Analysis of Questionary Survey Research on the Intensive Major Course in the KNAC (전공심화과정 개설을 위한 설문조사연구)

  • This research was conducted to suggest a policy plan for intensive major course in recurrent education system of KNAC. A survey was answered by students, graduates, field professors and (full-time) professors. The results are summarized as follows; 1. In the item of educational operation system, there were some differences in preference among 4 examinee groups. Students preferred 'semester system', graduates and field professors did 'once per week system', and professors 'cyber+centralized training system'. 2. As entering time, students and graduates preferred 'immediately after graduation'. However, field and full-time professors preferred '1 to 3 years after graduation' that became reality. 3. As board and lodging, all examinee groups wanted 'dormitory in college'. Students and graduates were open to pay educational expenses as a level of national colleges. 4. As a curriculum, the most preferred subject by all groups was 'major field technique', which was followed by 'marketing/sale' and 'farm management' in the order of preference.

  • With enforcement of information usage education since 1997, teachers have been given many different types of training to improve teacher's expertise. Especially, It has established distance education centers as an attempt to construct advanced training system in digital information society to solve the problems with current attendance-based training, and then its number has increased until now, total 53 institutes are on the list at the moment (Sep.2004). In this research, it has conducted a survey and analysis on educational contents and general management state, based on the curriculum of distance training center, for making its quality improvement plan including mutual contentment of both provider and demander for elementary school teachers. Examining the survey, it is expected for providers to accommodate persistent feedback to reflect periodically changing needs and various interest. From users' perspective, they wanted varied programs to choose in many other subjects for enhancing its expertise, rather than taking classes just for evaluation.

Research of the Development of Training Program for Quality Improvement Experts (의료의 질 개선 전문가 양성을 위한 체계 개발 연구)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to develop the qualification system for training of Quality improvement professionals who work for improving patients' safety and healthcare quality. Methods : Based on the various laws and regulations, and the operational status of other professionals' qualification systems, a basic plan of professional qualification system of QI was drawn. And through meetings with QI experts, the final scheme of the concrete qualification system was developed. Results : For management of professionals's certification or qualification, fairness and reliability are important. To do this, setting the official standard, providing a standardized training program and having appropriate qualification test are required. In order to operate the qualification system strategically, 1) the introduction step, 2) dissemination and expansion step, and 3) fusing step should be considered. As a governing body for QI specialists' qualification, 'QI professionals' qualification Center (tentative)' must have the committee to assure fairness, professionalism, and reliability. In addition, 'QI Experts Certification Department (tentative)" to develop standards for the qualification tests and conduct the tests program,' QI experts Education Department (tentative name)" must be able to operate and maintain the QI training for professional qualifications. QI professional qualification exam must be taken by everyone regardless of age, gender, race, occupation, education, and work experience. The examination should include management, leadership, strategic planning and design, quality management, health care information, patient safety culture. Practical training courses can have three step programs; beginning, intermediate and special level. Conclusion : The QI qualification system need strategic approaches for the experts working for healthcare quality improvement and patient safety. It should include the program of standardized contents and test, and operating protocol of the qualificaton system.

  • Recently, various cyber threats such as Ransomware and APT attack are increasing by e-mail. The characteristic of such an attack is that it is important to take administrative measures by improving personal perception of security because it bypasses technological measures such as past pattern-based detection The purpose of this study is to investigate the human factors of employees who are vulnerable to spam mail attacks through field experiments and to establish future improvement plans. As a result of sending 7times spam mails to employees of a company and analyzing training report, It was confirmed that factors such as the number of training and the recipient 's gender, age, and workplace were related to the reading rate. Based on the results of this analysis, we suggest ways to improve the training and to improve the ability of each organization to carry out effective simulation training and improve the ability to respond to spam mail by awareness improvement.

A Study of Korean Teachers' Needs in In-Service Teacher Training and Variables Related to Their Needs: A Case of University Korean Language Education Centers in Korea (교원 재교육 프로그램에 대한 한국어 교원의 요구와 관련 변인 연구 -국내 대학 부설 한국어교육기관을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine Korean teachers' needs in in-service teacher training and variables related to their needs. This study was conducted with teachers from Korean language centers in Korean universities. The following three research questions were investigated: (1) What are the teachers' experiences of Korean language teaching and in-service teacher training? (2) What are the teachers' needs and expectations for the content and components of in-service education programs? Are there any disparity between teachers' needs and institutional needs? (3) What are the variables to be considered in designing an effective in-service teacher education program? In order to answer the research questions, a survey was developed and distributed to university Korean language institutions and Korean language teachers. The results indicated that both institutions and teachers are highly aware of the importance of the need for in-service teacher training. The results also suggested that a more teacher-centered, bottom-up approach should be implemented for successful outcomes of teacher education programs. Based on the results, this study offers a summary of the need for in-service teacher training and variables (both individual teacher variables and environmental variables) to be considered in designing the content and components of a teacher education program.

It was developed by Vocaloid 'Seeyou' starting from 'Adam'. cyber singer that differenatiated typical digital characters in a cartoon or game may be subject to idolize to the music as a medium. They also feature forming a plurality of fandom. therefore, such attempts and repeated failures, this could be considered a fashion, but it flew content creation and ongoing attempts to take advantage of the new media, such as Vocaloid can see that there are expectations for a true Cyber-born singer. Early-Cyber singer is made only resemble human appearance, but 'Sciart' and 'Seeyou' has been evolving to becoming more like the human capabilities. in this paper, stylized cyber singer had disappeared in the past in the process of developing the technology to evolve into own artificial life does not end in failure cases, gradually led to a change in public perceptions of the image look looking machine was an attempt in that sense. With the direction of the evolution of the mechanical function to obtain a human, fun and human exchanges and mutual feelings. And it is equipped with an artificial life form that evolved with it only in appearance and function. in order to support this logic, I refer to the study of the coevolution of man and machine at every Bruce Mazlish. And, I have analyzed the evolution of cyber singer Bruce research from the perspective of the development process since the late 1990s, the planning of the eight singers who have appeared and design of the cyber character and important voices to be evaluated as a singer (vocal). The machine has been evolving coevolution with humans. cyber singer ambivalent development targets are recognized, but strive to become the new artificial creatures of horror idea of human desire and death continues. therefore, the new Cyber-organisms are likely to be the same style as 'Seeyou'. because, cartoon forms and whirring voice may not be in the form of a signifier is the real human desires, but this is because the contemporary public's desire to be desired and the technical development of this type can be created at the point where the cross-signifier.

The Impact of Achievement Motivation on Academic Achievement and Satisfaction of Adult Learners in an e-Learning Environment

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of motivation on academic achievement and satisfaction of adult learners in an e-Learning environment, and to come up with strategies to improve the effectiveness of e-Learning for adult learners. In order to find answer, devices were developed, tested for validity and reliability, and use for testing variables for 289 adult learners. To measure the impact of achievement motivation on learning in job training, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The analysis results show that achievement motivation has an impact on academic achievement with significance level .001, but does not have an impact on a learner's satisfaction. Further analyses on the subcategories of achievement motivation show that individual-oriented motivation affects achievement with significance level of .001, while social-oriented motivation does not. From this finding, some strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation are suggested to enhance effectiveness of job training in e-Learning environment. Further strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation should be developed by studying various aspects of e-Learning such as learning environments, learning culture, learning modes and methods, and evaluation.

  • There is a limitation on counteracting recent cyber-attacks with only technical security measures because they become more intelligent and large-scale to aim at employees instead of systems directly or to be conducted with unspecified multiple PCs. Thus, comprehensive measures revolved around related manpower are necessary to deal with them. However, domestic information security education system which is the base of professional manpower training lacks medium-and long-term plans for information security education, verification of education programs, and information sharing among educational institutions. This paper suggests information security education development plans for resolving problems on domestic education systems and improving cyber information security environment such as a national information security education master plan, certification system introduction of education programs, and professional manpower database management.

  • Consulting projects such as diagnosis of vulnerabilities of major information and telecommunication infrastructure are increasing, mandatory public information infrastructure assessment (PIA) for public institutions and ISMS (Information Security Management System) The demand for information protection consulting is continuously increasing as the field obeys the law, but the lack of information security consultant is not improving. One reason is that information security consultants are not being developed to meet the increasing demand for information protection consulting. In this paper, we present the case of information protection consulting as a scenario for studying and educating the duty of information security consultant by studying overseas case and domestic case based on standardization and standardization. We propose a problem-based learning (PBL) training method. In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of the PBL - based learning method.

  • Web-based teaching-learning systems through the internet has continuously pursued the learner-centered educational environment by promoting the interaction between leachers and students. As a result, learners haute become free of the limit of time and space and have more ways to have access to education information more easily. Consequently, the development of the internet has resulted in the changes of the educational environment. Web-based distance education through the internet is now expected to be applied widely in various fields of education. In fact, distance education through the internet has taken place in a new education paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to promote the economical and educational efficiency of all the procedures from developing the system to operating in a remote training cyber system. Therefore in developing the system, we designed it to raise the efficiency by making main modulo into components and by reducing the terms and cost by reuse. Also lute meant to raise the efficiency of education by applying constructivism as an educational basic.
