커튼월의 공법 및 조달 유형에 따른 SCM 적용방안 (Application of Supply Chain Management Concept to the Various Types of Curtain Wall Construction)

  • 오늘날 뛰어난 시공성과 경제성으로 인해 수많은 건설 프로젝트에서 커튼월이 사용되고 있으며 특히 국내 초고층 프로젝트의 커튼월 공사는 전체 Life-cycle 상의 건축설계, 커튼월 선계, 제작, 조달, 시공, 유지관리의 모든 단계에서 다양한 주체들이 관여하는 공종으로 주요 관리 대상이 되었다. 기존의 관리방식은 Life-cycle의 각 단계별 관리에 초점을 맞춤으로써 비용 및 공기 증가, 생산성 저하, 풀질 퍼하 등의 문제가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정으로 이를 해결하기 위하여 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)를 적용한 통합관리가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 커튼월 공사 전체 Life-cycle 관리에 대해 SCM 개넘을 적용하기 위해 커튼월의 방법 및 조달유형에 따라 분류되어진 Sick system, Semi-unit system, Unit-system, Panel system 커튼월의 프로세스를 분석하고 SCM 관전에서 각 프로세스의 조직, 정보, 생산 관점에서 차이점을 규명하고 각각에 대한 SCM의 적용방안을 제시하였다.

부산광역시 공동주택의 외피구조에 따른 에너지 소비특성 분석 (A Study on the Energy Consumption Characteristic by Building Envelope of Apartment Housing in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • In this paper we made energy consumption units of glass curtain wall type apartment and general apartment in Busan metropolitan city and compared energy consumption characteristics by building envelope. The monthly electricity consumption units of general apartment were shown in the range of $1.16{\sim}1.51kWh/m^2{\cdot}mon$ which were indicated higher value in January, February, August and September with little variation. On the other hand, in case of glass curtain wall type apartment, monthly electricity consumption units were represented in the range of $1.91{\sim}7.07kWh/m^2{\cdot}mon$ with significant fluctuations monthly, which were outstandingly high in July, August and September. The monthly city gas consumption units of general apartment were found to be in the range of $1.79{\sim}18.07MJ/m^2{\cdot}mon$, while glass curtain wall type apartment were within $0.94{\sim}19.91MJ/m^2{\cdot}mon$. City gas consumption units from December to March were shown highly in both type apartments. The monthly energy consumption units of general apartment were found to be within $14.23{\sim}30.69MJ/m^2{\cdot}mon$, while glass curtain wall type apartment were within $24.49{\sim}68.9MJ/m^2{\cdot}mon$. Energy consumption units of glass curtain wall type apartment were suggested 4.84 times higher than those of general apartment.

박스형 이중외피와 커튼월 창호의 난방기 열적성능 비교 (A Study on thermal performance of box type double skin facade and curtain wall in heating period)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the thermal of DFS(double Facade System) and curtain wall in the heating period. The physical difference between curtain wall and double facade on thermal performance has been tested at the newly constructed laboratory, which can turn $360^{\circ}$ to confirm the characteristic of a facade with the various directions. This study divide on 'ventilated, airtight' and 'heated or unheated' conditions from the CASE 1, 2, 3, 4. The results showed thermal performance of double facade system which has been better than curtain wall. The heating energy of DFS reduced $8%{\sim}10%$ of energy consumption. comparable to SFS in experemted results. In view of the researching results so far achieved, the research came to a conclusion, that the curtain wall can save the energy in the heating period than a curtain wall.

  • 국내 건설 분야 중 고층 빌딩의 공종에서 커튼월 공사가 전체 공사비에서 차지하는 비율이 약 $10{\sim}15%$로서 타 공종에 비해 상대적으로 높은 비중을 차지하며, 커튼월 공사는 주 공정(Critical Path)상에 위치하는 주요 관리 대상이다. 커튼월 공사의 Life-Cycle은 약 30여개 업체가 관여하는 복합공종으로 그 관리가 체계적이어야 한다. 이러한 커튼월 공사의 고층 건축현장은 도심지에 위치하는 경우가 대부분인데, 이러한 도심지 현장은 현장 내 야적공간의 한정, 장비의 사용 제한 등과 같은 커튼월 공사의 공정 수행에 있어서의 자재관리에 대한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 건설현장에 적용하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 최근에는 RFID를 활용한 유닛타입(Unit Type) 커튼월 관리시스템의 연구가 진행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 RFID 활용기술이 실제 건설현장에서 어떠한 효과를 가지고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 특히 비 가치 작업의 비율이 높은 현장에서 커튼월 공사의 생산성 향상측면을 가장 중점적으로 분석하였다. 단위 단계별 개선사항을 RFID 기술 적용 전과 적용 후의 비교를 통하여 알아보고 어느 정도의 생산성이 향상되었는지를 정량적으로 표현하고자 한다.

  • Curtain wall means a non-bearing wall that forms the outer walls of a building to divide the exterior and interior space. The increased use of curtain walls is diverse, including structural safety, watertightness, and wind pressure. As the government's energy conservation policy and the aim of zero-energy houses, the importance of heat reduction is also greatly increased. So, the study of monotony is constantly being conducted. Thus, in this study, insulation performance was analyzed through simulation according to the shape of curtain wall and the shape of insulation inside, and the purpose of this study was to provide basic data on the application of insulation criteria by energy saving design of buildings.

한국 현대건축의 기술역사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the History of Technology in Korean Modern Architecture)

  • This study tries to analyze the development of architectural technologies appeared in several tall buildings and large spatial structures from 1955 to 1999 in Korea. We suppose that these buildings represent the development of technology in Korean modern architecture. By the detailed analysis of these buildings, we can arrive at a conclusion as such; During the years 1955-1999, there existed a great changement in the eighties. We can find this fact very well in the domain of structural system and curtain wall system. In large spatial structures, the structural-system of shell and steel truss dome was replaced by that of space frame, space truss and cable truss with membrane. In tall building, the structural system of rigid frame and shear wall was replaced by tubular system, core and outrigger system. Korean architects introduced the aluminum curtain wall in the sixties, but its low technological level caused many problems in reality. Therefore, precast concrete curtain wall appeared from seventies as the main method for an outer wall in tall building. With the augmentation of height after 1980, PC curtain wall was replaced by the aluminum curtain wall of unit type and structural glass wall system. These systems help to stress the transparency in a tall building.

  • In this study, features and design effects of PV(Photovoltaic) modules were classified to help the installation of BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) In addition, through domestic and international trends and cases survey, installation method was organized and applicable range of efficiency and design from First-generation solar cells to the third-generation solar cell was classified. Frist, Crystalline Solar cell module of first-generation is appropriate for the wall type, roof, louver, shading and etc. It has superiority of technology and price stability and can be achieved by a variety of aesthetic effects. Second, Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell of Thin Film solar cell can express a variety of colors, adjust light transmittance and maximize the aesthetic splendor. It is appropriate for the wall type, window type, curtain wall type and etc. Also, see-through type solar cell can provide comforts cause of free flow of light. And it is advantageous from economic due to adjust the indoor temperature. It is appropriate for the atrium type, curtain wall type, window type and etc.

초고층 주거건물 커튼월의 창호부 결로 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Condensation Performance of Curtain-wall Window in High-Rise Residential Building)

  • The purpose of this thesis is thermal performance simulation about various type that can apply in the high-rise residential building to estimate condensation performance of window that is consisted of frame and glazing in curtain wall. The result of this thesis are summarized as follows. First, condensation occurrence point when relative humidity is $30{\cdot}40{\cdot}50\%$ is shortest Low-e double glass. Difference by type of gas and spacer was a little by $2{\~}6$ cm, among it, the case that apply krypton in gas and the case that apply double seal in spacer were less condensation occurrence distribution. Second, when analyzed improved proposal of window and existing plan through simulation, improved proposal is superior from general side of the interior and exterior temperature, thermal break surrounding temperature and temperature of frame end, condensation occurrence point etc. Therefore, if it was used improved proposal with effect that improve in curtain wall of high-rise residential building, it may improve window condensation performance of curtain wall.

유니트 커튼월 멀리온 레일 양중 시스템의 경제성 및 현장 적용 가능성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic and the Field Application Feasibility of Unit Curtain Wall Mullion Rail Lift System)

  • 본 연구는 최근 고층 건축물의 외장 마감으로 사용되는 커튼월 중, 유니트 커튼월 방식의 양중 문제 해결을 위하여 커튼월의 수직부재인 멀리온을 레일로 활용하고자 하였다. 커튼월 멀리온의 레일 적용에 따른 양중 가능 여부는 Mock-Up Test의 진행을 통해 20m/sec의 풍속에도 양중이 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, 비교를 위해 선정된 현장 기준으로 공사 기간은 약 20% 단축이 가능하며 투입 인원은 약 33%를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 분석되었으며, 10,000㎡의 설치를 가정하면 80% 이상의 시공비용 절감이 가능한 공법으로 판단된다.

커튼월 스팬드럴 적용을 위한 CIGS 박막 모듈의 특성 분석 연구 (The Characteristics on CIGS Thin Film PV Module for Curtain Wall Spandrel Applications)

  • In this study, three different types of experimental models of BIPV curtain wall units with GIGS modules were built, and their thermal and electrical performances were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the temperature of the rear side of the GIGS module with the application of an insulation in the curtain wall spandrels was higher than a GIGS module standalone by $22^{\circ}C$, which results in a reduction in the power generation of the former by 8 %. On the other hand, when ventilation was applied to the model to improve the power generation performance, the module temperature was observed to be $142^{\circ}C$ lower compared to the enclosed type, and the power generation performance improved by 5 %. It confirmed that the temperature increase in the rear side of the GIGS module with insulation layer reduced the electrical performance of the module. Based on this, it is claimed that providing sufficient ventilation at the GIGS applied spandrels contribute to improve the power generation of the GIGS module.
