Research on the Impact of Corporate Culture and Innovation Ability on Corporate Core Competitiveness from the Perspective of CSR: Based on the Investigation of Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises

  • Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the basic strategy for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, and reflects the most basic value orientation and development concept of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between corporate culture, innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, and to establish a model and analyze the survey data of 32 agricultural science and technology enterprises in Tianjin by using SPSS23.0. As a result of the study, we found that corporate social responsibility (Ethical responsibility, Philanthropic responsibility) has a significant positive impact on corporate culture and innovation ability, corporate culture has a significant positive impact on innovation ability and corporate core competitiveness, and innovation ability has a significant positive impact on corporate core competitiveness. Therefore, it is suggested that agricultural science and technology enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities, form a unique corporate culture, serve agriculture with science and technology, and constantly improve the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

현대패션에 나타난 엽기현상 - 국내 패션디자이너의 작품을 중심으로 - (The Bizarreness Phenomenon in The Contemporary Fashion - Focused on the works of korean fashion designers -)

  • As the contemporary public consensus prefers individuality to classical things, they have gotten sick of the universality and pursue fashion anew. As a result the new concept of artistic value delivers a shock to ordinary and traditional images. The bizarreness culture of fashion contains two extremes, horror and humor. which make people uneasy but amused by sensuous descriptions. Bizarre things captivate the audience regardless of the violent stimuli. The conversion of aesthetic consciousness is brought accordingly by horror and humor. In this paper, It is discussed that the concept of history of bizarreness and the social effect from its phenomena in current fashion are expressed through the two methods above. The bizarreness phenomena in current fashion is shown as a new hybrid type which has been recreated and came out of the internet. This phenomena has caused abnormal results and ironically mixed products, what was once directness, violence and disgust, are on the other hand enjoyment and amusement. A widening field, the bizarreness phenomenon, as an important implication in which can completely change the current trend, will be on track as a crucial concept representing contemporary cultures.

한국인의 공간개념이 도시철도차량의 실내공간 디자인에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the effect of the concept of Korean tradition in urban transit interior layout)

  • There are a lot of differences in the Eastern and Western space culture. Especially, Comparing to Japanese, Koreans are not good at utilizing the small space and react effectively. Therefore, the interior space of public transportation needs to be relatively developed to highly reasonable level in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to propose the concept of Korean tradition in urban transit interior layout, which means vernacular design. The interior layout should be made in terms of the emotional aspect not functional one. In order to study the notion of national character, this study refers the concept of interior layout of the public transportation to the layout of traditional architecture and modern office. The research of vernacular design can provide national character and traditional design and can make a success in a practical use and a visual effect. This study based on the national differences of space will be proposed the outline of interior layout and the shape of interior trims in the public transportation in Korea.

  • 한류3.0 시대를 맞이하여 기존 미디어 중심의 한류문화에서 벗어나 다양한 한류문화콘텐츠 개발을 통해 한국문화의 세계화와 지속가능성을 높일 수 있는 전략적 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 LOD기반의 음식문화콘텐츠 서비스 제공을 통해 음식문화 관련 정보뿐만 아니라 다른 문화콘텐츠들과도 망라적으로 연결시켜 다양한 한류문화콘텐츠들이 발전할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 사례분석을 통해 음식문화의 개념을 정립하고 분류하였으며, LOD기반의 음식문화콘텐츠 서비스의 적용가능성을 분석하였다. 나아가 음식문화 LOD 구축 프로세스 및 서비스 모형을 제안함으로써 LOD기반의 한류문화서비스 확장에 관한 기초 연구를 제공하고자 하였다.

한국 과학문화의 비판적 재구성 (Critical Reconstruction of The Korean Science Culture)

  • 이 글은 한국의 과학문화를 역사적으로 서술하려는 것이 아니라 앞으로 한국인이 지향하여야 하는 과학문화의 재구성을 위한 예비적 시론을 하고자 한다. 그 작업에 착수하기 위해서는 과학문화의 개념부터 규정해야 하므로 기존의 과학문화 개념들을 분류하고 이를 기반으로하여 인간화된 과학문화(Humanized Science Culture)를 잠정적 목표로 제시한다. 그 구체적인 사례 연구로서는 2061 프로젝트에 나타난 과학문화인(Science Literacy)의 개념을 분석하고 실제로 한국의 과학문화를 설계할 사람인 KDSC(Korean Designer of Science Culture)를 상정한다. KDSC는 자연인이 아니라 바람직한 한국인을 대표할 이성적 인간(理人)을 지칭한다. 따라서 KDSC가 될 수 있는 조건을 아울러 제시하고 그 요건들의 철학적 기반을 음미한다. 끝으로 KDSC의 시각에서 한국의 과학문화를 설계하고 실현하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요할 것으로 생각되는 몇 가지를 제시한다.

  • Korea has established a code for the economic and cultural industry that covers a wide range of classes unlike the old information era which was limited to the simple knowledge, technology, tools, morals, and customers that had been established in our society. On the other hand, 'culture marketing' is a series of marketing activities in which value-added items are created and shared. The combination of business management and culture seemed pretty awkward considering how rapidly the world was changing, however, the nature of today's culture has changed and the economic nature of culture products has resulted from those changes. In this paper, two authors who expressed the cultural identity in the culture products are studied through a comparison analysis; the author Min Yeongsoon expressed the identity confusion that she experienced in a foreign country and how she overcame homesickness in her work; and the author Kim Ata expressed his confidence in Asia and used his clear and loud voice to express the culture in his work. In addition, today's culture products are affected by the surrounding cultures such as the member's traditional society, environmental culture, and individual's culture. It is a good source for good works of art. In this study, the efforts of seeking the cultural identity, structuring the concept, seeking a new market and possibilities are used to make a consistent process in order to make a series of the systems required for planning and developing culture products.

한국 클러버(Clubber)의 패션 스타일 연구 (A Study on the Fashion Sensibilities of Korean Clubbers)

  • Club culture is the global trend for youth in 21st century. Club is the space that is created with close relationship among music, dance and fashion. It is also experimental cultural art space with endlessly transforming style. Furthermore it is a space for independent minor culture which represents speciality than generality of cultural appetite and style of club. Cultural communities formed around club and their parties have placed as a strong subculture trend based on youth age group. What they are creating as a subculture could be our tomorrow's main trend and clubbers also could be our major power sources for future. Therefore it is necessary to pay attention to club culture. The purposes of this research are to identify the concept of clubber, to analyzes their basic club culture characteristics and elements, and to find out unique fashion styles of Korean clubber in comparison with the origin. To study club fashion style's origin and background, this study searched a theoretical flow from 1930's to 1990's. Then, Korean clubber's style is derived by comparing background and origin of Korean club culture with those of abroad. To analyze in various point of view, theoretical backgrounds about social, cultural, dresses, and design were considered. Since research target is a visual image, street fashion is analyzed on through, music channels and magazines from 1930's to present as well as designer's art photographies. Internet sites', cub culture association's and sound association's photos were also extracted. as a visual evidences to offer actual evidences. Geological targets are selected among Korean club culture's origin such as Hong-Ik University area, Shin-chon, Chungdam-dong and Apgujung-dong areas. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, clubber's fashion style influenced magnificently on major fashion design instead of being just youngster's resistance toward control group and it is contributing to our fashion culture to enrich it. Secondly, fashion styles of korean clubbers are based on those of western sub-culture, but with a unique localized history.

중동전쟁의 이스라엘 전략문화 고찰과 한국의 안보전략적 함의 (A Study on Israel's Strategic Culture in the Middle East War Korea's Security Strategy Implications)

  • 이스라엘은 평화, 자유를 갈망한다. 이스라엘은 그간 수많은 전쟁 및 분쟁에 이르기까지 군사적으로 승리하였다. 그들은 그간 쌓아온 데이터와 고유문화, 평시 대비체계를 토대로 전략적 사고가 길러져 있으며, 그를 기반으로 한 전략문화가 안보전략에 방향성을 제시하여 정예 강군 육성에 기여하고 있다. 이스라엘의 신념, 행동 패턴, 정체성으로 형성된 전략문화가 전략적 사고와 안보전략 유용성에 영향을 준 것이다. 2023년 10월 7일 팔레스타인 무장정파 하마스의 로켓 포격 및 이스라엘 영토 공격으로 전쟁이 발발하였다. 이스라엘은 즉각 전쟁을 선포하고 지상군을 가자지구에 투입하였다. 본 연구는 이스라엘-하마스 전쟁, 그리고 중동전쟁 간 이스라엘의 전략문화가 전략적으로 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 그리고 안보전략으로 형성되었는지 고찰하고자 한다. 전략문화 이론의 방법론적 논의를 참고하여 전략문화의 개념을 재정의 하고, 전략문화가 전략적 사고와 안보전략에 어떠한 유용성을 제공했는지 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 이스라엘의 전략문화가 안보전략에 미친 영향을 토대로 한국의 안보전략에 주는 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

Toward Students' Full Understanding of Trigonometric Ratios

  • Trigonometric ratios are difficult concepts to teach and learn in middle school. One of the reasons is that the mathematical terms (sine, cosine, tangent) don't convey the idea literally. This paper deals with the understanding of a concept from the learner's standpoint, and searches the orientation of teaching that make students to have full understanding of trigonometric ratios. Such full understanding contains at least five constructs as follows: skill-algorithm, property-proof, use-application, representation-metaphor, history-culture understanding [Usiskin, Z. (2012). Despite multi-aspects of understanding, especially, the history-culture aspect is not yet a part of the mathematics class on the trigonometric ratios. In this respect this study investigated the effect of history approach on students' understanding when the history approach focused on the mathematical terms is used to teach the concept of trigonometric ratios in Grade 9 mathematics class. As results, the experimental group obtained help in more full understanding on the trigonometric ratios through such teaching than the control group. This implies that the historical derivation of mathematical terms as well as the context of mathematical concepts should be dealt in the math class for the more full understanding of some mathematical concepts.
