Purpose: This study was done to: (a) examine relationships between creative nursing practice and job satisfaction, and organizational commitment that nurses perceive in a hospital, and (b) identify creative nursing practice factors affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Method: Using self-report questionnaires including 25 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 387 nurses working in the nursing care units of a general hospital in Seoul, Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Result: The mean score for nurses performance of creative practice was $2.29{\pm}0.46$ (range 1 to 4). Creative nursing practice had positive correlation with nurses' job satisfaction (r=.427, p<.001) and organizational commitment (r=.433, p<.001). Creative nursing practice factors influencing job satisfaction were implementing customized care (${\beta}$=.158, p=.010), making new knowledge (${\beta}$=.257, p<.001), and searching ideas (${\beta}$=.209, p<.001). Nurses' organizational commitment was influenced by implementing customized care (${\beta}$=.192, p=.002), making new knowledge (${\beta}$=.158, p=.028), searching ideas (${\beta}$=.254, p<.001), sharing ideas (${\beta}$=.250, p=.003), and validating ideas (${\beta}$=.189, p=.036). Conclusions: The results indicate a need to develop nurses' creative competency to pursue quality care as well as increase nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Creative education through art grasp the essence of things, seek express oneself, and brings cognitive ability. An educatee promote the development of creativity and insight on things other than the existing. New thinking will gain the ability to make rational faculty of the mind and principle. Creative education implement in homes, schools, communities, public agencies, private organizations, and running through the creative environment, but the number of trainees are exposed to extremely rare. The creative practice book in charge of creative education of the dissemination insufficient of research and development in reality. The creative practice book requires a new approach. It can be seen easily accessible environment where everyone should be able to provide for nationwide. In this respect, the creative practice book through art to begin consideration, is studied a whole spectrum, and be published in variety of practice books.

The present article is dedicated to discussing the methods of teaching schoolchildren to solve creative problems. A few types of Olympiad problems were chosen as a didactic content of the article. The relevance of the choice receives proper grounding. Explanations are followed by examples from pedagogic practice. The article was written for the use of school teachers and educationalists that are researching the problem of improving creative thinking with schoolchildren.

This study explored the feasibility of various applications of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) by examining the relationship between teachers' belief in DAP and their creative roles. Subjects were 203 teachers of public, private, national, and corporate day care centers in Pusan. Data analysis was by ANOVA. Results showed that with the exception of fluency, teacher's degree of belief in DAP correlated with differences in all the sub-categories of creative roles, including indulgence and perseverance, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Conclusions were that teachers could enhance their creative roles through inclusion of DAP in teacher education.

The practice named "Creative Design and Production" has been given to train the students'ability to find and solve problems. Students are expected to design and fabricate creative artifacts in the practice. The practices focusing on perfection and creativity of the products have been executed for the past few years. We have reviewed the relationships between these abilities and the qualities of products of the students in the practices. It seems that the products lacks of originality and creativity when focused on the perfection. And on the contrary, the perfection of the products is low when focused on the creativity. We have employed the new three trials in order to solve these problems in the practice. Among trials, the cooperation with veterans has been the most useful for students through "Creative Design and Production".

Recently a demand for student-centered creative design education is rapidly growing, but well organized design curriculum and design practice complex are not established properly in most universities. In this paper, we present a scheme for design-centered engineering curriculum and a method to build a design practice complex for creative design education which it is currently attracting a lot of interest in engineering education. Based on the analysis of the conventional curriculum of electronic engineering, a new curriculum and a design practice complex that is suitable for enhancement of professional practice capability and by which an effective engineering education through introductory design, element design and advanced design steps can be performed is described.

In this study, the SCAMPER method which is a creative thinking method is applied in the food and beverage class of a specialized high school NCS study module to enhance creative thinking and investigate the influence on learning motivation of students. For verification, 10 sessions of 50 minutes classes were performed on 1, 2 grade students in H high school located in Gyeonggi-do Yangju City from August to November 2015 subject to 54 subjects in the experiment group and 54 subject in the control group. To look into the influence of the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method on learning motivation, pre post survey investigation was conducted on the students for measurements through surveys to deduct conclusions. As a result, it was verified that the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method had positive influence on the learning motivation of specialized high school students and positive change was also found in the awareness of SCAMPER method using classes and creative activities in the students. In this study, the influence of the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method on learning motivation subject to specialized high school students is investigated to have meaning as data to expand the research range of NCS food and beverage practice education.

This paper introduces a model of practice education for creative problem solving, using five steps on CPS. Learners can get the motivation about development of creative thinking and problem solving skill through the theory of CPS. Furthermore, they can apply problem solving skill to various problem. As a result of the study, the learners could realize the importance of the problem definition and the creative problem solving method. We proposed a guideline about five steps of CPS method and a method about idea evaluation. So, we established the education model about leaners can get the creative problem-solving skill more efficiently.

In the previous KM (Knowledge Management) studies, it has been repeatedly pointed that CoP (Community of Practice) should be used as a platform for boosting up corporate innovative activities. Despite this, it is very rare to find relevant literature in which real-world cases are introduced showing critical success factors, implemented strategies, and objective analysis of results. In this sense, main objective of this paper is very timely- to introduce a real-world CoP case in which POSCO, world-leading steel company, sorted out creative CoP strategies to nurture knowledge-sharing activities to solve various kinds of problems at hand, and maintain appropriate level of knowledge circulation throughout all the working units of company. In a nutshell, POSCO has been successful in any measure in utilizing the creative CoP activities as strategic means to change the paradigm of innovation and extract fruitful outcomes from integrating three important individual activities such as work, learning, and innovation.

As creative city is increasingly considered as a paradigm of urban development, it was explored that some of major concepts consisting of creative city such as creativity, creative class and creative industry have an implication. Those concepts reveal a diverse meaning rather than universal one in the application depending on regions and countries across the world. This study tried to grasp the meaning of creative city in the northern region of Gyeongbook where the concept itself was not apparently distinctive. The result is that the inherent meaning of creative city was expanded to culture and athletic fields, though it was originated from taking advantage of nature, agricultural products in the region, and cultural and historical based tourism. On the other hand, the role of regional authority was examined to explore how the concept of creative city is realized in practice. There are some differences among the local authorities in the aspect of leadership. network system within the region, and social network with outside.
