캡스톤디자인 역량 강화 프로그램 개발 연구 - 21C 핵심역량(4C Skills 및 문제해결능력) 함양을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Capstone Design Competency Program - Focusing on 21C Core Competencies(4C Skills & Problem Solving Ability) -)

  • In this study, as a competency strengthening program to support learner-centered education, we developed the 'Capstone-design competency Program' for the purpose of cultivating the 4C skills and problem-solving ability required as core competencies of the 21st century. The program was based on the project method, and strategies were derived and materialized for each step through core competency analysis. Then, the validity was confirmed through the implementation of the program. As a result of the implementation of the program, it was confirmed that this program was effective in cultivating the core competencies of college students. In addition, it was confirmed that learners showed results such as specific reflection on core competencies, changes in perspective, and action plans, so that the possibility of actual application was high.

군 장성 진급 제도 개선에 관한 연구-역량 평가위원회 제도 도입을 중심으로 (The Study of Assess Center Method Applied to Military General's Promotion System)

  • The purpose of present study is to applied center assess method to Military General's Promotion System. This study aim to examine assessment center method based on core competency model will be applied to Military General's Promotion System and Human Resource Management. This study propose that Military General's core competency model based on job analysis to identify competency of Army, Navy, Air Force's Generals and to identify the consequences and performances of assess center method. This study propose that assess center method applied to Military General's Promotion System have many kinds. Facilitated Simulation methods were Planning and Analysis /Oral Presentation, Presentation management Coaching, customer /Peer lnteraction. Non-facilitated Simulation methods were In-Basket game, Leaderless Group Discussion, role playing. And this study propose that Military General's assessment center method based on core competency model will be effective in Military field.

Defining Science Core Competency in the 2015 revised Science Curriculum and Exploring its Application into STEAM program

  • The purpose of the study was to define five science core competencies introduced in the 2015 revised science curriculum with each component and practical indicators into the frame. Science teachers on site could use it in teaching and developing science program to equip students with the competencies to creatively solve problems which is the aim of science education in the $21^{st}$ century. To develop this frame, we contacted 10 experienced science educators and collected the data through a questionnaire. We coded all responses and categorized into the components and practical indicators of each competency which were all compared with those from well-known theories in order to validate. We then contacted other 35 science educators again to construct the validity to fill out the survey of Likert scale. The finalized science core competency included 19 components in total with practical indicators that can be observable and measurable in the classroom. This frame was used to see how it fits into a STEAM program. The finding was that two different topics of the STEAM program displayed the different description of science core competency usage, which could be used as the prescription of the competency as to whether or not it is more promoted in science class.

광주광역시 치과위생사의 NCS 기반 직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priority analysis of NCS based vocational core competency of dental hygienists in Gwangju)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate and analyzed the priority of vocational core competency factors in dental hygienists in Gwangju. Methods: Expert survey was conducted and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to evaluate the weighting factors. First, we established the vocational core competency defined in NCS as AHP analysis model. The vocational core competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. Secondly, AHP survey was conducted by 195 dental hygienists in Gwangju. Finally, the weights representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using AHP method. Results: The AHP analysis on 10 categories showed that the weighting of interpersonal skills(0.165) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.035) was at the bottom, and the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the teamwork skills(interpersonal skills), problem-solving capability(problem-solving skills), listening skills(communication skills), ethical community(professional ethics), ability to understand business(ability to understand organizational structure), applicable technical skills(technical skills), self-management skills(self-development capability), information processing capabilities(information capacity), ability to manage time(resource management capabilities) and basic math skills(numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for dental hygiene education.

건설기업의 경영전략 유형과 핵심역량과의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Business Strategies and Core Competency in Construction Company)

  • 최근 건설산업이 자율과 경쟁을 중시하는 시장주의로 전환됨에 따라 건설기업은 변화된 환경에 대응하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에서 살아남기 위하여 건설기업이 취하는 전략 및 핵심역량과 기업의 성과인 성장률 및 수익률과의 상호 연관성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이론적 고찰을 통하여 건설기업의 전략유형 및 핵심역량을 도출하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 경쟁우위 전략을 취하는 건설기업의 핵심역량이 가장 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 건설기업이 취하는 전략유형과 성장률 및 수익률은 연관성이 없는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 건설기업의 핵심역량은 수익률과 관련성이 없는 반면, 성장률과는 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 건설기업이 성장하기 위해서는 경쟁우위 전략의 이행 시 요구되는 핵심역량 확보가 필수적임을 알 수 있었다.

공학계열 대학생의 핵심역량 진단(K-CESA) 결과에 따른 차이 분석: 계열, 인증여부, 성별, 입학전형을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Differences in the Core Competencies Diagnosis(K-CESA) Result in Engineering Students: Focused on Major Field, Accredited Status, Gender, Admission Types)

  • This study aims to examine the differences between groups through the results of the core competency diagnosis, and to find out the differences in core competences depending on engineering education accreditation, gender, admission types. To this end, we analyzed the differences in K-CESA results on self-management capabilities, resources & information use, global competency, higher order thinking competency, and interpersonal competency in 2017 for the fourth graders of S University. An ANOVA of major field showed that the humanities had high overall competencies. The results of t-test of engineering students showed that accredited students had relatively low "flexibility" of their global competency, and that the "analysis" of their higher order thinking competency was relatively high. There were no statistically significant differences between groups depending on the admission types. Through these analyses, we presented suggestions such as the provision of specialized programs based on differences among different groups, the development of comprehensive thinking skills such as capstone design, the need to secure flexibility in engineering education accreditation, and the enhancement of female students' resources & information use.

공학계열 대학생들의 교과목 성적과 K-CESA 핵심역량의 관계 분석 (The Relationship between Course Grades and the K-CESA Core Competencies for Engineering Students)

  • With the emphasis on core competencies, the University of Seoul has exerted efforts to reflect the importance of core competencies in university curricula. The main assessment tool used in Korea is the Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment (K-CESA), developed by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET). This study examined whether core competencies measured using K-CESA are valid as a tool for assessing educational achievements among college students, and analyzed the correlation between K-CESA scores and course grades. The analysis was performed on approximately 204 engineering students at the University of Seoul. According to the correlation analysis between core competencies and courses, MSC courses were shown to be related to the resource and through information use competency and higher order thinking competency. Through the Analysis of Variance, students in the accreditation programs and students living in urban area showed higher competency scores. In the multiple regression, it was shown that Accreditation and MSC courses grades were the important variables to predict the competency of the students. Based on these findings, we confirmed that the K-CESA tool has a certain level of correlation with academic performance and that it functions as one of several ways to evaluate the program outcomes of engineering education accreditation.

핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램이 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Core Fundamental Nursing Program on Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Competency, Clinical Competency and Problem Solving Process)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 졸업반 간호학생에게 한 학기 동안 적용한 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램이 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 하는 것이었으며 단일군 사전사후 설계의 원시실험연구였다. 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램은 3단계로 구성하였으며, 총 12회기로 운영하였다. 연구대상자는 일개 간호대학의 졸업학년 총 192명이었으며 2017년 3월 20일부터 6월 23일까지 실시하였다. 자료는 AMOS 20.0과 S AS 9.3 프로그램을 이용해 기술통계와 paired t-test, t-검정, ANOVA로 분석되었다. 연구결과로, 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램에 대한 사전사후 인식으로 수기능력 증진 도움 여부는 사전 $(3.42{\pm}.42)$점, 사후 $3.88({\pm}.61)$점, 임상적응력증진 도움 여부는 사전 $3.74({\pm}.47)$점, 사후 $(3.98{\pm}.67)$점으로 나타났다. 핵심기본간호술 수행능력(p=.017)과 임상수행능력(p=.041)은 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램 후에 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 대상자의 사후 핵심기본간호술 수행능력은 남성 군(p=.003), 간호학전공 만족도가 매우 만족한 군(p=<.000), 핵심경진대회 참여 목적은 자신감 향상 군(p=.044)에서, 사후 임상수행능력은 남성 군(p=.013), 간호학전공 만족도가 매우 만족한 군(p=.009), 핵심경진대회 참여 목적은 자신감 향상 군(p=.047), 사후 문제해결과정은 남성 군(p=.005), 간호학전공 만족도가 매우 만족한 군(p=<.000), 핵심경진대회 참여 목적은 자신감 향상 군(p=.004)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론적으로 이 연구는 졸업반 간호학생의 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램이 핵심기본간호술 수행능력 및 임상수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

대학 군사학과 훈육 모델에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Disciplinary Model in Div. Military Science)

  • 본 연구는 우수 장교양성을 목적으로 시행중인 군사학과 학생들의 자질과 품성 함양을 위한 훈육교수의 역할과 훈육을 담당하는 교수의 핵심역량을 어떻게 어떤 항목으로 할 것인가와 이를 개발하기 위한 역량 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 군사학과 교육운영체계의 전반적인 발전방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 기존 훈육의 개념에 대한 선행연구와 이론을 기초로 발전방안을 제시하였다. 여기에 제시된 내용은 사관학교 위주의 선행연구를 기초로 하여 훈육요원에게 필요한 핵심 역량인 교수 평가 생활 지도 학급경영 역량을 일반적 운영절차에 따라 계획 준비 실시 성과분석단계로 구분하여 어떻게 진행하고 조치할 것인가에 대한 모델을 제시했다는데 의의가 있으며 여기서 제시한 연구결과는 일반대학 군사학과의 훈육담당 교수의 역할과 역량을 효율적으로 발휘하기 위한 모델을 제시하기 위해 연구되었다. 훈육에 관련된 모델은 사관학교에서 부분적으로 연구되었으나 본 연구는 민간대학 군사학과 학생들의 훈육을 담당하는 교수들의 역량을 효율적으로 극대화하기 위한 모델을 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다. 그러나, 여기서 제시한 모델은 최근 군 교육기관에서 연구된 일부 내용들과 일반적인 훈육관련 선행연구들을 기초로 만들어진 모델이기 때문이 이것을 모든 대학이 그대로 적용하기에는 약간의 제한 사항들이 도출될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구를 출발점으로 하여 민간대학 군사학과 훈육담당 교수들이 이 모델을 기초로 하여 실증적인 검증과 보완이 필요하고 지속적인 분석과 보완이 되어야 할 것이다.

병원 간호단위관리자의 핵심직무 ­- 핵심역량 매트릭스 개발 (Development of the Core Task and Competency Matrix for Unit Managers)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop the nursing management core task and competency matrix for hospital unit managers. The perceived level of importance and performance of identified core competencies by unit managers were also investigated. Methods: Literature review and expert survey identified nursing management core task and competencies. Subsequently, the core task and competency matrix was developed and validated by expert panel. A survey of 196 nurse managers from 3 cities identified perceived importance and performance of core competiences. Results: Thirty-eight nursing management core task and thirty-seven nursing management core competencies were identified comprising five categories; Clinical practice knowledge, Evidence-based practice, Employee development, Strategic planning and Initiative. Based on the core task and competencies, the task and competency matrix for unit managers was developed. In the analysis of importance and performance of core competencies, the mean score of importance ($3.50{\pm}0.30$) was higher than the mean score of performance ($3.03{\pm}0.34$). Conclusion: The development of core task and competencies for unit managers in hospitals provides a guide for the development and evaluation of programs designed to increase competence of unit managers.
