시뮬레이션 실습을 통한 간호학생의 성취 경험 (Achievement Experience of Nursing Students Through Simulation Practicum)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생이 시뮬레이션 실습교육 과정을 통해 문제 해결능력을 향상시키면서 경험하는 성취의 본질을 밝히고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구대상은 4학년 간호학생 13명으로 시뮬레이션 실습 후 성취경험에 대한 개별 인터뷰를 통해 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 질적연구 방법인 내용분석에 따라 자료를 코딩, 범주화, 주제화 단계로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 간호학생의 시뮬레이션 실습을 통한 성취 경험에 대한 결과는 '개선을 통해 자신감을 확인하는 과정', '변화를 확인하는 과정', '간호의 효능감을 경험', '임상이라는 목표에 가까워짐' 이었다. 또한 간호학생이 성찰을 통한 지식의 내면화 과정을 확인하고 시뮬레이션실습을 통한 통합적 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 다방면의 면밀한 설계를 통한 효율적인 운영과 평가도구를 적용하는 시도가 진행되기를 제언한다.

  • The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development. The general and potential possibilities of cyber socialization in the process of using the cyberspace of the Internet environment are presented. The sudden transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 put the pedagogical community in the face of problems related to the content, organizational and methodological basis of the educational process. During the training in distance mode, a rich experience was gained in the use of information and communication technologies. The article discusses the techniques and methods of teaching using the capabilities of information and communication and digital technologies.

  • The article examines the process of professional training in educational institutions, media technologies and methods of media communication in the educational space of the institution, characterizes the place of media technologies in the educational space in the context of the term "educational space" itself, systematizes the methods of media communications in education. The peculiarities of media education as a set of means and methods of teaching young people adequate media perception are pointed out.

촛불끄기 호흡운동 프로그램의 시행이 성인의 노력성 호흡량의 기능향상에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Implementing Candle-Blowing Respiratory Exercise Program on Functional Improvement of Forced Breathing Volume among Adults)

  • 본 연구는 노력성 호흡 운동 중심의 촛불끄기 호흡훈련이 성인의 몸통 근력 강화를 의미하는 호흡 능력 향상에 어떤 유의한 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 4주간의 촛불끄기 훈련을 통해 실험 전-후의 노력성폐활량(FVC)은 통계학적으로 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 4주간의 촛불 끄기 훈련을 통해 실험 전-후의 1초간 노력성 날숨량(FEV1)의 변화는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>.05). 4주간의 촛불 끄기 훈련을 통해 실험 전-후의 최대날숨유속(PEF)은 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 본 연구는 건강한 성인을 대상으로 노력성 호흡 운동 중심의 촛불끄기 호흡운동을 실시하여 성인의 몸통 근력 강화를 의미하는 노력성 폐활량(FVC), 1초간 노력성 날숨량(FEV1), 최대날숨유속(PEF) 등의 노력성 호흡훈련과 허파기능의 관계에 대해 조사하여 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 앞으로 물리치료가 꼭 필요한 중증 호흡기계 질환자를 대상으로 하는 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

공무원교육의 현업적용도 영향요인과 정책적 제고방안 (A Study on Enhancing Transfer Effect of Learning on Education for Local Public Service Personnel)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 공무원에 대한 교육의 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석을 통해 찾아내고, 현업적용도를 높일 수 있는 정책적 방안을 도출하여 공무원교육의 양적 질적 개선을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 공무원 교육 후 현업적용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 학습자 내적특성, 교육내용 및 설계, 직무수행환경 등 3가지로 구분하여 분석하고, 각 영향요인을 도움(촉진)요인과 방해요인으로 구분하여 도움요인들은 더욱 활성화시키고 방해요인은 제거하는 방식으로 교육과정 설계에 적용할 수 있는 대응방안을 설계하였다. 강원도 공무원교육 현업적용도 제고를 위한 제언으로 역량모델링에 따른 교육설계, 강원도 자체 교육프로그램 설계 및 교육 후 관리제도의 강화를 제시하였다.

인적자본기업패널(HCCP)을 활용한 이공계 졸업자의 산업 및 직종별 인적자원개발 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Human Resource Development by Industrial and Occupational Characteristics of Science and Engineering Graduates Using Korean HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel))

  • This study aims to compare human resource development by industrial and occupational characteristics of science and engineering graduates. To achieve research objectives, this study analyzed whether differences exist in human resource development, such as participation in vocational training, wage levels, and cuture of talened person preference, by industrial and occupational characteristics. The results showed that workers in engineering fields received more benefits and support compared to those in non-science and engineering field occupations at the quantitative statistics of vocational training and wage levels. On the contrary, according to the qualitative statistics, workers of non-science and engineering field have a culture of talented person preference compared to those in science and engineering occupation.

국가대표 선수 훈련원 마스터플랜 설계경기 조경계획 (Landscape Design for the National Athlete Training Camp)

  • As the national interest in sports has been increased over time, sports facilities and sports complex are considered more than just physical environments for training athletes or watching games. Sports facilities now become symbolic spatial devices to represent the national and cultural pride of any countries. The existing national training camp located in Taenung, Seoul is gotting outdated and degraded. The polluted air in the city risks athletes' health condition. The government planned to construct the second training camp at Jincheon, Chungbuk at the area of $2,171,910m^2$. The Korea Sports Council called for proposals to envision the future training camp, and they held a design competition from August to November, 2005. The first phase was to present the masterplan for the entire site including training buildings, outdoor training facilities, dormitories, a visitor center, a research center, education and administration buildings. Considering the size of the site, the planning process required a strong relationship between landscape and architecture. This study tries to provide general explanations on the winning proposal focused on the landscape-related issues. It also attempts to have reference points for contemporary planning and design issues to situate the project in the stream of continuing design effort to avoid the dichotomy between nature and culture. The landscape proposal for the new national taming camp suggests four main strategies; 1) The camp has two intersecting and interweaving parks which represent the natural and urban order. 2) The entire site is organized and networked by the flow of landscape called landscape ribbon in terms of topography, vegetation, and water flow. 3) The landscape is choreographed through the time and process. 4) The ecological process and the digital contents are juxtaposed in the landscape. This winning proposal is the first step to portray the national vision for the sustainable environment coexisting with sports industry. Landscape in this proposal is an active agent to network various parts of the site which enables landscape to be infrastructure. Landscape design in this proposal should be considered open-ended strategies rather than determined concrete forms and its engaging further development will be tested in following Design-Build phase.

A case study on designing the training program to reinforce the competency of IT managers

  • In these days, IT is the most essential element that secures continuous competitive advantage in current business organizations. The success of IT in rapid changing business environment depends on how we successfully secure and develop the IT human resources that have the appropriate knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study is to define the essential knowledge and skills for IT manager's role, and to find out appropriate training programs for the reinforcement of IT manager's competency from case studies. Through the training programs for IT managers, we find that it reinforces IT managers recognition, enlargement of human relation network, the obtainments of knowledge sharing culture, and the improvement of communication skills.

Preparing Future Specialists of Preschool Education for the Development of Conscious Citizenship and Environmental Values of Students

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods of analysis. The importance of the issue of professional training of a specialist in a preschool institution is proved, along with an increase in the general and professional culture of a teacher, his readiness to work in alternative institutions for preschool children, it is necessary to develop creative pedagogical thinking, independence, motivational and value attitude to the profession, readiness for further self-education. Based on the results of the research, the key aspects of training future preschool education specialists for the development of conscious citizenship and environmental values of students were determined.

혁신적 조직문화와 참여가 성과와 이직의도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Innovative Culture and Participation on Firm Performance and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 논문은 조직의 혁신적 조직문화가 종업원 참여와 이직의도에 대해 미치는 효과와 최종적으로 조직성과에 미치는 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 자료는 한국직업능력개발원의 인적자본패널에 대한 6차년도(2015년) 조사로 수집된 411개 기업에 대한 자료를 활용하였다. 연구모형의 분석에는 구조방정식분석을 활용하였으며, 분석결과 혁신문화는 조직 내 종업원의 참여를 높이고 이직의도는 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신문화는 조직성과에도 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 종업원 참여의 수준이 높을수록 종업원의 이직의도는 줄어들며, 이직의도가 높아지면 조직차원의 성과에도 부정적인 것으로 나타났다.
