Optical Properties of Inductively Coupled Plasma with Ar Gas Pressure and RF Power (13.56MHz) (Ar 가스압력과 RF 전력변화 (13.56MHz)에 따른 유도결합형 플라즈마의 광학적 특성)

  • In this paper, the emission properties of electrodeless fluorescent lamp were discussed using the inductively coupled plasma. To transmit the electromagnetic energy into the chamber, a RF power of 13.56MHz was applied to the antenna and considering the Ar gas pressure and the RF electric power change, the emission spectrum, Ar-I line, luminance were investigated. At this time the input parameter for ICP RF plasma, Ar gas pressure and RF power were applied in the range of 10~60m Torr, 10~300W respectively.

  • Most organizations adopt their own performance measurement systems. Those organizations select performance measures to meet their goals. Organizations can give only limited description of what performance measures are. Kaplan and Norton suggest that the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to complement the conventional performance measures. The BSC can provide management system with a comprehensive strategic vision and integrates non-financial measures with financial measures. The BSC is widely used for measuring corporate performance. This paper investigates how the BSC-based performance measures can be applied to Learning City. The Learning City's performance measures and strategy map on the basis of the BSC are suggested in this research. This paper adopt the AR(assurance region)-DEA model which could limit the range of weight on performance measures to prevent each viewpoint of BSC from having unlimited elasticity. The proposed model is based on CCR model including a property of unit invariance to use the data without normalization process.

  • The technological development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is accelerating the development of the world and society. Fourth industrial technology is connected to Cyber World to develop national and social infrastructure. The application of the fourth industrial technology can create Cyber-city and Cyber-life systems. In the ICT business industry that connects Cyber with the real world, we need to connect Cyber with real-life work. It is to use AR business cards as one of the ways to connect Cyber business with real business. When an AR business card is recognized as a smartphone, a 3D character appears to introduce the main character of the business card. In addition, AR business cards are reflected in AR for product and service of business operators, enabling promotion of products, services, etc. Using connected wired and wireless 5G communication, real-time e-commerce is also possible. In this paper, AR business card will be produced with Source Coding and AR business card platform will be designed.

  • The enormous budget of government and manpower are invested to the government funded institutes every year. The R&D investment focused on input has to be turned toward the investment based on the effectiveness of R&D activities. Measuring the efficiency of research activities is required in order to evaluate the effectiveness of R&D investment in these institutes. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the relative efficiency of research activities performed in 19 government funded research institutes. CCR/BCC model and DEA/AR model were applied to get the relative efficiency of 19 institutes. Assurance regions for the weight of output attributes were obtained by using the underlined concept of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). We used input and output data items describing research activity of 19 government funded research institutes. The results of this study are expected to become a basis of the R&D investment decision of the government.

  • Low-Pressure inductively coupled RF discharge sources have important industrial applications mainly because they can provide a high-density electrodeless plasma source with low ion energy and low power loss. In an inductive discharge, the RF power is coupled to the plasma by an electromagnetic interaction with the current flowing in a coil. In this paper, the experiments have been focussed on the electric characteristic and carried out using a single Langmuir probe. The internal electric characteristics of inductively coupled Ar RF discharge at 13.56 [MHz] have been measured over a wide range of power at gas pressure ranging from $1{\sim}70$ [mTorr].

  • In this paper, we researched the excellency of 3D graphic nursery contents for humanity and creativity education which is developed by mobile AR technology. AR technology has currentlypeople's attention because of the potential of future core contents. We allpied AR technology for kid's education of language, humanity and creativity. Well known nursery tales reconstructed by ICT technology give absorbing interest to kids, lead the curiosity of leading edge technology and friendly accept it as a part of daily life.

  • A Sol-gel derived ferroelectric PbTiO3 thin film was synthesized by using diethanolamine (DEA) as a comple-xing agent. Surface chemical analyses were examined in order to study the effect of heating temperature on the composition of thin film by EPMA and XPS. A rapid volatilization of lead was observed in the films fired at $700^{\circ}C$ or higher and the ratio of Pb:Ti was found to be 34:66. A depth profile by Ar+ showed that the Ar sputtering decreased Pb amount of inner part of the film resulting in Ti-rich phase near the surface of the film.

  • The conditions of zone-melting method such as a sample travel speed in a furnace, content of Nd422, control of melting temperature, and heat-treatment with/without Ar gas for $NdBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-\delta}$ superconductor was optimized, As a results, a $NdBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-\delta}$ sample with a surface area of $25mm^{2}$ showed a good superconducting properties when its travel speed was 6 mm/h, The improvement of superconductivity added with 10~20 wt% of Nd422 phase increasing pinning effect was also shown. The critical current density, $J_{c}$ was remarkable affected by the condition of heat-treatment temperature of $NdBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-\delta}$superconductor with/without Ar ambient gas.
