Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the effect of metacognition, communication skills, and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills on clinical competency in nursing students. Methods: A total of 158 students were recruited from two nursing colleges in B metropolitan city. Data were collected by means of self-reported questionnaires from December 3-31, 2018 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0. Results: Metacognition, communication skills, and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills were higher than normal and the relationship between the variables metacognition (r=.69, p=<.001), communication skills (r=.69, p=<.001), and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills (r=.59, p=<.001) were highly positively correlated with clinical performance. Factors influencing these three variables accounted for 64.4% of clinical competency. Conclusion: Further research on the development of the curriculum and intervention program, and the verification of the effect are needed.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. D시에 소재한 S대학의 간호대학생 211명을 대상으로 2023년 8월 14일부터 2023년 8월 18일까지 자가 기입식 설문지로 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 R.4.2.2를 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 매개효과는 lavaan package의 sem function, multilevel package의 sobel function을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 문제해결능력, 임상수행능력 간의 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 핵심간호술 수행자심감과 문제해결능력을 향상시켜야 한다.

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로그램이 수행자신감, 임상수행능력 및 핵심간호역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 전후설계 연구이다. 2018년 8월 27일부터 10월 10일까지 6주 동안 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 졸업학년 간호대학생 80명에게 적용하였다. 자가 기입식 설문조사 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 24.0 PC+ 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 그 결과 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 적용한 이후 수행자신감(t=-10.68, p<.001), 임상수행능력(t=-22.13, p<.001), 핵심간호역량(t=-19.78, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 높아졌다. 이를 통해 졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로그램의 교육효과에 긍정적으로 작용함을 알 수 있었으며, 보다 숙련되고 전문적인 간호능력을 향상시키는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 임상실습 스트레스가 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 경상북도 소재 K대학교 간호학과 3,4학년 142명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하고 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 핵심간호술 수행자신감은 학년(F=-2.08, p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 핵심간호술 수행자신감은 자기효능감(r=.50, p<.001)과 전공만족도(r=.62, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=.49, p=.002), 자기효능감(β=.24, p<.001)으로 41.7%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 핵심간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 교육적 전략을 수립하고 이와 더불어 자기효능감과 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 문제해결과정이 수행자신감에 영향을 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 위하여 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 U 지역 소재 간호학과 4학년으로 임상현장실습경험이 있는 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 중요성 인식은 평균점수 4.73점, 문제해결과정 3.57점, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 3.90점으로 나타났다. 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요도 인식은 임상실습 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 문제해결과정은 대학생활 만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 전공만족 및 대인관계에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문제해결과정(β=.33, p=.001), 전공만족(β=.27, p=.019)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 15%이었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위하여 반복연구가 필요하며 간호학과에서는 대인관계능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 실습환경의 변화와 다양한 간호상황을 제시하여 학생들이 문제를 정의하고 해결할 수 있는 교육과정 운영과 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구는 COVID-19로 인한 온라인 중심 교육에서 간호대학생의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위한 교수법 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. C시에 소재한 N대학 간호학과 146명이 연구에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 Duncan test를 활용한 차이 분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행 자신감은 자기 주도 학습준비(r=.368, p<.001), 학습 동기의 하위영역인 내재적 동기(r=.232, p=.005), 외재적 동기(r=.344, p<.001), 과제 가치(r=.237, p=<.001), 학습통제신념(r=.262, p=<.001), 자기효능감(r=.443, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 영향 요인으로는, 4학년(β=0.413, p<.001), 학습 동기의 하위 영역 중 외재적 동기(β=0.307, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=0.316, p=.005)이었으며, 설명력은 35.8%였다(F=8.354, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 증진을 위해서 간호대학생의 외재적 동기, 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교수법의 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 이는 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위한 효율적인 온라인 중심의 간호교육 전략 마련에 기초자료가 될 것이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of core basic nursing education using cellular phone video recordings on self-confidence in performance, achievement, and practice satisfaction. Methods: The research design was a nonequivalent control group modified and non-synchronized design. The participants were assigned to either the experimental (n=60) or control group (n=67). During one semester, the experimental group received training for 10 selected core basic nursing skills using cellular phone video recording. The control group, also for one semester, received training with traditional practices. Self-confidence in performance and practice satisfaction were measured using a questionnaire, and achievement was evaluated by professors at the conclusion of the semester. Collected data were analyzed using t-test and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Self-confidence in performance increased significantly after training in the experimental group (t=7.94, p<.001). The experimental group showed significantly higher self-confidence in performance (t=2.39, p=.018) and achievement (t=2.40, p=.018) compared to the control group. However, the difference in practice satisfaction was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The results indicate that cellular phone video recording is effective in improving self-confidence in performance and achievement of core basic nursing skills.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the learning style, learning efficacy, transfer of learning, and confidence in performance competence of Core Basic Nursing Skills (CBNS) and factors influencing confidence in performance competence of CBNS by nursing students. Methods: A descriptive study design was used. Participants were 148 nursing students. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 for descriptive statistics, ANCOVA, correlation and regression. Results: Learning styles of the participants were assimilator 33.11%, accommodator 26.35%, diverger 23.65%, and converger 16.89%. Learning efficacy was significantly different according to learning styles, however, transfer of learning and confidence in performance competence of CBNS were not significantly different according to learning styles. Confidence in performance competence of CBNS positively correlated with transfer of learning and learning efficacy. Transfer of learning was a significant predictor of confidence in performance competence of CBNS. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that transfer of learning influences confidence in performance competence of CBNS. Thus, nursing faculty should develop educational strategies to enhance and improve transfer of learning, and development of effective confidence in performance competence of CBNS programs.

본 연구의 목적은 HMD 기반의 가상현실을 활용한 핵심간호술 훈련이 간호 학생의 지식, 수행도, 수행자신감, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상은 A지역 소재 1개 대학에 재학 중인 4학년 간호학생 45명이며, 가상현실 활용 핵심간호술 훈련을 적용한 실험군 21명, 마네킨 모형 사용의 고전적 방법을 활용한 대조군 24명이다. 실험군과 대조군은 핵심간호술 훈련을 마친 후, 술기가 포함된 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 2022년 10월 3일부터 10월 28일까지 시행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-검정(t-test)로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중재 이후 간호학생의 지식은 실험군이 유의하게 더 높았고(t=-2.13, p=.039), 수행자신감은 대조군이 유의하게 더 높았다(t=2.63, p=.012). 수행도, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력은 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 따라서 가상현실을 활용한 핵심간호술 훈련은 간호학생들이 실제 수행을 하기 전 지식과 수행 절차를 익히는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 마네킨 모형을 사용하는 고전적 핵심간호술 훈련은 간호 학생들의 술기 자신감 향상을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Metaverse-based core nursing skill contents (CNSC) developed for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group was sampled with a non-synchronized design. Seventy-two participants (experimental group 34, control group 38) were recruited from May to June 2022 in Gwangju metropolitan city. The CNSC consisted of scenarios of vital sign measurements, and subcutaneous injections (including blood sugar tests). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results: At the completion of the CNSC, statistically differences were found between groups in knowledge of core nursing skills (t=6.20, p<.001), confidence in core nursing skills performance (t=5.71, p<.001), and clinical competency (t=3.32, p=.001). Conclusion: These results indicate that the CNSC developed for undergraduate nursing students is effective in improving knowledge of core nursing skills, confidence in core nursing skills performance, and clinical competency for nursing students.
