Numbers of successful companies in the world develop The core values of action in order to produce effective human resource management and organization culture. Core values are belief, and values that are shared by all members to maintain organization. Also, The core values function as to inspire motivation and decision making for organization's identity and assist to settle their own unique culture. Therefore, this study is to figure out the effect of core values to the members of organization and management performance from small and medium company that is comparatively less focused to settle their own core values.

Background: Health, safety, and well-being (HSW) at work represent important values in themselves. It seems, however, that other values can contribute to HSW. This is to some extent reflected in the scientific literature in the attention paid to values like trust or justice. However, an overview of what values are important for HSW was not available. Our central research question was: what organizational values are supportive of health, safety, and well-being at work? Methods: The literature was explored via the snowball approach to identify values and value-laden factors that support HSW. Twenty-nine factors were identified as relevant, including synonyms. In the next step, these were clustered around seven core values. Finally, these core values were structured into three main clusters. Results: The first value cluster is characterized by a positive attitude toward people and their "being"; it comprises the core values of interconnectedness, participation, and trust. The second value cluster is relevant for the organizational and individual "doing", for actions planned or undertaken, and comprises justice and responsibility. The third value cluster is relevant for "becoming" and is characterized by the alignment of personal and organizational development; it comprises the values of growth and resilience. Conclusion: The three clusters of core values identified can be regarded as "basic value assumptions" that underlie both organizational culture and prevention culture. The core values identified form a natural and perhaps necessary aspect of a prevention culture, complementary to the focus on rational and informed behavior when dealing with HSW risks.

In the part 1 and 2, relations were found between fundmental mechanical properties and primary hand values, performance of Korean women's summer and fall & winter fabrics. In this paper, in order to investigate the hand values and mechanical properties such as tensile, shearing, bending, compression, surface and thickness & weight of the core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes were measured by KES-F system. The experimental results are statistically analyzed in the aspects of the mechanical properties, their effects on the hand values, formation of weared clothes and transformation behavior. The correlation in the hand values are analyzed, too. Furthermore, there mechanical properties are discussed in comparison with those values for kimono fabrics. The main results are summarized as follows: 1. The core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes have box-shaped silhouette based on higher bending rigidity and shear elasticity. 2. The core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes are inferior to silk fabrics, superior to polyester fabrics in formation. 3. A drapability and wrinkle recovery of core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes formation for weared clothes are inferior to polyester fabrics, superior to silk fabrics. 4. A primary factor of mechanical properties contribute to the hand values of core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes are same as the Korean women's winter fabrics, except for flexibility with soft feeling. 5. As for the hand values of core-spun yarn woven fabrics for Korean folk clothes, stiffness, anti-drape stiffness are superior to those of polyester fabrics. And also, flexibility with soft feeling, scrooping feeling of core-spun yarn woven fabrics have greater values as compared with silk fabrics for Korean folk clothes.

본 연구에서는 ALA의 핵심가치를 포함하여 국내외 도서관계의 핵심가치와 유사 연구를 전체적으로 조사하고, 국내외 연구자들의 관련 연구를 분석함으로써 사서의 핵심가치를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 사례조사, 설문조사 등의 연구절차를 거쳤으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사서의 핵심가치 설정은 필요하다는 인식은 매우 높게 나타났으나 (4.48), 핵심가치에 대해 알고 있는 정도나 사례 인지 정도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 사서의 핵심가치를 설정할 필요성이 있다고 생각하는 이유로는 사서의 필요성에 대한 인식 개선 및 향상, 사서의 전문성 강화 수단, 사서의 가치 수립을 통한 도서관 가치 확립 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사서의 핵심가치로 20개 정도를 제시했으며, 4점 이하를 나타낸 항목은 2개 항목이며, 18개 항목이 모두 4점 이상의 높은 동의도를 보였고, 특히 전문성, 접근, 다양성, 전문성, 서비스, 리터러시, 공익 항목은 4.4를 넘게 나타났다. 각각의 항목에 대한 관종간 인식차이를 분석했으며, 거의 모든 항목에서 학교도서관은 다른 관종과 유의한 인식차이를 나타냈다. 향후 한국도서관협회차원에서 보다 심도있는 연구를 통해 10개 이내 정도로 핵심가치를 축소하여 공론화하고 이를 전국에 공유하는 것이 권장된다.

The capabilities of the metaverse have been demonstrated by representative examples such as Roblox, Fortnite, and Zepeto, and it can enable gaming, social networking services, and other applications. Nevertheless, research on the metaverse has been fragmented owing to conflicting definitions, core values, and characteristics. This ambiguity in metaverse conventions has hindered related research, analysis, and policy establishment. As the confusion seems to aggravate, consistent concepts should be established. Although the coronavirus disease pandemic led to a collapse in metaverse usage, it is regaining public interest since 2022. To promote the metaverse development, we structure core values based on existing research and surveys of consumer expectations. We found that consumers perceive the metaverse as a realistic virtual space and a potential economic opportunity. Hence, it seems necessary to track the extent to which the metaverse core values satisfy consumer demands. Such core values should be consistently reflected in policies and technology development.

Purposes: This research is conducted to identify main features and trends of mission, vision and core values in Korean tertiary general hospitals by using text-mining. Methodology: For the study, 45 mission, 112 vision and 190 core values are collected from 45 tertiary general hospitals' homepages in 2022 and use word frequency analysis and Leyword co-occurrence analysis. Findings: In the tertiary general hospitals' mission, there are high frequency words such as 'health', 'humanity', 'medical treatment', 'education', 'research', 'happiness', 'love', 'best', 'spirit', and mission mainly includes the content of contributing humanity's health and happiness with these words. In case of vision, high frequency words are 'hospital', 'medical treatment', 'research', 'lead', 'trust', 'centered', 'patient', 'best', 'future'. By using these words in vision, it represents the definition and characteristics of vision such as ideal organizations in the future, goals and targets. As a result of the Leyword co-occurrence analysis, vision includes the content of 'high-tech medical treatment', 'special care for patients', 'leading education and research', 'the highest trust with customer', 'creative talents training'. -astly, the high frequency word-pairs in core values are 'social distribution', 'innovation pursuit', 'cooperation and harmony', and it defines standards of behavior for organizations. Practical Implication: To correct the problems of vision, mission and core values from findings, firstly, it needs for Korean tertiary general hospitals to use the words that can explain organization's identity and differentiate others in their mission. Secondly, considering strengthening the role of hospitals in their community and the importance of members in organizations, it is necessary to establish vision with considering community and members to activate vision effectively. Thirdly, because there are no specific guidelines of establishing mission, vision and core values for healthcare organizations, this research concepts and results could be utilized when other organizations establish mission, vision and core values.

조직의 가치는 구성원의 신뢰를 형성하고 참여를 활성화한다. 따라서 전통적인 도서관 가치인 접근성과 지원 이외에 학교도서관의 새로운 핵심 가치를 찾는 활동이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국제적인 학교도서관 기준의 사명과 비전의 중심 단어를 분석하고 교육, 협동, 접근성, 문화적 소양, 민주시민 등 5개 영역의 핵심 가치를 도출하였다. 그리고 미국, 호주, 영국, 캐나다 학교도서관 기준의 사명과 비전을 분석한 결과 공통적으로 평생학습능력과 물리적 접근성 그리고 사회적 책임감을 강조하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 최근에 학교도서관 기준을 개정한 영국과 미국은 정보공학기술과 다중 정보활용능력 그리고 통합 정보활용교육과정 운영을 강조하고 있다. 궁극적으로 이러한 핵심 가치는 국내 학교도서관의 사명과 비전을 수립할 때 방향 설정과 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Development of new ceramics and esthetic needs of patients increase the use of all ceramic restorations. Fractured teeth often need metal post and core as foundation for final restoration. When all ceramic restorations are planned, metal post and core may lead to compromised esthetics because of opacity and gray color of metal post and core. Many techniques have been proposed to solve this problem such as application of an opaque porcelain to the metal core or all ceramic post and core. This study was performed to evaluate effect on color of Empress 2 crown according to various post systems. Color was evaluated by the CIE $L^*a^*b^*$ systems and measured by spectrophotometer (Model CM-3500, Minolta, Japan). Specimens were divided into 4 groups as follows Group 1 : gold cast post specimen + Empress 2 crown specimen Group 2 : application of an opaque porcelain to gold cast post specimen + Empress 2 crown specimen Group 3 : cosmopost specimen + Empress 2 crown specimen Group 4 : In-ceram post specimen + Empress 2 crown specimen. The results obtained as follows, 1. $L^*$ Values showed that group 2, 3, 4 were higher than group 1 with significant difference and group 2, 3, 4 were not significantly different. 2. $a^*$ Values and $b^*$ values also showed that group 2. 3, 4 were higher than group 1 with significant difference and group 2, 3, 4 were not significantly different. 3. ${\Delta}E^* ab$ Values showed that ${\Delta}E^* ab$ 3 was the highest value and ${\Delta}E^* ab$ 5 was the lowest value.

경찰은 공공의 안녕과 질서, 국민의 생명과 재산 등 안전을 확보해야 할 책임을 지고 있다. 따라서 경찰이라는 조직과 작용이 이러한 역할을 감당할 수 있도록 체제를 갖추어야 할 것이다. 또한 경찰관 개개인들도 경찰이라는 신분에 맞는 공사생활을 하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 경찰관으로서의 직무를 수행할 때에는 국민의 기대수준에 부응할 수 있도록 직무를 집행하여야 할 것이다. 그러나 현실에 있어서는 국민의 경찰에 대한 기대를 저버려서 국민들의 분노를 사는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경찰의 각종 윤리강령, 경찰교육기관의 교훈, 자랑스러운 경찰인의 행적 등을 분석하여, 국민의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있는 방안으로서 경찰의 핵심가치를 도출해보고자 한다. 핵심가치란 (Core Values)란 조직 내에서 어떤 방식으로 일이 진행되어야 하는가에 대한 행동의 기준이 되는 가치들 중에서 가장 중심이 되는 가치로, 한 조직의 조직문화를 구성하는 가장 중요한 기반이 된다. 경찰이 갖추어야 할 핵심가치로는 희생정신과 정의감 그리고 명예심이라고 할 수 있겠다.

Novel methods producing supplementary and prosthetic material by cutting or discharge processing via computer design have been proposed as alternatives for traditional casting methods and are being utilized for commercial purposes. The CAD/CAM system used in dentistry can be classified into three-dimensional input of target values, restoration design, and material processing. The marginal fidelity in production of In-Ceram core has important clinical implications and is a key consideration issue in CAD/CAM production as well. Through this research, the author arrived at the following conclusion aaer conducting comparison analysis of marginal fidelities between the In-Ceram core produced via CAD/CAM and that produced through the traditional method ; 1. In the cases of mesial, distal, and lingual margins, the core margins via CAD/CAM produced lower values than those via the traditional method, but the differences were found to be statistically insignificant. 2. In the case of labial flange, the core margins via CAD/CAM produced lower values than those via the traditional method and the differences were found to be statistically significant. (p<0.05) 3. In comparision with overall marginal fidelity, the core margins via CAD/CAM produced lower values than those via the traditional method, but the differences were found to be statistically insignificant. 4. Among the core margins produced via the traditional method did not have statistically significant differences but fir those produced via CAD/CAM had statistically significant differences between labial and lingual sides and between labial and mesial sides. (p <0.05).
