본 연구는 노인의 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 죽음불안과 자아통합감의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역 노인 관련 시설에 거주하는 65세부터 94세까지의 노인 254명을 대상으로 2020년 9월 1일부터 같은 해 11월 30일까지 설문을 시행하였고, 측정도구로는 죽음불안 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도, 자아통합감 척도를 사용하였고, Baron·Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 적용한 결과, 죽음불안과 자아통합감 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감이 완전매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 연구 결과가 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 노인의 자아통합감 문제를 효과적이고 긍정적으로 다루기 위해서는 노인의 죽음불안과 함께 노인의 심리적 안녕감 역시 간과하지 않아야 한다는 것을 밝혔다.

연구목적: 이 연구는 탐정제도를 합법화하기 위하여 현재 대치 중인 문제에 대하여 살펴보고 해결방안을 제시하기 위한 목적을 가진 연구이다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 탐정분야의 선행연구 및 통계자료 등을 분석하고 대치중인 문제에 대하여 논리적으로 해결방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 신뢰를 해결하기 위해서 불법적인 수단을 가리지 않는 민간조사업체가 늘어나면서 이에 대해 관리·감독하고 더불어 공권력의 공백을 보충해줄 공인탐정제도를 도입하고자 하는 시도가 생겨났다. 그러나, 공인탐정제도의 입법공인탐정업의 성격상 변호사, 신용조사업 등 기존의 직역을 담보하는 근거법률과의 상충문제와 공인탐정제도를 관리·감독하여야 하는 주무관청의 선정문제에서 경찰청과 법무부가 대립하는 등 입법시도 중 여러 문제를 수반하면서 입법이 진전되지 않은 상태이다. 결론: 이에 본 연구에서는 공인탐정 제도에 대해 그동안 국회에 제출되었던 공인탐정업 관련 법안에 대해 분석한 후 공인탐정업의 업무범위, 관리·감독 주무관청 선정 등 주요쟁점에 대해 살펴보고 공인탐정제도의 성공적 안착을 위한 개선방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

This study attempted to investigate the effect of foodservice quality perception on residence satisfaction of silver town residents. Through an extensive literature review, the questionnaire was developed and distributed to senior residents in 'A' silver town located in Gyeonggi-Do. Out of 254 questionnaires administered, a total of 212 completed questionnaires were returned, yielding a response rate of 83.5%. The results showed that there was a meaningful correlation between perception on foodservice quality and residence satisfaction. Among foodservice quality factors, reliability and comfort were the most important factors affecting residence satisfaction. Considering the effect of reliability and comfort factors on residence satisfaction, it is important to make a strategy to build up these factors in foodservice operation of silver town.

본 연구는 $SF_6$를 대체하기 위한 건조공기(Dry-Air)의 특성을 연구할 목적으로 교류 및 직류고전압 인가 시 압력(P)변화 및 갭 길이의 변화에 따른 절연파괴특성을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 챔버 내의 P가 증가할수록 절연파괴특성은 증가하는 것을 확인했다. 그리고 불평등전계 보다 평등전계에서 절연파괴특성이 더 증가하고 전극간거리(d)가 증가할수록 절연파괴특성이 증가하는 것을 확인했다.

HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding) 보다 뛰어난 압축 성능을 갖는 차세대 비디오 부호화 표준 기술 탐색을 하고 있는 JVET(Joint Video Exploratory Team)에서는 기술 검증을 위한 참조 SW 코덱인 JEM(Joint Exploration Model)을 공개하고 있다. JEM 의 화면내 예측 부호화에서는 67 가지의 예측모드를 사용하고 6 개의 MPM(Most Probable Mode)을 이용하여 예측모드를 부호화 한다. 본 논문에서는 코딩블록에서의 화면내 예측모드의 선택 확률을 바탕으로 보다 효율적인 예측모드 부호화 기법을 제안한다. 실험결과 JEM 5.0 대비 MPM 을 포함한 예측모드 부호화 정보의 CABAC(Context Adaptive Binary Arithmetic Coding) 엔트로피 부호화를 제외하고, AI(All Intra) 부호화 구조에서 0.23% 정도의 BD-rate 감소를 보임을 확일 할 수 있었다.

Aerial photo process with digital camera has some benefits. It is fast and simple by digital way in comparison with aerial photo based on film. Also it works with GPS/INS device to do direct geo-referencing, In this study, AT result from using direct exterior factors, exterior factors extracting from GPS/INS data and digital map and GCP is produced. In base on it, ortho images are produced and compared with surveying data.

Korea has been free of malaria since the mid-1970s. Since the first malaria case was reported in 1993, the incidence of indigenous malaria has increased yearly, In this study, we planned to understand of malaria outbreak in the northern part of kyonggido. The subjects were a civilians except korean soldiers in the northern part of Kyonggido and the number of civilian malaria cases was 254 in 1997, 677 in 1998, 772 in 1999. The collected rates of Anopheles sinenis in 11 county from May to October were 10.1% to 85.1% and the monthly collected rates at June was highest. The incidence of malaria antibody according to the county was 5.4% in Paju-shi Tanhyun-myun 4.9% in Kapyong-gun Ha-myun, 3.0% in Yonchon-gun Yonchon-eup. etc. At the result of relationship between civilian cases and No. of A. sinenis, envionmental factor were showed high association.

게이트는 사람의 걸음걸이 특성을 나타내는 용어로, 게이트 인식의 경우 원 거리에서 획득한 정보만으로도 개개인을 인지할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 지문 인식이나 홍채 인식과 같은 기존의 생체 인식 방법은 사용자로 하여금 정보 제공을 위해 직접적인 접촉이나 근접 촬영 등 불편한 행위가 수반되어야 하는 반면, 게이트 인식은 이와 같은 단점이 없기 때문에 새로운 생체 인식 방법으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 게이트 인식의 경우 한 개인 간에도 내외부적인 요인에 의한 변화가 크기때문에 단순한 형태 특징만으로는 높은 인식 성능을 기대하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 게이트 인식을 위해 단순한 형태 특징이 아닌 게이트 영상 시퀀스의 움직임에 대한 정보를 이용하기 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 Shape Sequence를 도입하고 게이트 인식에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

The present study investigated socio-organizational variables which influence teachers' commitment to the organization. Subjects were 254 teachers of private kindergartens in Kimhae, Kyungnam-do, and Tongrae-gu and Kangseo-gu in Pusan. The instrument was a questionnaire developed by Rosenholtz(1991), originally developed for the study of the teachers' work place (the social organization of elementary schools) and revised here for Korean early education. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Results revealed that the most important variable influencing teachers' organizational commitment is teachers' job certainty, next is teachers' learning opportunities; other variables are teachers' career, psychological rewards, and task autonomy and discretion.

this paper suggest a new space vector PWM modulation method with short processing time which does not need idenfication of nearest three vectors(NTV) and duty calculation for each vector. The suggested PWM method makes mean value of phase voltage to be same as reference during every modulation period by use of a triangle in small hexagon on multi-level vector space. This paper described the suggested modulation method can be successfully applied to the space vector modulation use of multi-level inverter by computer simulations and experiments.
