본 논문은 콘텐츠 창작에 새로운 방법과 다양한 가능성을 제공하고 있는 인공지능 기반의 문화예술 콘텐츠 창작기술을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 일반인을 위한 직관적인 창작도구를 제안한다. 최근 인공지능을 활용한 창작 기술이 다양하게 제안되고 있지만, 정해진 목적으로 개발 및 서비스되고 있어서 창작과 융합 측면에서 확장성과 활용성에 매우 제한이 많다. 본 논문은 인공지능을 바탕으로 한 다양한 데이터 분석과 처리, 콘텐츠 생성 및 창작 및 시각화 기술동향을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 일반인 창작자를 위한 직관적인 창작도구를 제안한다. 제안된 창작도구는 사용자, 창작환경 및 인공지능 특성을 반영하였으며 문화예술 콘텐츠 창작과정에 문화예술 데이터를 처리 및 변환하면서 인공지능 모델을 접목해 새로운 콘텐츠를 생성하기 위한 요소로 구성된다. 이러한 인공지능을 활용한 창작 도구는 방대하고 다양한 문화예술 데이터를 효과적으로 처리 및 구조화하고 다양한 생성 및 창작 모델을 적용하여 창작에 필요한 시간을 줄이는 동시에 새로운 아이디어를 실험하도록 지원한다. 제안한 문화예술 콘텐츠 창작도구는 창작자들이 인공지능과 관련 기술을 쉽게 다루면서, 주어진 데이터를 다각적으로 이해하면서 새로운 아이디어와 창의성을 발현하기 위한 초석을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

아무리 좋은 목적을 가진 정책이라도 본래 의도한 결과를 적절한 평가 및 보완과정 없이 단번에 실현하는 경우는 드물다. 이 논문은 '창작산실육성지원사업의 정책대상자인 예술가들은 동 사업의 효과와 문제점을 어떻게 바라보고 평가하는가?'를 연구문제로 설정하여, 정책집행과정연구의 한 방식인 상향식접근(bottom-up approach)이론을 통해 정책현장의 관점을 체계적으로 분석했다. 연구방법으로 초점집단면접(FGI)과 개인심층면접(PII)을 사용하였으며, 자료의 수집은 2015년 9월부터 약 3달간 진행되었다. 연구참여자는 총 28명으로 창작산실사업을 통해 지원받은 예술가그룹(n=21)과 심사에 참여했던 전문가그룹(n=7)으로 구성하여 직접적인 수혜자가 바라본 정책사업에 대한 인식과 평가를 보다 객관적으로 이해할 수 있도록 설계했다. 자료 분석결과, 일부 긍정적인 사업의 성과에 있어 공통의 합의점을 찾을 수 있었으나 작품지원 후 작품에 대한 사후지원, 유통 및 관리, 심의과정에 대한 공정성과 심의위원 위촉과정의 투명성, 단계별 심사의 장르적 특성을 반영한 유연한 설계 및 심의결과 공개를 통한 예술계와의 소통 등이 반드시 개선되어야 할 사항으로 도출되었다. 본 논문은 상향식접근이론을 준거로 예술지원사업의 정책대상자를 통해 공공기금의 적절한 운용과 이에 따른 예술계의 발전방향에 실질적이고 구체적인 제언을 도출하였다.

This design proposal was accepted to a design competition for the improvement of Indi Youth Street, Mapo-Gu, which was held by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in June, 2000. The \`Hong-ik University District\` projected area consists of several streets, where the independent and youth culture unique to this area is blossoming-Indi music, underground arts, and historic meaning of the area as an estuary of Mapo. The site is also expected to attract many citizens and fereigners because of convenient accessibility of the new subway station to the Inchon International Airport and because of many attractions on the street- foods, music, art and people. Accordingly, the proposal set the main design concept of this project as \`the Street of Youth Culture\` considering its special and social status as well as the physical improvement of the street environment. With this concept in mind, the proposal designed the improvement of the physical conditions based on the motive of \`the Street of Youth Culture\`, having Indi/under art, Indi/ under music, Indi/under drama and Indi/multimedia animation. This design proposal of the Street of Youth Culture consist of three segments, which symbolize the millenium Youth Plaza, MultiMedia Animation Pocket and Arts Exhibition Pocket based on unity and balance. This plan has the ultimate aim of making the district one of the people\`s favorite streets in Seoul, which people love to visit again and find the vivacity of the new millennium youth culture.

Especially, aims of present protection martial arts is not protect oneself, protect the VIP to safely from all dangers is different thing with aims of general martial arts. Instinct that VIP protect rather than oneself should study and develop. Second, techniques and model of protection martial arts spread to who in connection with security service by systematic and organized. Preferentially, study of protection martial arts Techniques and model possible the protection martial arts learned society, found laboratory and endowed protection martial arts society organize and prevention for random of protection martial arts and must make the original protection martial arts. Third, protection martial arts official certificate and license system must organize in order to training and manage of protection martial art master, Match director(First Second), life physical director(First, Second, Third) is systematically manage by Ministry of Culture & Tourism Republic of Korea. Like this protection martial arts also classify the certificate by scholarship and experience. Fourth, In union to university, private security service company, public institution, police and system that possible leaning to protection martial arts certificate course important. In addition, destroy the commercial character of present martial arts and cultivate the pure martial arts mind, should develop to martial arts in order to improve the humanism and temperament of right body guard.

1980년대 이근삼은 북한의 공연예술 정책과 이데올로기를 분석한 평론을 남긴 바 있다. 그는 앞의 평론들에서 북한공연예술의 특징으로 첫째 당국의 정책 목적에 부합하도록 작품이 구성된다는 점, 둘째 계급투쟁의 목적을 지닌 정치적 이데올로기를 작품 내부에 포함하고 있다는 점을 제시하고 있다. 이 과정에서 이근삼은 남한공연예술 활동의 '자유'와 북한공연예술 활동의 '통제'적 측면을 비교하고 암묵적으로 남한 체제의 우위를 드러내고 있다. 또한 이근삼은 북한공연예술의 정치적 이데올로기를 비판하며 이데올로기 개념을 마르크스주의적 관점에서 바라보는 것에 반대하고 있다. 이근삼에 의하면 이데올로기란 예술가의 의식/무의식적 세계관을 드러내는 관념 체계로 설명되고 있으며 예술작품은 작가의 관념적 의식/무의식적 체제의 표현이며 예술은 정치적 이데올로기와 거리를 두어야 한다고 주장한다.

Mainly through the pervasive emergence of portable devices (laptops, PDAs, now iPods), the screen arts, that is, the cinematic arts has suffered the loss of what constitutes the core of its existence: the theatre and theatre-audience. This paper discusses cinema's distinct place and significance in culture and its difference from television and other forms of mass media. The most pressing question at hand would be, "how do you bring back attention to the medium that is distinctly cinematic?" "How do you bring people back to the theatres?" This paper argues that cinema, and the film industry as a whole must push for a technological leap that is in conjunction with culture. With mentioning of the rapid development of 3D technologies in the moving images, this paper proposes that such technological novelties and innovation are necessary conditions for a new kind of film culture to emerge.

코로나19 사태로 문화예술분야 전체가 위기를 겪고 있는 상황에서 관객개발 영역도 변화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국립극단 어린이청소년극연구소에서 제작한 청소년극 <영지>를 중심으로 비대면 시대의 청소년 관객개발과 참여문화 조성에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 연구현장의 실천과 탐구를 기반으로 지속적인 변화를 모색해 나가는 실행연구를 채택하고, Brown & Novak-Leonard(2011)의 단계별 예술참여 모델과 Koste(1995)의 연극놀이 순환체 개념, 그리고 Moore(1993)의 교류 거리이론을 바탕으로 국립극단의 예술교육이 어떻게 관객개발과 연계되어 운영되는지 분석하여 실제적인 관객참여 활동을 추동하는 적극적인 관객개발의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 비대면 시대에도 열린 구조와 활발한 상호작용으로 구성된 연극놀이를 활용하여 청소년 관객을 '공동창조'와 '예술가로서의 관객'의 단계까지 유도할 수 있는 적극적인 관객개발이 충분히 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성과 NCS 교육이 취업과 자격증 취득에 도움이 되는지 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구모형 "문화예술경영 NCS 교육에 관심, 4년제 대학에서 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성, 취업 및 자격증 취득에 도움"을 설정하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 Chronbach's Alpha 계수 값이 0.821, 0.807, 0.830로 산출되어 내적 일관성을 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 측정변수의 타당성분석도 모두 기준치(0.5) 이상 산출되었으며 집중타당성과 판별타당성도 모두 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 0.608과 0.977로 나타나 두 가설 모두 양(+)의 관계를 보여 주었다. 따라서 각 연구가설은 높은 상호 연관성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

Cultural products reflect a living culture and evolve despite being based on traditional forms only. It is known as traditional cultural expression that portray certain culture groups, materials, spiritual and creativity inspired from their living environment that characterize a society. The old Malay community had a close relationship with their surrounding and environment. Sensitivity towards the nature and surrounding environment moved them into creative people. In designing the local traditional textile, role of the motifs, design and product design play an important element in Malay cultural values. This reflects the symbols and philosophy of the arts and culture and thus becomes the identity of the Malay community, which in general practice their culture and tradition based on Islamic culture and religion. Kelantan and Terengganu are the pioneer states for most producers of Malay traditional textiles. In these states the Pelangi cloths, is one of the unique textiles use and inherited by the Malay communities. Base on history, the Malay rulers and Malay nobility used Pelangi cloth as complementing clothing and ornament in attending various ceremonies and customs in their daily life. In this paper will discuss the specific picture of Pelangi motifs, design and its usage in Malay society in Malay Peninsula through its identification aspect of representations. It shows that this textile represent certain insights of Malay customs and identity.

공연문화예술 시장의 확대에도 불구하고, 중소규모 공연장은 소비자의 정보 접근성이 좋지 않아 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 중소규모 공연장의 마케팅 역량을 강화할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로써 머신러닝 기반의 장르 추천 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 한 공연장의 고객 마스터 DB와 거래이력 DB를 활용하여 고객당 3개의 장르를 추천하는 5개의 추천 시스템을 개발하였다. 추천시점 이후 1년 동안의 실제 공연구매 이력을 바탕으로 추천 시스템의 성능을 비교하여 최적의 추천시스템을 제안하였다. 분석 결과, 단일 예측모형보다는 앙상블 모형 기반의 추천시스템이 우수한 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공연문화예술 분야에는 일천했던 개인화 추천 기법을 적용했고, 분석 결과 공연문화예술 분야에서도 충분히 활용할 만한 가치가 있음을 시사하고 있다.
