Active Suspension using Disturbance Accommodating Sliding Mode Control (능동 현가 장치의 외란 적응 슬라이딩 모드 제어)

  • This paper presents a disturbance accommodating sliding mode control for a quarter-car active suspension using an electro-hydraulic actuator. The electro-hydraulic actuator model is nonlinear and uncertain. The hardware constrains on the actuator prevent high gain in a sliding mode control, which deteriorates the force tracking performance. DAC(Disturbance Accommodating Control) is combined with the sliding mode control to improve the tracking performance. DAC observer estimates the pressure due to the actuator uncertainty. The additional control is designed to compensate the estimated pressure. Simulation results show the improved tracking performance with the Proposed control methods.

  • Disturbance Accommodating Attitude control logic for 3-axis stabilized spacecraft is designed and compared with PIID control logic. PID controller provide the zero steady error for constant disturbances. PIID controller detect and cancel disturbances upto the ramp input. PID control logic is designed as the main control logic. We designed the disturbance observer to detect the effect of disturbance using the sinusoidal function. The detected disturbance are compensated by the additional control logic. The comparison simulation is conducted between PIID and PIID with DAC. The simulation results show that PIID with DAC shows the better attitude pointing accuracy.

  • The Capacitor DAC with gamma correction is proposed for TFT-LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) driver application. It is based on two ideas. First, 6bit digital code is converted 8bit digital code by memory circuit (Look Up Table) for gamma correction. second, weighted voltage ratio DAC is proposed for reducing area and power consumption.

  • The performance of a 1-bit DAC depends on that of the analog circuits. The mixed SC-CT (switched capacitor-continuous time) architecture is an effective design methodology for the analog circuits. This paper Proposes a new buffer scheme for the 1-bit digital-to-analog subconverter and a new SF-DSC(smoothing filter and differential-to-sig le converter) which performs both the smoothing filter and the differential-to-single convertor simultaneously.

  • This paper proposed a guideline for selecting the arithmetic circuit architecture. The guideline incorpo-rates the new concept of PDSP (power-delay-size product) and the weighting method. HSPICE simulations havc been performed to several full adders in order to prove the validity of the proposed guideline. We applied this guideline to select an optimized FA (full adder) architecture and successfully implemented the DAC's digital blocks.

  • 카메라로부터 얻어지는 화상정보를 처리하여 사람을 검지하는 기술은 많은 분야에 적용될 수 있다. 실제로 많은 어플리케이션에 적용되고 있다. 현재 Tracking 기술에 관련한 다양한 논문과 방법들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 스테레오비전이 아닌 2-D조건에서 움직이는 물체와 움직이지 않는 물체를 구분하여, 구분된 영역에서 탬플릿 매칭을 통하여 사람 검지여부를 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • Superconductive digital to analog converters (DAC) based on Josephson effect produce the voltage steps with high precision and good stability Therefore, they can be applied to obtain a very accurate ac voltage standard. In this paper, we made a simulation study of Rapid Single Flux Quantum (RSFQ) DAC. RSFQ DAC was composed of Non-destructive Head Out (NDRO) cells, T flip-flops, D flip-flops, Splitters, and Confluence Buffers. Confluence Buffer was used in resetting the DACs. We also obtained operating margins of the important circuit parameters in simulations.

  • This paper combines the disturbance accommodating control(DAC) and nonlinear model inversion control for a skid-to-turn(STT) missile. The missile autopilot may be designed to be robust with respect to a variety of uncertainties. We proposes the two step control design method. Nonlinear model inversion control is used as the main design method. Due to the model uncertainties and external disturbances, the exact nonlinear model inversion can not be achieved. DAC is designed to detect, to identify, and to compensate these uncertainties. DAC's disturbance observer is linear. Thus it is easy to implement. It does not cause the convergence problem due to coexistence between the modeling uncertainties and external disturbances. 6 DOF simulation results show that the proposed method may improve the missile tracking performance.

  • In this work, a highly linear video-speed CMOS current-mode digital-to-analog converter (DAC) is proposed. A newswitching scheme for the current cell matrix of the DAC simultaneously reduces graded and symmetrical errors to improve integral nonlinearities (INL). The proposed DAC is designed to operate at any supply voltage between 3V and 5V, and minimizes the glitch energy of analog outputs with degliching circuits developed in this work. The prototype dAC was implemented in a LG 0.8um n-well single-poly double-metal CMOS technology. Experimental results show that the differential and integral nonlinearities are less than .+-. LSB and .+-.0.8LSB respectively. The DAC dissipates 75mW at a 3V single power supply and occupies a chip area of 2.4 mm * 2.9mm.

  • 본 논문은 음운 및 음향학적인 정보를 최대한 이용하고 분할에러를 줄이기 위해서 조절 메카니즘의 하나로 DAC(Divide And Conquer)개념을 사용하여 음성을 speechlet으로 나누고(signal localization) 나누어진 음성구간에 대해서 레이블링을 시도(case study)하는 DAC기반 분할알고리즘을 제안한다. HMM과 같은 통계학적인 방법을 이용하지 않고 음운학적, 음향학적 지식만을 이용하는 신뢰할 수 있는 분할 알고리즘이며 대용량 음성DB에 대한 레이블링 작업을 단시간에 수행할 수 있고 일관성이 있으며 효과적인 음성엔진 구현 및 음성합성, 화자인증에도 이용 가치가 높다.
