The purpose of this study is to suggest economic analysis for piezoelectric power. Economic analysis method uses california standard test. Perspectives of california standard test is participant test, ratepayer impact measure test, program administrator cost test and total resource cost test. This study identifies the cost and benefit components. This study identifies benefit-cost calculation procedures from four test : participant test, ratepayer impact measure test, program administrator cost test and total resource cost test. In the economic analysis, the order of benefit cost ratio in piezoelectric power shows total resource cost test, program administrator cost test, ratepayer impact measure test and participant test.

This paper illustrates newly an outage cost impact index function(OCIIF). The assessment of the OCIIF is described using the Web Based Online Real-time Outage Cost Assessment and Information System(WOROCAIS) for power system outage cost assessment in Korea. The proposed OCIIF is not absolute but relative outage cost impact index function in view point of outage time using web based survey method for outage cost assessment. While conventional methodology does not consider short time outage cost assessment, the proposed OCIIF reflects short time outage. SCOF(Sector Customer Outage Function) in stead of the traditional SCDF(Sector Customer Damage Function) is defined and proposed newly in this paper. Based the SCOF, AVLL(Average Value of Loss Load) is newly proposed. The OCIIF is demonstrated by WOROCAIS in case study around 2,000 sample data surveyed by KEPCO in South Korea in recent.

본 논문에서는 비접촉식 충격-반향 기법을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 탐지에 있어서 비용 효율성을 높이기 위한 다이나믹 마이크로폰의 적용 가능성에 대하여 알아보았다. 박리 손상이 인공적으로 모사된 콘크리트 슬래브 실험체에 대하여 비접촉 충격-반향 실험을 다이나믹 마이크로폰을 이용하여 수행하였으며 저비용 센서 시스템의 손상 탐지 성능을 분석하였다. 실험 결과 다이나믹 마이크로폰으로 의미있는 신호의 측정이 가능하며, 또한 콘크리트의 박리 손상도 고성능 음압 센서만큼 명확하게 검출 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The paper aims to investigate the impact of trade cost on export: A Case Study Vietnam. The study conducts a static linear panel data analysis on annual data covering bilateral export between Vietnam and 70 major importers of Vietnam from 2001 to 2013. The gravity model has been one of the most successful applications in empirical trade. In this paper we apply the gravity model to estimate the impact of trade cost on Vietnamese bilateral export value. The paper uses gravity model to estimate the impact of trade cost on Vietnamese bilateral export value. The empirical results derive from a static linear panel data analysis (fixed effects model) indicates that trade cost plays a crucial role in determining the export value that occurs between Vietnam and trading partners. Besides, population of importing country, trade openness of importing country, gross domestic product of importing country and gross domestic product of Vietnam are also significant determinants of Vietnamese bilateral export value. The main findings indicates that trade cost plays a very important role in the Vietnamese bilateral export performance. This suggests that the Vietnamese government should attempt to improve domestic trade costs to enhance competitiveness and increase export growth sustainably.

Impact pathway analysis(IPA) is a bottom-up approach to estimates health and environmental risks from emissions of classical pollutants (eg. $PM_{10}$, $SO_2$, $NO_x$ and CO). The model starts from the emission rates of facility, calculates the yearly mean concentrations of pollutants at the ground level using atmospheric dispersion models. After this, proper epidemiological exposure-response functions are applied to determine the impact on the receptors. Finally the methodology can monetise the calculated physical impact on the basis of selected economic evaluation. The aim of this study is to evaluate an external cost of virtual point source in Suwon area using IPA. The results shows minor modification of local input data can make it possible to apply the model to Suwon area.

시스템개발 프로젝트에서 기술성숙도(TRL; Technology Readiness Level)는 개발기간과 비용에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 만약 프로젝트 주관기관의 핵심기술요소(CTEs)에 대한 기술 성숙도를 정확히 평가하여, 그에 따른 개발기간과 일정의 영향 정도를 세밀히 분석한다면, 개발이 진행되는 과정에서 예산 추가와 일정 지연과 같은 위험을 최소화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기술성숙도가 항공우주개발 프로젝트의 개발기간과 비용에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 무인기시스템 개발사업에 적용하여 개발기관의 기술성숙도 수준 차이에 따른 개발기간과 비용의 정량적인 변화를 분석하였다.

본 연구는 기획단계에서 이루어지는 개산견적 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시키기 위하여 최적의 영향요인 조합을 제시하였다. 이에 기획단계에서 활용이 가능한 정량적인 영향요인을 선정하여 상관분석 통해 공사비에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 연면적을 중심으로 8가지의 영향요인 조합을 설정하였다. 8가지 영향요인 조합을 다중회귀분석을 통하여 VIF계수 및 회귀식을 도출하였다. VIF계수를 통해 연면적, 건축면적과 층 영향요인을 함께 사용할 경우 연면적과 건축면적 두 영향요인 간의 종속적인 관계를 확인하였다. 이에 독립성이 예측 모델 정확도의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 실 사례 프로젝트 10건을 회귀식에 대입하여 정확도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 독립성이 확보가 안 된 영향요인 조합은 다른 영향요인에 비해 정확도 떨어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 최대한 많은 영향요인을 활용하는 것보다 최적의 영향요인 조합을 선정하는 것이 예측 모델의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구에서는 연면적과 건축면적을 활용하였을 경우 정확도가 가장 높은 것을 확인하였다.

Rework is a major cause that adversely affects the performance of a construction project, such as schedule delay or cost overrun. In order to prevent rework, research has been mainly conducted to analyze the cause of rework, but limited to quantitatively measure cost of rework and analyze its impact on project performance. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze impact of rework cost using 369 rework items collected from 3 construction site. This research is expected to accurately determine control target of rework and to improve efficiency of business operations in construction project.

In this paper, the impact of information sharing, possibly with some delay, on costs in a simple supply chain in which there are two participants, a single retailer and a single manufacturer, is considered. When participants in the supply chain do not use fully integrated EDI, some delay associated with information sharing is inevitable. A mathematical model that allows us to quantify the cost incurred by the manufacturer in the supply chain under information sharing, possibly with some delay, vs. no information sharing is presented. From this model, some managerial implications are gleaned.

본 논문은 환경오염저감비용이 무역수지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 산업연관표를 이용하여 각 산업별 오염저감비용 지출이 생산자물가에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 다시 이를 이용하여 산업별 수출입에의 영향을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 중요한 기여는 이전의 연구에서 제외되었던 오염저감비용 지출의 간접효과를 명시적으로 고려해 줌으로써 분석의 정확도를 높였다는 점이다. 산업연관표를 이용한 분석에서 오염저감비용 지출이 미친 무역수지에의 영향은 총 교역량의 0.30~0.46%로 미국의 1970년대 수준보다 낮았다.
