PID제어계를 위한 누적방지기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Anti-Windup Schemes for PID Control Systems)

  • In this paper, the anti-windup schemes developed so far are summarized and the similarities/differences of those schemes are discussed. The anti-windup schemes are applied to a DC servomotor system with PID controller to perform comparative study and sensitivity analysis. Based on those results, some criteria for choosing anti-windup scheme are suggested. The results of this study provide a very useful guideline for selecting and designing the anti-windup scheme for various types of PID control systems.

  • This paper presents a new algorithm for the countermeasure to alleviate the line overloads in a power system. This method utilizes network sensitivity factors which are establised from DC load flow solutions. The line outage distribution factors(LODF) are formulated using changes in network power generations to simulate the outaged line from the network. The proposed algorithm has been validated in tests on a 6-bus test system.

Monolithic SiGe HBT Feedforward Variable Gain Amplifiers for 5 GHz Applications

  • Monolithic SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) variable gain amplifiers (VGAs) with a feedforward configuration have been newly developed for 5 GHz applications. Two types of the feedforward VGAs have been made: one using a coupled-emitter resistor and the other using an HBT-based current source. At 5.2 GHz, both of the VGAs achieve a dynamic gain-control range of 23 dB with a control-voltage range from 0.4 to 2.6 V. The gain-tuning sensitivity is 90 mV/dB. At $V_{CTRL}$= 2.4 V, the 1 dB compression output power, $P_{1-dB}$, and dc bias current are 0 dBm and 59 mA in a VGA with an emitter resistor and -1.8 dBm and 71mA in a VGA with a constant current source, respectively.

  • Direct drive servovalve(DDV) is a kind of one-stage valve because the main spool valve is directly driven by the DC motor. Since the structure of DDV is simple, it is less expensive, more reliable and offers reduced internal leakage and reduced sensitivity to fluid contamination. However, the flow force effect on the spool motion is significant such that it induces large steady-state error in a step response. If the proportional control gain is increased to reduce the steady-state error, the system becomes unstable. In order to satisfy the system design requirements, the lead-lag controller is designed using the complex method that is one kind of constrained direct search method.

  • 목적: RF Coil sensitivity 또는 MRI system의 여러 요인들로 인해서 생길 수 있는 영상의 Bias field 즉, 유난히 밝거나 어두운 부분을 raw data 의 low frequency 값들을 임의로 변화를 줌으로써 어느 정도 보정이 가능하다. 대상 및 방법: Bias field로 인해서 분석에 어려움이 있는 이미지의 k-space 데이터를 가지고 있으면 부위에 상관없이 모두 가능하다. k-space에서 얻어진 raw data를 Kx와 Ky의 2-D로 표현한 후에 DC 성분에 해당하는 영점을 그대로 놔둔 상태에서 영점 주변으로 일정 범위 안에 있는 low frequency 성분 값들을 FT(Fourier Transform)를 거치기 전에 0으로 바꾼 후에 image processing을 거치도록 한다.

  • Comparing with bar-code systems, RFID systems can supply more efficient work. Using RFID systems, logistic management systems could be helped effectively to gather real-time information. It's available to reduce the working time and object's delay time, and to deal with real-time information by using RFID system. Until now, based on how many pallets used, there is few study about best workload of RFID system. Therefore, in this study, both bar-code and RFID system simulations were executed for inspection process in distribution center. As a result, following the ware pallet quantity, the total cost of both working time and other delay times were calculated and the sensitivity analysis of total cost trend was executed.

  • The population density of excited species in dc, rf and laser ablation plume plasmas has been measured using laser absorption spectroscopy. It was shown that, when the plasma was modulated by on and off with, the sensitivity and signal to noise (S/N) ratio became high. For example, the atomic O(3$^{5}$ S$^{o}$ $_2$) Population density, No* in $O_2$/He mixtures was obtained by the highest S/N ratio at a frequency of 2.7kHz. In a 20Torr room air, the lowest No* level to be detectable was shown to be an order of 10$^{7}$ cm$^{-3}$ . The population densities of resonance Ar(1S$_2$) and Xe(1S$_4$) levels were also measured in barrier discharges and laser ablation plasmas.

  • In this paper, we present results of this that design of the multi-layer VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator), which is composed of the resonation circuit and the oscillation circuit, using EM simulator and nonlinear RF circuit simulator. EM simulator is used for acquiring EM(Electromagnetic) characteristics of conductor pattern as well as designing multi-layer VCO, Acquired EM characteristics of the circuit pattern was used like real components at nonlinear RF circuit simulator. Finally VCO is simulated at nonlinear RF circuit simulator. The material for the circuit pattern was Ag and the dielectric was Dupont #9599, which is applied for LTCC process. The structure is constructed with 4 conducting layer. Simulated results showed that the output level was about 1[dBm], the phase noise was 102 [dBc/Hz] at 30[kHz] offset frequency, the harmonics -8dBc, and the control voltage sensitivity of 30[MHz/V] with a DC current consumption of 10[mA].

  • We studied the dependence of hot-tarrier-induced degradation characteristics on nitrogen concentration in NO(Nitrided-Oxide) gate of nMOS, under ac and dc stresses. The $\Delta$V$_{t}$ and $\Delta$G$_{m}$ dependence of nitrogen concentration were observed, We observed that device degradation was suppressed significantly when the nitrogen concentration in the gate was increased. Compared to $N_2$O oxynitride, NO oxynitride gate devices show a smaller sensitivity to ac stress frequency. Results suggest that the improved at-hot carrier immunity of the device with NO gate may be due to the significantly suppressed interface state generation and neutral trap generation during stress.ess.

  • In this paper, we have a fluxgate sensor with ferrite core. Thought sensor is consist of one excitation coil and two pick-up coil, and A lock-in amplifier circuity is designed for Signal processing of picking up 2nd harmonics from pick-up coils. Excitation coils is turned by 20 turns, and pick-up coil for picking up harmonics is turned by 40 turns eachother. It convert 2nd harmonics to DC output voltage. Measured output voltage and sensitivity, direction of sensor about out side magnetic field, and also sensor output properties about excitation frequency and current.
