  • With the latest developments in ICT(Information Communication Technology) technology, research on Intelligent Car, Connected Car that support autonomous driving or services is actively underway. It is true that the number of inputs linked to external connections is likely to be exposed to a malicious intrusion. I studied possible security issues that may occur within the Connected Car. A variety of security issues may arise in the use of CAN, the most typical internal network of vehicles. The data can be encrypted by encrypting the entire data within the CAN network system to resolve the security issues, but can be time-consuming and time-consuming, and can cause the authentication process to be carried out in the event of a certification procedure. To resolve this problem, CAN network system can be used to authenticate nodes in the network to perform a unique authentication of nodes using nodes in the network to authenticate nodes in the nodes and By encoding the ID, identifying the identity of the data, changing the identity of the ID and decryption algorithm, and identifying the cipher and certification techniques of the external invader, the encryption and authentication techniques could be detected by detecting and verifying the external intruder. Add a monitoring node to the CAN network to resolve this. Share a unique ID that can be authenticated using the server that performs the initial certification of nodes within the network and encrypt IDs to secure data. By detecting external invaders, designing encryption and authentication techniques was designed to detect external intrusion and certification techniques, enabling them to detect external intrusions.

  • To ensure data confidentiality and fine-grained access control in business environment, system model using KP-ABE(Key Policy-Attribute Based Encryption) and PRE(Proxy Re-Encryption) has been proposed recently. However, in previous study, data confidentiality has been effected by decryption right concentrated on cloud server. Also, Yu's work does not consider a access privilege management, so existing work become dangerous to collusion attack between malicious user and cloud server. To resolve this problem, we propose secure system model against collusion attack through dividing data file into header which is sent to privilege manager group and body which is sent to cloud server. And we construct the model of access privilege management using AONT based XOR threshold Secret Sharing, In addition, our scheme enable to grant weight for access privilege using XOR Share. In chapter 4, we differentiate existing scheme and proposed scheme.

  • We consider a network storage model whose administrator can not be fully trusted. In this model, we assume that all data stored are encrypted for data confidentiality and one owner distributes the decryption key for each time period to users. In this paper, we propose three privilege management schemes. In the first scheme, called Temporal Privilege Management (TPM), we use a symmetric encryption based on one-way function chains for key encapsulation. In the second scheme, called Asymmetric Temporal Privilege Management (ATPM), anyone can encrypt the data using the public key of owner, but only privileged users can decrypt the encrypted data. Finally, we present a scheme to restrict writers' privilege using ID-based signatures in ATPM. In our schemes, the privilege managements are based on the time and the addition of users is efficient. Specially, applying TPM and ATPM, we can solve the back-issue problem.

  • The modern society with the wide spread USB memory, witnesses the acceleration in the development of USB products that applied secure technology. Secure USB is protecting the data using the method as device-based access control, encryption of stored files, and etc. In terms of forensic analyst, to access the data is a lot of troubles. In this paper, we studied software-based data en/decryption technology and proposed for analysis mechanism to validation vulnerability that secured on removable storage media. We performed a vulnerability analysis for USB storage device that applied security mechanism. As a result, we found vulnerabilities that extracts a source file without a password.

  • In these days, information communication systems are based on both open distributed computing technologies and object-oriented techniques like inheritance, encapsulation and object reuse to support various system configuration and application. As information systems are interconnected through unsecure networks, the need for the secure information exchange is more critical than before. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a transparent CORBA-basce Security infrastructure with authentication, security context association, access control and security information management to support a secure applications in distributed object environment. SESAME Ver. 4 was adopted as an external security service to manage user privilege attributes and to distribute keys for data encryption, decryption and integrity. Using filter and transformer with an interface to Object Request Broker, it provides a transparent security service to applications. The filter objects are special classes that allow additional parameters to be inserted into messages before they are sent and removed just after they are received. The transformer objects are special classes that allow direct access to the byte stream of every messages for encryption and decryption before it is sent and just after it is received. This study is to implement the access control interceptor(ACI) and the secure invocation interceptor(SII) of secure ORB defined in CORBA using filter and transformer.

  • Ransomware is a malicious program that requires money by encrypting data. The damage to ransomware is increasing worldwide, and targeted attacks for corporations, public institutions and hospitals are increasing. As a ransomware is serviced and distributed, its various usually emerge. Therefore, the accurate analysis of ransomware can be a decryption solution not only for that ransomware but also for its variants. In this paper, we analyze a cryptographic elements and encryption process for Erebus found in June, 2017, and investigate its cryptographic vulnerability and memory analysis.

  • We implement the PBSM (Protocol-Based Security Module) system which guarantees the secure data transmission under web circumstances. There are two modules to implement for the PBSM architecture. One is Web Server Security Module (WSSM) which is working on a web server, the other is the Winsock Client Security Module (WSCSM) which is working on a client. The WSCSM security module decrypts the encrypted HTML document that is received from the security web server The decrypted HTML document is displayed on the screen of a client. The WSSM module contains the encryption part for HTML file and the decryption part for CGI (Common Gateway Interface). We also implement the proposed idea at the web system.

  • In this paper, we propose a security framework for a cluster drones network using the MAVLink (Micro Air Vehicle Link) application protocol based on FANET (Flying Ad-hoc Network), which is composed of ad-hoc networks with multiple drones for IoT services such as remote sensing or disaster monitoring. Here, the drones belonging to the cluster construct a FANET network acting as WTRP (Wireless Token Ring Protocol) MAC protocol. Under this network environment, we propose an efficient algorithm applying the Lightweight Encryption Algorithm (LEA) to the CTR (Counter) operation mode of WPA2 (WiFi Protected Access 2) to encrypt the transmitted data through the MAVLink application. And we study how to apply LEA based on CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) operation mode used in WPA2 for message security tag generation. In addition, a modified Diffie-Hellman key exchange method is approached to generate a new key used for encryption and security tag generation. The proposed method and similar methods are compared and analyzed in terms of efficiency.

  • In the whole information technology area, the protection of information from hacking or tapping becomes a very serious issue. Therefore, the more effective, convenient and secure methods are required to make the safe operation. Encryption algorithms are known to be computationally intensive. They consume a significant amount of computing resources such as CPU time and memory. In this paper we propose the scalable encryption scheme with four criteria, the compression of plaintext, variable size of block, selectable round and software optimization. We have tested our scheme by c++. Experimental results show that our scheme achieves the faster execution speed of encryption/decryption.

  • In this paper, optical image encryption using integral imaging and pixel-scrambling technologies is proposed. In the encryption process, we use pixel scrambling to change the order of subsections into which the cover image is divided, and the utilize the integral imaging scheme to obtain the elemental image from the scrambled image. In order to achieve higher security, we reuse pixel scrambling to the elemental image. In the decryption process, we employ optical integral imaging reconstruction technique and inverse pixel scrambling methode. Computer simulation results prove the feasibility of the proposed method and robustness against data loss and noise.
