  • Along the information technology progresses, the demand for the educational application increases which derives the need for cyber education. Cyber education should take the knowledge construction model rather than the knowledge delivery model. For the educational paradigm shift by cyber education, 'Project-Based Learning' and 'Cyber Learning Community' need to be adopted. In this study, project-based cyber learning community for teacher education is developed with 5 major categories: Home(community vision, general information, project list, Q&A), project learning center(preparation for the instructional activities, group-based learning activities, presentations), meeting plaza(request for group mentoring, sharing ideas, meeting specialist, survey participating, forum participating, result presentation), references(cases of project studies, materials for project studies, materials for teacher education, general materials), management(project management, project cases, idea bank, finding partners, dialog with instructors, sharing references, sharing experiences, survey, forum).

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis about the relationship among Cyber Home Learning System(CHLS) circumstance, learner construct, learning satisfaction in elementary school students. Base on the selected data which was gathered from Chungbuk & Deajeon elementary schools, Structural Equation Modeling was used to examine the relationship between factors. The main results of the research were as follow : First, CHLS circumstance factor was more effective on the CHLS satisfaction than CHLS learner construct. In CHLS circumstance factor, 'service' factor was more influential variable. Second, there is high correlation between CHLS circumstance factor and CHLS learner construct. In CHLS satisfaction, 'contents and design' factor was more influential variable. Third, the model fit, = 624.945 (p<.001), RMR .020, GFI .929, AGFI .878, NFI .927, CFI .930, RMSEA .102 was relatively satisfied with the standard using structural equation model. As based on this results, CHLS in elementary education needs elaborate circumstance for the effective achievement.

  • As the limitations of the passive recognition domain, which is not guaranteed transparency of the operation process, AI technology has a vulnerability that depends on the data. Human error is inherent because raw data for artificial intelligence learning must be processed and inspected manually to secure data quality for the advancement of AI learning. In this study, we examine the necessity of learning data management before machine learning by analyzing inaccurate cases of AI learning data and cyber security attack method through the approach from cyber security perspective. In order to verify the learning data integrity, this paper presents the direction of data-preserving artificial intelligence system, a blockchain-based learning data environment model. The proposed method is expected to prevent the threats such as cyber attack and data corruption in providing and using data in the open network for data processing and raw data collection.

  • A arrival of u-teaming paradigm requires many u-teaming system and model that is varied and support to distance education, Accordingly, the distance education system in u-learning environment has attracted a fair amount of critical attention. However there remain many questions, as yet unresolved, such as it is difficult to maintain interaction between tutor and learner, the construction of system is a great expense to them, a tutor, who manages the system, lacks technologic background, in most current distance education system. To solve these problem, some preliminary observations have to be made first: to keep teaming process in situation that it is unconnected with tutor, to construct the system economically, and to make to be easy-to-use. Therefore, in this paper, we develop the 'Intelligent U-Learning System using Cyber Tutor', which includes the conception of u-learning such as mobility, immanency, supports to keep learning without real tutor by cyber tutor, and removes technological and economical costs, verify the validity.

  • Purpose: The research purposes analyzed the study participation and lecture evaluation of applicants in the cyber hospice specialist education course to find problems of nurse education application on the web. Method: Study participants were 125 nurses for participation and 68nurses for lecture evaluation. The data was analysed by descriptive statistics. Result: The results obtained from this study were as follows 1) The residence distribution of study participants was spread out across the nation. Equal distribution of education was accomplished without a difference among provinces. 2) The average study duration in the study participation was about one hour and a quarter minutes a week, and number of access to lecture notes was 65.8 times. But in a discussion room and a cooperative room, the system using rate was very low, so we considered the idea to come up with a more effective application way. 3) The participant's lecture evaluation of cyber education were generally satisfied about the quality of lecture, time, contents etc. Conclusion: This study shows the possible implication for nursing fields using a web-based learning program for reeducation in a variety of fields, so nursing cyber application can be considered to come up with this more effective method.

  • E-Learning is a modem main teaching method starting from the concept of remote education. This research is aimed for proposing cyber education library system, and designing a cyber education component that becomes a basis for e-Learning system. Cyber education library is a storage system of cyber lectures that can supply high quality data to the needed developers. Cyber education component consists of 5 categories and those are text, voice, image, animation, and flash. By using this system, the developers can save the necessary time and effort in education development. This system also helps students. The students can access various lecture data on a given subject and select the best fit for them.

  • The study reveals the relationships between the level of self-directedness and educational performance of students in the cyber education environment. Where the motivations for participating cyber education may vary, the final destination of education may be the same-improving the level of self achievement by study. As the researchers believe that the paramount success factor of cyber education would be self-directedness, we probed the factors to build UP self-directedness. Researchers developed the level of self-directedness as object-orientation, action-orientation, and learning orientation. Those composite orientations were compared with learning achievement. The study showed the significant relationship between some factors of self-directedness and educational performance.

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine the structural relationship among academic stress, achievement motivation, learning environment, school flow and learning persistence in cyber education. For this study, 879 students who were enrolled in S cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct the survey. Achievement motivation was measured in the beginning of the semester. Academic stress, learning environment, school flow, and learning persistence were measured at the end of the semester through the web survey system. The results of this study were as follows: First, academic stress, achievement motivation, and learning environment significantly affected school flow. Second, academic stress, achievement motivation, and school flow affected learning persistence, but didn't affect learning environment significantly. The results imply that academic stress, achievement motivation, and school flow should be considered as the significant elements for constructing cyber education environments to enhance students' learning persistence.

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine the causal relationship among self-regulated learning, social presence, learning flow and satisfaction in cyber education utilizing electronic media. For this study, 304 students at W cyber university in Korea completed surveys in the fall semester of 2010. The result of this study indicated that there was a meaningful effect of self-regulated learning on learning flow and satisfaction. In addition, we founded learning flow has an intermediating effect between self-regulated learning and satisfaction. Based on these results, this study propose strategies to raise satisfaction by improving students' leading role in their learning.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the role of self-directed learning readiness between career maturity and academic stress. To examine it, a total of 582 cyber universities were participated in this study, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. Therefore, career maturity was significantly positive correlated with self-directed learning readiness and it was significantly negative correlated with academic stress. In addition, it was revealed that self-directed learning readiness mediated between career maturity and academic stress. Based on the results, we discussed the strategies for reducing academic stress for cyber students, limitations and suggestions for future researches were also discussed.
