having 32Gb mass memory capacity is capable of receiving and transmitting the mission data from MIRIS(Multi-purpose IR Imaging System) and COMIS(Compact Imaging Spectrometer) at 100Mbps and 10Mbps. The performance of EQM MMU was verified by the tests of data receiving from two payloads and data transmission to the data receiving system. Moreover, the vibration and thermal vacuum test was performed to verify the launch vehicle and space environments.

The TT&C communication subsystem of STSAT-3 is consisted of communication link to send telemetry data of spacecraft to the ground station and receive command data from ground station. The S-band receiver is used to receive command data from ground station, Engineering Qualification Model of S-band receiver has been designed and manufactured. The Designed S-band Receiver uses a single conversion for a simple frequency conversion, including a DC-DC Converter and EMI Filter. Also, Digital demodulation part designed using FPGA and RS-422 data interface. The performance of S-band Receiver in functional and space environments test satisfies the requirements of STSAT-3.

The purpose of this study is to classify defects of the residential building by analyzing the defect specified by prequalification of residential building reconstruction and to suggest the solution of the problem which can be arisen during each stage of plan, construction and maintenance. By sorting the main defects which is specified by pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction for three years from August 2006 to August 2009 into 4 catagories and analyzing the cause of the defects, we draw the way of maintenance to prevent the defects and make pleasant residential environment. The reason for the frequent defects from residential building is mainly deterioration. It occured on the finishing more than on the structure, which means that residents can find defects easier on the finishing than the structure and clear the demand for repair. The result of analyzing of pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction is that the defects mostly caused small, masonry constructed and lower apartment. The apartment which is not into legal right for maintenance naturally have more defects than the others. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a law of obligation duty of the maintenance of small apartment.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of college graduates who obtain qualifications, and to check the economic and ineffectiveness of qualifications through the analysis of employment and job relevance according to their school area. For the main research, the "2016 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS)" data was used to perform basic statistics and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 25. This study reaffirmed the effectiveness of employment as stated in the preceding study, and in particular, the qualification of non-Seoul area colleges students had some positive effects on employment and job compatibility. In conclusion, the effectiveness of qualifications according to individual attributes and location of school may differ, but it suggests that proper qualification encouragement and acquisition support can help the employment and job convergence of college graduates.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of computer operation engineer. In this study, a DACUM(Development A curriculum) method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, grades or ranks, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by an job analysis committee composed of 7 specialists in the industry and academia. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of computer operation engineer. The first step is preparation for job analysis(data research, interviews and selection of experts), the second step the establishment of job models(first expert council and site study), the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools(the second expert council and site study), the fourth step the selection of courses and subjects(the third expert council), the fifth step the establishment of guidelines for making questions(the third site study).
