The purpose of this article is to study the effect of finger play teaching method on the reproduction of children's English words. The hypotheses are as follows: 1) there will be the difference of the reproduction of children's English words between the experimental group(that is taught by finger play teaching method) and the controlled group (that is taught by only oral teaching method). 2) there will be the difference of children's retention capacity of reproducing English words between the experimental group and the controlled group, The researcher made the time series data The measure tool was the check list for reproduction test of children's English words that was made by Run-Soon Oh and J. Eden(2004). The researcher analyzed the data using the Repeated Measures ANOVA and the Analysis of Covariance. The findings of research are as follows: 1) the more the frequency of teaching increases, the more there are the difference of reproducing English words according to frequencies and groups. The reproduction capacity of the experimental group is better than that of the controlled group. A degree of statistical significance is p<.001. 2) The difference of retention capacity of reproducing English words between the experimental group and the controlled group is a statistical significant, p<.05. The experimental group is better than the controlled group.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identity the effects of a health promotion program for rural elderly on health promotion lifestyle and health status. Method: The study was a nonequivalent control group pre-post experimental design. Data collection was performed from April 12th, 2003 to August 2nd, 2003. The subjects were selected at Mari Myun Geochang Gun in Korea. 44 elders were in the experimental group and 45 elders were in the control group. The 16-week health promotion program was given to the experimental group. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, t-test, and ANCOV A test with SPSS/Win 10.0 program. Result: The experimental group showed higher scores of a health promotion lifestyle and perceived health status than the control group. In addition, systolic BP, heart rate, body fat and glucose of the experimental group were lower than the control group. Waist flexibility, left hand grip power, back strength and leg strength of the experimental group were higher than the control group. However, there were no significant differences in diastolic BP, total cholesterol and right hand grip power between the two groups. Conclusion: This health promotion program for rural elderly can be recommended as an effective nursing intervention in rural communities.

Conclusion: The results of this study suggest adequate ways of conquering group-bullies. These are positive attitudes towards solving problems and the full use of support systems surrounding them.
A dwarf irregular galaxy IC10 in the Local Group is the nearest starburst galaxy, playing an important role revealing the details of starburst. It is located close to the Galactic plane so that it suffers from severe foreground reddening. Therefore much less is known about the property of this galaxy compared with other galaxies in the Local Group. So are star clusters in this galaxy. We present a photometric study of the star clusters in IC10. 57 star clusters are already found from HST images in previous studies, and we newly found 15 star clusters using Local Group Survey data and SUBARU/Suprime-Cam data. We derive UBVRI integrated photometry of these star clusters from the images from Local Group Survey data and JHKs photometry taken with SUBARU/MOIRCS. Then we derive age and mass of these clusters using the spectral energy distribution fitting with the simple stellar population models. We discuss the photometric and physical properties of these star clusters and its implication.
The research objective is segmenting outpatients for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) in medical service. Using modified RFM(Recently, Frequency, Monetary) method based on frequency and profitability in the hospital, the data were analyzed with the data mining technique. The result can be summarized as follows : The outpatients were semented into the four groups: 1) the loyal patient group, who have kept visiting until recently and give high profitability; 2) potential loyal patient group, who give lower profitability but high frequency of use, 3) potential withdrawer patient group, who have lower frequency of use but give high profitability and; 4) withdrawer patient group, who give low frequency of use and have not visited recently.
