Therefore Max. Load, Max. Stress, Max. Elongation, and breakage on the hair coated with the extract of Ginkgo biloba L. According to the Break Load, Break Stress, Break Elongation, Max. Various convergence property experiments such as modulus and Tangential modulus values were conducted. As a result of research, the hairs coated with Ginkgo biloba extract had an overall increase in intrinsic properties including tensile strength compared to the control group. Through this study, we intend to study the potential of Ginkgo biloba L. as a useful material for hair cosmetics such as permanent wave preparations as well as health supplements and medicines that have been released, and we expect that it will be provided as useful research data for the subsequent development of various hair cosmetics.

  • The author tried to verify the mediating effect of the variable, perceived behavioral control, in the relationship between the independent variables(cosmetics-related variables, consumer's preference, advice & inducement), and the dependent variable(purchasing behavior), through AMOS structural equation modeling. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect in the impact relationship between latent variables, it was found that PBC(perceived behavior control) plays a mediating role in the impact relationship between CQ(cosmetics quality) and PB(purchasing behavior). Author found that the higher the quality of cosmetics and the greater the perceived behavior control in domestic cosmetics purchasing behavior, the more likely it will lead to purchasing behavior. In this context, while efforts are being made to improve cosmetic quality, measures to increase perceived behavior control, which can be said to be autonomy in purchasing behavior, should be sought.

  • The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.
