지식경영의 성공요인 분석을 위한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study On the Factors Affecting the Knowledge Management Practices)

  • In the information society where knowledge plays a significant role, the value of the corporate organization creates knowledge strategically and spreads it to the whole organization so as to reinforce the efficiency of the work force. After KMS(Knowledge Management System) was recognized as one of core competences of company, KMS based on information technology has been introduced actively to many corporate organizations for the implementation of realizing knowledge management. As the strategic use of KMS increases in company, it has attracted attention to the system and the investment in the system, now attention has brought to the effect of the system. The efficiency and effectiveness of KMS has been tackled as one of the most important issues, and then many studies have been implemented to measure the result of the system. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems and to help make an important decision in establishing introduction strategy by abstracting the reasons and success factors and result indices which are important sources for introducing KMS.

  • Rrecently, companies have made great efforts to satisfy various needs and heightened expectations of customers, and the importance of customer center as customer contact department for customer relationship management is increasing. In the knowledge ecosystem, corporate customer centers are emerging as a new alternative to acquiring corporate competitiveness by increasing sales and increasing market share by improving marketing support activities and customer relationship management at customer contact points. As a result, the interest in the customer center has increased rapidly because it provides the opportunity to contact with the customer. In addition, in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the customer center, which is a collection of information and communication technologies, has a big databased voice recognition technology to elaborate customer service, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to marketing through continuous interaction with customers. Of course, we have the opportunity to transform into the frontline business intelligence front for customer knowledge. This study is a comparative case study on how the customer center of K Life Insurance that takes the lead in the customer center industry has successfully renewed and established their key information systems to improve customer services and reinforce marketing support competencies. Based on the above, this study will present factors affecting successful implementation and settlement of the customer service information systems of customer centers by independently analyzing two individual cases.

패션비즈니스에서 소비자의 에코라벨 인지도가 기업연상과 구매의도에 미치는 영향연구 (Effect of eco-label recognition on corporate association and purchasing intention in fashion business)

  • Corporate association-which refers to consumers' beliefs, knowledge, perceptions, and evaluations of a corporation -can affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Corporate association consists of corporate ability association and corporate social responsibility association. Corporate ability association refers to a company's product quality, corporate innovation, productivity, consumer orientation, and after service. Corporate social responsibility association, which refers to the social perspective a company has of its responsibility to society, can affect corporate image and consumers' purchasing intentions. Eco-labeling for protecting and sustaining the environment is one of the important green marketing strategies in the fashion business that can influence corporate association and consumers' purchasing intentions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumers' eco-label recognition on their corporate association and intentions to purchase eco-friendly fashion products. Questionnaires were distributed to consumers. The 263 usable questionnaires that were returned were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, regression analysis, and t-test. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of eco-label recognition on corporate association (ability association and social responsibility association). Eco-label recognition and corporate association were found to significantly affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Regarding the eco-friendly fashion product buying experience, there was no significant difference on corporate association and buying intention, but there was significant difference on eco-label recognition.

  • 기업경영환경의 변화로 인하여 기업정보 센터는 조직 내에서 그 존재가치를 입증받도록 요구받고 있다. 기업정보 센터는 조직 내에서 성과를 높이고 존재가치를 확고히 하기 위하여 새로운 정보 서비스와 이용자집단을 개발하는 등 지속적인 생존노력을 기울여야 한다. 기업이 생존하기 위하여 마케팅 활동을 하듯이 기업정보 센터도 조직 내에서 생존하기 위하여 마케팅 활동을 수행하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 기업정보 센터에서 왜 마케팅 전략을 도입해야 하는 지의 필요성, 마케팅 계획의 수립절차 및 내용, 마케팅 믹스, 그리고 기업정보 센터에서 활용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략과 활용사례를 살펴보았다.

Emerging Data Management Tools and Their Implications for Decision Support

  • Recently, we have witnessed a host of emerging tools in the management support systems (MSS) area including the data warehouse/multidimensinal databases (MDDB), data mining, on-line analytical processing (OLAP), intelligent agents, World Wide Web(WWW) technologies, the Internet, and corporate intranets. These tools are reshaping MSS developments in organizations. This article reviews a set of emerging data management technologies in the knowledge discovery in databases(KDD) process and analyzes their implications for decision support. Furthermore, today's MSS are equipped with a plethora of AI techniques (artifical neural networks, and genetic algorithms, etc) fuzzy sets, modeling by example , geographical information system(GIS), logic modeling, and visual interactive modeling (VIM) , All these developments suggest that we are shifting the corporate decision making paradigm form information-driven decision making in the1980s to knowledge-driven decision making in the 1990s.

대학생 홍보대사 특성과 SNS 정보특성이 홍보효과에 미치는 영향 (Examining the Effect of University Student Ambassadors' Characteristics and SNS Information Characteristics on Corporate Promotion)

  • SNS 커뮤니케이션이 일상화되고 디지털홍보가 활성화되는 시점에 SNS 홍보의 효과성을 연구해보는 것은 이론적, 실무적 차원에서 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 기존 유명인 인플루언서 중심의 홍보대사 연구에서 벗어나 대학생 홍보대사 활용효과를 분석함으로써, 일반인 홍보대사 활용에 대한 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공기업에서 운영하는 대학생 홍보대사로부터 홍보메시지를 수신한 287명의 응답을 구조모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 홍보대사특성(친밀도, 전문성)이 SNS정보특성(정보제공성, 정보유희성, 정보신뢰성)을 매개하여 홍보효과에 미치는 유의한 영향관계를 확인하였다. 또한 홍보수신자가 속한 세대간 차이에서 MZ세대는 친밀도가 높을수록 유희성을 높게 인식한 반면, 기성세대는 전문성이 높을수록 정보신뢰성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 향후 연구결과의 일반화를 위해 다양한 연령층과 지역을 확장한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 기업의 프로젝트조직 중심으로 기업조직이 보유한 조직지식의 특성이 조직 내 지식이전 및 활용과 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 국내기업들의 기업 지식 특성의 내부요인들이 지식의 이전, 활용과 경영성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

사회연결망을 이용한 지식전파 분석의 프레임워크 (A Framework for Knowledge Propagation Analysis using Social Network)

  • 기업은 조직내에서 공유되고 사용되는 지식을 경쟁우위와 직결된 지적자본으로 인식하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 선행연구에서 지식근로자 사이에 공유되는 지식을 파악하고자 노력하였다. 선행 연구의 한 가지 접근법은 정보기술을 이용하여 자동화되고 효율적으로 명시적인 지식을 공유하는 기술적인 방법을 강조하는 접근법이며 다른 접근법은 지식근로자간 휴먼 네트워크를 이용하여 암묵적인 지식의 흐름을 파악하고자 하는 연구이다. 두 번째 접근법의 경우 지식공유를 위해 실행공동체의 역할이 강조되고 있으나 자발적인 참여가 아닌 경우 실행공동체를 파악하기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 휴먼 네트워크를 사회연결망 관점에서 파악하여 지식의 전파를 분석하고 실행공동체에 참여할 수 있는 지식근로자를 찾아내는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 두 가지 사회연결망 관련 지표를 이용하여 지식 근로자를 분류하는 프레임워크를 제시하고 실무적용 가능성을 확인한 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

기업의 조직학습이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 무형자산의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Organizational Learning on Corporate Performance: Case Study on Mediating Effects of Intangible Assests)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직학습이 무형자산이라는 매개를 거쳐 어떻게 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사하였으며, 그 관계를 기반으로 조직학습과 무형자산을 목적에 따라 유형화하여 실증분석을 시도하였다. 업무수행방식 교육은 제품 서비스개선과 시장지배력 확대에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 지식관리방식 교육은 제품 서비스개선에서만, 조직학습비용은 시장지배력 확대에서만 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 매개효과에 대해 분석한 결과를 살펴보면, 업무수행방식 교육의 경우에서 시장지배력 확대에만 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 지식관리방식 교육과 조직학습비용은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 기업성과 제고에 있어 조직학습의 운영과 무형자산의 획득이 반드시 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Relationships among CEO Image, Corporate Image and Employment Brand Value in Fashion Industry

  • The CEO and the Corporate Image is considered very important in the aspect of marketing. The fact that CEO image itself influences the company or value of the product directly and indirectly has been verified through many cases. Recently, the differentiation of products and services between companies became difficult because the disparity in technique between companies retrenched. As a result, the rate of people who decide to purchase or invest their money based on the corporate image or reputation has been increased. Also in the knowledge society like today, the talented employees are the company's customer and the company's necessity for managing those brains of marketing perspective on how to satisfy and attract the customers is being embossed. The Fashion industry is one of the most value-added industry and in those value-added businesses, the most important factor is the human resources' knowledge power. However the study of the relationships among the CEO image, the corporate image and employment brand value in fashion industry has not been carried out yet. This research considers that dynamic relationship exists among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value that affects a company's main goal of pursuing benefits and intends to investigate the relationships of the three concepts. The specific purposes of this study were, 1) to analyze the impact of CEO image on a corporate image, 2) to analyze the impact of corporate image on employment brand value, 3) to analyze the impact of CEO image on employment brand value, 4) to analyze whether corporate image plays a mediating role in the relationship between CEO image and employment brand value or not. A survey design with a structured questionnaire was employed for this research. A convenience sample of 398 subjects was selected from two groups, which are university students majoring in fashion and practitioners working in fashion industry. For the data analysis, descriptive statistic (i.e., frequency, percentage), factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used by utilizing SPSS 12.0 for Windows program. The results for this research are as follows, first, the study of the impact of CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) on corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) brought conclusion that the CEO image generally affected the corporate image in fashion industry. Managerial Competence and Reliability/Leadership affected Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Corporate Cultural Image. However, while CEO's Personal Attractiveness affected Product Image and Corporate Social Responsibility Image, it did not affect Corporate Cultural Image. Second, the study of the impact of corporate image on employment brand value brought conclusion that corporate image (i.e., Product Image, Corporate Social Responsibility Image, Corporate Cultural Image) affected employment brand value. Corporate Cultural Image affected employment brand value the most and then the Corporate Social Responsibility Image and Product Image. Third, the study of the impact of CEO image on employment brand value brought conclusion that CEO image (i.e., Managerial Competence, Reliability/Leadership, Personal Attractiveness) affected the employment brand value. CEO's Reliability/Leadership affected the employment brand value the most and then CEO's Personal Attractiveness and CEO's Managerial Competence. Forth, the study examined whether corporate image plays a mediating role in relationship of CEO image and employment brand value and concluded that it does. Corporate image played a full mediating role between CEO's Managerial Competence and employment brand value while it played a partial mediating role between CEO's Reliability/Leadership and CEO's Personal Attractiveness. This study is meaningful in a sense that it examines the relationship among the CEO image, corporate image and employment brand value which has not been carried out yet in fashion industry. It will ultimately contribute to the success of a fashion company by providing useful information of establishing strategies for managing proper the CEO and the corporate image to the fashion company and operating the talented employees.
