Recently the Korean government's green energy growth policy has been taken at the national level due to the sufficient supply of renewable energy. Some specific technique should be taken in consideration for the operation of the grid voltage and power quality management. In this case, there may have some chance of operational problems. Typical problems arise when grid-connected solar power produced by Pacific sunshine. The power flow in the reverse direction can create overvoltage on the distribution line and gives value of malfunction on the system. Line voltage and overvoltage adjustment practice can stop these symptoms occurred. Under these circumstances, this paper presents an interconnection test devices for photovoltaic(PV) systems composed of distribution system simulator, PV system simulator and control and monitoring systems using the LabVIEW S/W, and simulates the customer voltage characteristics considering the 3 parameters on the introduction capacity for PV systems, system configuration and Power factor. This paper also proposes a new calculation algorithm for voltage profile to make comparison between calculation values and test device values. The results show that the simulation results for the normal operation characteristics of PV systems which are very practical and effective.

The purpose of this study is to derive a implications for and analysis a CrowdFunding cases in order to activate domestic Community Art. First, in the area of culture and art of CrowdFunding platform, search for Community Art' projects were selected examples of success and failure. As a result, differences in sample were compared in five items of Confidence & Information & Communication & Content & Benefit aspect etc,. Additional total analysis result, Genre and Period, clear differences in terms of compensation and Promotion occurred, as well as the need to develop new goods and services compensation was raised. Based on these implications, this study is to be a practical implication to Community Art of difficult to create its own fundraising. On the other hand, we suspect the environment of the domestic previous research related to the evaluation of Community Art is insufficient, and so must be concurrent also study the framework of analysis and systematic evaluation to complement these parts in the future.

This study has been divided into two parts, 1) literature review and 2) a case study. Based on literature review and case studies found in Korea and abroad, this study aimed at classifying wildlife passages and establishing their development procedures in order to establish a theoretical ground for the development of wildlife passage as a way to link habitats that have been fragmented by the construction of roads and other developments. The results of the literature review are as follows : 1) Impact of road construction on surrounding ecological environment is found in various aspects. Along with damage of habitats as direct impact, decrease of biodiversity and simplification of species due to limited breeding and movement are cited as possible indirect impact. 2) In order to lessen the impact generated from fragmented habitats, various types of wildlife passage are being developed in Europe and are showing positive results. 3) In Korea, interests on animal passages have been rising recently. The ministry of Environment and local authorities are establishing development plans for the passages. However, practical materials on the usefulness of adoped methods are not available.4) In order to create an effective wildlife passage, decisions have to be made first on basic factors of planning and designing such as ecosystem rehabilitation methods and surveys on wildlife movement routes and habitat environment. Based on this, in a planning and designing stage, the location and type of a passage, size and measures to attract animals and prevent a collision need to be finalized. This should be followed by a series of process of maintenance, management and monitoring after the development. Based on the results of a theoretical study to develop an wildlife passage, Part 2 of this study deals with the results of an experiment through a specific planning and design that includes a process of ecological surveys, site selection, type selection, ecosystem infrastructure, planting design and construction details on an actual study area and presents them as a model project.

The purpose of this study is to find out the positive effects of the block chain when applied to the logistics industry and what legal problems should be solved to apply the block chain to the logistics industry. As a result of the study, it was found that the block chain can create the streamlining document work, increasing visibility, improving transaction reliability, activating Internet of things, and expanding smart contract. However, in order to apply the block chain to the logistics industry, have also confirmed that the scope of electronic transactions, international distribution of electronic bill of lading, and legal supplementation related to personal information protection are necessary. It is meaningful to confirm the applicability in the logistics industry, the positive effect and the legal problem, but it is necessary to study the problem from the practical point of view in the hereafter research.

The rapid growth in the popularity of social media sites has meant that social media has become an important communication channel for brands. Brands create brand pages on social media to cultivate positive and strong relationships with consumers. This study seeks to enhance our understanding of how fashion brand pages in social media foster consumer-brand relationships by exploring the factors that affect the development of consumer-brand relationships. Drawing on the parasocial interaction theory, this study proposes parasocial interaction as a key factor of this process. Specifically, this study proposes four antecedents (vividness, interactivity, social presence, and focused attention) of consumers' parasocial interaction with brand pages, which further affects consumer responses in terms of affective engagement and brand loyalty. An online survey was administered with consumers who have followed and visited at least one fashion brand page via a social networking site (SNS). Structural equation modeling revealed that consumers' perceptions of vividness, interactivity, social presence, and focused attention on a fashion brand page positively affected their feelings towards parasocial interaction with the brand page, which in turn led to their affective engagement with the brand page and consequent brand loyalty. These findings suggest that consumers build relationships of varying degrees with brand pages in a similar manner to that with people, which leads to their development of a positive relationship with the brand. This study concludes with discussions and practical implications.

The 3D game graphic technology has become an important factor in the contents field with the game contents development. In particular, game character technology provides a realistic technique and visual pleasure, as well as an intermediate step in the immersion of the game in which the game might create an optical illusion that enables the player to enjoy heroic adventure in the game. The high expression level of characters in 3D games is a key factor in the development process, with details and carefulness of the character setting work [3]. In this paper, we propose a character representative technique applied to mobile games using mathematical model of radiosity energy, spectral radiance model, and ray tracing model method using 3D unity game engine with sensible AI algorithm for game implementation. As a practical application to the game contents, it was found that the projection of the surface in the rendering process and the game simulation might change according to the lighting condition of the game content environment, so that the high quality of game characters was simulated.

This study is aimed at drawing up improvement measures in connection with the resolution of claims, one of the major constraints in revitalizing South-North Korean economic cooperation. To that end, we first looked at the structure of South-North Korean economic cooperation and the institutional status related to resolving the claims. Also we analyzed the current status of the claims in the process of promoting South-North Korean economic cooperation by companies and the provisions of the claims between the parties in order to derive any problems. Through these research results, we were able to identify directions and implications for efficient improvement of the causes of several South-North Korean economic cooperation claims. First, at the corporate level, there is a need to create specific details of a contract for resolving disputes and to add additional third-party coordination functions in the relevant clause of the contract in preparation for the occurrence of a dispute. In addition, it is necessary to seek ways to advance jointly with corporations in China and other third countries in order to secure stability. Second, the government should continue to discuss ways of promoting South-North Korean commercial arbitration with North Korea so that follow-up measures can be completed as soon as possible. In addition, a two-track strategy is suggested to provide a practical negotiation channel at the private level. Also it is necessary to be active in persuading North Korea to join the international arbitration treaty in preparation for the activation of full-fledged economic exchanges.

The area of design is the key which can create the generation's core values consistently influenced by the various media, throughout the rapid growth of technology and globalization. In the past, the design used to be defined as 'aesthetic', 'decorative', and 'satisfaction of the sensibility'. However, we believe it is time for a different value followed by the issue of user's different backgrounds and cultures. As the need arises, cross culture study has requested that we analyze how we understand the user's backgrounds and cultures. By doing so, it defines the user's needs like focus group interviews and methodology on process of product development or evaluation. Therefore the subject of this study is how the communication between two groups are affected by the difference between two cultures that centers on focus group interviews which has different consequence by diverse cultural backgrounds and personalities. Because personalities cannot be separated from cultural context, we have the compared group as a result of MBTI and establish practical methodology for proving the cultural factor which influenced to the difference of communication ways.

Purpose: This study investigates the best appointment pattern which can enhance customer's satisfaction and hospital's efficient management reflecting plastic surgery clinic's service characteristics. Methodology: The data of this study is obtained from Plastic surgery Clinic which is located in the civic center. By collecting and analyzing the data, we build the simulation model using ARENA. Based on 5 appointment patterns that was suggested in formal appointment scheduling studies, we experiment 3 simulation models; 'Basic Appointment Pattern' that has no restriction, 'Restriction on Second Customer' that restricts the number of second customer's in each slot, 'Restriction on Process Time' that restricts the number of second customer who has long process time in each slot. We can check robustness of the appointment patterns by experimenting on off-peak day and peak day, during peak season. Findings: This study confirms that these 2 restrictions can give a better result than 'Basic Appointment Pattern' that just simply distributes customers by number. Especially, the performance of Triangle-like pattern which is the best appointment pattern in the formal study has been improved by adding restrictions. Based on 'DET', 'Restriction on Second Customer' shows a better result. Meanwhile, based on 'E(WT)', 'Restriction on Process Time' shows a better result. Overall, based on 'DET+E(WT)', 'Restriction on Second Customer' shows a better result. Practical Implications: The purpose of each hospital may alter as demand for plastic surgery grows increasingly. Thus, each hospital should be always prepared to introduce appointment pattern for changed purpose. In order to respond flexibly to these changes, it is necessary for medical personnel to improve the awareness or for hospital to create an environment by constructing appointment program so that medical personnel does not need to put more labor on work.

This study reviewed the structural and operational systems of two professional learning communities in Korean society and analyzed their strengths and weaknesses: the Association of Korean History Teachers and the Communities of Elementary School Classroom Management. In order to analyze these cases, Robey's organizational change model was used as a theoretical frame. Two research methods were mainly employed for this study: literature review and on-site interviews. The analysis found several strengths (easy accessibility, led by teachers' initiative and autonomous will, abundant and practical teaching solutions) and weaknesses (financial burden, lack of theoretical background, sporadic participants). In conclusion, this study suggests three strategies for an educational leader who has an important role in developing a teacher's professionalism: 1) Make an institutional effort to stimulate teachers' motivation to learn, 2) Create a strong network of university professors and other experts for career advice, 3) Build a synthesized and consolidated system.
