Background: Medication's benefits and harms require careful management. Laws mandate pharmacists to provide essential medication details since inadequate counseling may pose risks. This study explores public expectations for pharmacist-provided side effect information to enhance safety. Methods: A self-developed questionnaire was created for participant to self-report, refined through pilot surveys with experts and laypersons. Nineteen items were categorized into four sections, using closed-ended questions. Adults over 20, having obtained prescription medications within the past year, were surveyed via convenience sampling. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics and T-tests using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and Microsoft Excel. Results: The study involved 189 participants, with a slightly higher proportion of females (59.3%) than males (40.7%), predominantly in their 20s (45.0%) and college graduates (57.1%). Health professionals represented 76.2% of respondents. Over half visited pharmacies at least 5 times yearly for prescriptions. Indirect experience with side effects was more common (30.2%) than direct experience (17.5%). Most (82.0%) showed interest in media-reported side effect events. Satisfaction with pharmacist-provided side effect explanations was low (59.7%), but importance was high (98.9%). Preferences favored combined verbal and written explanations (65.1%), with a majority desiring explanations for common but less serious side effects (82.5%). Healthcare professionals found explanations significantly more sufficient than non-professionals did. Older individuals, those living with elderly, and frequent pharmacy visitors attributed greater importance to pharmacist-provided explanations. Conclusion: Koreans view pharmacist-provided medication side effect explanations as vital but find current services lacking. Enhancements in content and delivery methods are needed in pharmacy counseling to meet public expectations.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the participation motivation and satisfaction of continuing education in the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 900 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggido in continuing education 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (7 items), continuing education requirements (6 items), and continuing education evaluation (9 items). Cronbach's alpha was 0.859 in participation motivation and 0.901 in satisfaction. Likert five point scale was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The priorities of the contents were as follows; patient care and counseling(49.0%), the latest information and technology(43.9%), middle management roles(23.3%), health care management(17.6%), and lecture studies(4.4%) in order by multiple responses survey. The favorite instructors were specialized dental hygienist(52.3%). The ideal pay for education fee was 50 percent supported by the institution. The best official announcement of education was e-mail. The participation motivation of education was 4.45 points and was focused on the education completion issue. The lowest score was 2.77 of development of human relationships between participants. The choice for instructor was 3.43 and the lowest score was 2.49 of education fee. Overall satisfaction score was 3.04. Conclusions: Diversification of the continuing education is very important. It is necessary to develop and implement the education methods and to train the dental hygiene specialists for the education.

Objectives: To evaluate the degree of satisfaction about a specialized treatment type smoking cessation camp conducted by a Korean medicine hospital. Methods: The subjects of this study were 112 patients who enrolled smoking cessation camp from September 2015 to December 2017 at ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Korean medicine hospital of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ University. Patients received Korean medical treatment, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, counseling, education, stretching, hand and foot baths, and hiking. Each patient filled in a satisfaction survey after completion of the camp. Results: Drug satisfaction of the nicotine patch was $8.0{\pm}1.9$ points, nicotine gum was $7.5{\pm}2.6$ points, Cheongpye-tang was $7.8{\pm}2.5$ points, and Bopye-tang was $7.6{\pm}2.8$ points. Acupuncture was the most favorable treatment among the 12 programs, followed by education and herbal medicine. Confidence after the camp was $8.8{\pm}1.4$ points compared to $6.6{\pm}2.4$ points before the camp. An appropriate period for the camp was 7 days (40%). Conclusions: After participating in the smoking cessation camp, most patients feel considerable satisfaction. Further study is required.

The purpose of this study is to compare marital satisfaction between Korean women and Vietnamese women and to identify ways in which marital satisfaction of immigrant women in an interracial marriage can be enhanced. Subjects of this study are Korean married women and Vietnamese immigrant women in a interracial marriage who have been married for 1-5 years, and they study was conducted for 30 days, from April 1, 2008 - April 30, 2008. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, 150 for Korean women and 150 for Vietnamese immigrant women, and they were distributed my mail with a letter requesting cooperation to agencies all over Korea that educate and consult immigrant women as well as international marriage information offices. Because a concern of Vietnamese women not being able to understand Korean was noted in the process of collecting data, a questionnaire for marital satisfaction that was translated to the Vietnamese language was also used.

This study was carried out to examine comparison of relating influencing factors on medical service satisfaction between general dental patients and orthodontic patients and to improve quality of the medical services by the treatment type of the visit. The data were collected from 421 patients who visited dental clinics and hospitals in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region, using self-administered questionnaire for the period from Sep 1 to Sep 30, 2015. The multiple regression showed that the medical staff and medical fee were common statistically significant independent variables to influence service satisfaction in both groups, however, fear in the treatment was added to statistically significant variables in only the orthodontic patients. Therefore, based on the provision of high - quality medical services and adequate medical care for patients' satisfaction, comprehensive plans including tailor-made counseling management and reducing the fear of dental treatment for general dental patients should be needed.

This study was done for analyzing the effects of menopausal women's life stress on life satisfaction and depression. The subjects of this study were 425 menopausal women in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungnam Province. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS 19.0 program. Life stress differed according to marital status, income, climacteric symptoms level. Also the findings indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between life stress and life satisfaction. However, there is negative effect of life stress on depression. The results of this study offer basic data for the development of counseling and social support program to reduce depression and improve the life satisfaction for menopausal women. Also integrated programs and capacity-building programs were suggested to prepare the elderly life.

This study is empirical research to understand degree of social support and to analysis influence of social support on life's satisfaction of the marriage immigrant women. By precedent study, social support was classified by emotional support factor, evaluating support factor, material support factor and informational support factor. To achieve oblectives of study, it was sampling, aurvey and statistical anlysis. According to result of study, only evaluating support factor was appeared to attentional influence statistically on life's satisfaction of them. Therefore for life's satisfaction of the marriage immigrant women, it have to evaluating support, for example acceptance of valuation and personality, praise, and encouragement on them.

The purpose of this study is to understand the present status of the international textile fashion conventions and the Korean textile fashion conventions in order to secure competitiveness in the textile fashion industry and to discover the satisfaction of the convention and to develop an improvement plan of the current textile and fashion conventions in Korea. For the method of study, five representative conventions of domestic and foreign textiles and fashion were selected and case analyses were conducted focusing on relevant reports. Also, the satisfaction and improvement of the conventions for companies, buyers and visitors attending the Preview in Seoul(PIS) convention were surveyed. The first result of the study was that international textile and fashion conventions have clarified their identity according to changes in the market environment and buyer's interest. For example, the professional exhibition changed the nature of the comprehensive convention or made it easier for many related businesses and buyers to attend the convention by sharing the same convention period and location with other conventions. In addition, the convention hall has been constructed to display promising items, such as eco-friendly materials and smart materials. Second, participating companies, buyers and visitors of the Preview in Seoul (PIS) convention were generally satisfied with the convention, but were aware of the need for change. In particular, the satisfaction level with the number and level of new buyers at home and abroad, the number of counseling sessions and the quality level were also found to be low.

The purpose of this study is to provide students with basic information about the stress of the national examination and the stress of the students who have difficulties in school life and the development of counseling and education program for satisfactory academic life. The survey of the 213 students of dental hygiene departments in Chungcheong, Gyungsang region was carried out. As a result of SPSS 3.0 analysis, the index of happiness Satisfaction was the highest points. Happiness index showed statistically significant difference in gender, personality, friendship, academic achievement, pocket money satisfaction, and health status. There was statistically significant difference between the major and the major in satisfaction, personality, friendship, motivation, and power status, and happiness index and major satisfaction were statistically significant.

The purpose of this study to investigate the effects of self-efficacy and clinical practice satisfaction among nursing students and to provide counseling and guidance for nursing. There are 121 nursing students 4th grade students who accomplished all clinical practices cited one specific location. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression. The results shown by the study were shown to be positively correlated. The results of the study were clinical practice satisfaction 13.3%(${\beta}=.248$) and self-efficacy 38.6%(${\beta}=.570$), respectively. A total of 44% were the factors affecting the career attitude maturity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum to enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students and to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice.
