  • In modern society, with the changing lifestyle, demand for complex cultural spaces is rising and various cultural spaces are emerging. However, user-centered cultural space research has not yet been shown. In order to find out whether various cultural experience functions and user experience types of complex cultural spaces are being delivered properly, this study compared and analyzed the representative cultural spaces of Korea, 'Starfield Library' and 'ARC.N.BOOK'. User experience analysis tools and individual in-depth interviews were used as research methods. As a result, both spaces responded that commercial space and brand library were out of harmony and that the use of services in complex cultural spaces was inconvenient. This is interpreted as the result of the need for improvement measures in the value and usability of experience provided by the current complex cultural space and is expected to help develop the complex cultural space in the future.

  • Focusing on the emerging influencer market of SNS (Social Network Service), This study attempts to clarify the priority of Influencer characteristics when the customer decided to purchase products through the promotion of influencers. Since the influencer marketing differs from the Online information source marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the Online information sources and the characteristics of SNS contents. For this purpose, through the literature research on Information sources and Influencers, the characteristics of influencers were reconstructed and priorities were derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The upper layer of the AHP structure was set to expertise, trustworthiness, social attractiveness, and content attractiveness, and the lower layer structured the model with 13 subfactors. The results are summarized as follows. First, in the result of combining the importance of the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ classes, the detailed factors of expertise and trustworthiness, ranked from the top to six, are largely influenced in purchasing decisions in influencer marketing. Second, content attractiveness is the third rank in the $1^{st}$ layer. Influencer marketing shows that content is more important than social attractiveness. Besides, the $7^{th}$ to $9^{th}$ positions of the overall rankings accounted for visual information, storytelling, and external attractiveness, which are the details of content attractiveness, and it is confirmed that it is more effective for influencer marketing to emphasize content attractiveness than social attractiveness. Although the influencer marketing differs from the existing information marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the source and the characteristics of the contents.

To this end, 20 economic data were used, and the entire data was reduced to 5 dimensions through factor analysis to build a dataset necessary and evaluated the influencing factors by multi regression. The result shows that Macro-Economic Indicators, Production/Service indicators are significant for every cities and Chinese manufacture/Customer indicators, Korean manufacture/Oil Price indicators, Trade/Current indicators are significant for each other city. All adjusted R2 values are high enough to explain our model and the result showed excellent performance in terms of analyzing the different factors which affects air cargo volume. • As social interest in emotional labor grows, there are many related studies in progress in recent times. However most of the studies are focused on preventing harmful effects of emotional labor or seeking effective follow-up measures from the service provider's point of view. For this reason, with focusing on the bank teller service which is one of most representative face-to-face emotional labor, this study was progressed to suggest improvement measures by identifying and analyzing the current status of visual installations at the work space for awareness improvement of emotional labor from the customer's point of view. To this end, after a prior study, an field survey of 10 banks in the first financial sector was conducted to draw out problems and finally propose improvement directions with four aspects in link with the problems presented. This study is expected to have meaning in terms of securing diversity in emotional labor related research.

  • Despite the innovation of AI and Big Data, theoretical research bout the effect of AI and Big Data on market competition is still in early stages; therefore, this paper analyzes the effect of AI, Big Data, and data sharing on an entry firm by using game theory. In detail, the firms' business environments are divided into internal and external ones. Then, AI algorithms are divided into algorithms for (1) customer marketing, (2) cost reduction without automation, and (3) cost reduction with automation. Big Data is also divided into external and internal data. this study shows that the sharing of external data does not affect the incumbent firm's algorithms for consumer marketing while lessening the entry firm's entry barrier. Improving the incumbent firm's algorithms for cost reduction (with and without automation) and external data can be an entry barrier for the entry firm. These findings can be helpful (1) to analyze the effect of AI, Big Data, and data sharing on market structure, market competition, and firm behaviors and (2) to design policy for AI and Big Data.
