2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감이 조직신뢰 및 협력의사에 미치는 영향 (Impact on organizational trust and cooperative intention from expectations of ski hobbyists for 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games)

  • 본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

A Study on Intention Exchange-based Ship Collision Avoidance by Changing the Safety Domain

  • Even if only two ships are encountered, a collision may occur due to the mistaken judgment of the positional relationship. In other words, if an officer does not know a target ship's intention, there is always a risk of collision. In this paper, the experiments are conducted to investigate how the intention affects the action of collision avoidance in cooperative and non-cooperative situations. In non-cooperative situation, each ship chooses a course that minimizes costs based on the current situation. That is, it always performs a selfish selection. In a cooperative situation, the information is exchanged with a target ship and a course is selected based on this information. Each ship uses the Distributed Stochastic Search Algorithm so that a next-intended course can be selected by a certain probability and determines the course. In the experimental method, four virtual ships are set up to analyze the action of collision avoidance. Then, using the actual AIS data of eight ships in the strait of Dover, I compared and analyzed the action of collision avoidance in cooperative and non-cooperative situations. As a result of the experiment, the ships showed smooth trajectories in the cooperative situation, but the ship in the non-cooperative situation made frequent big changes to avoid a collision. In the case of the experiment using four ships, there was no collision in the cooperative situation regardless of the size of the safety domain, but a collision occurred between the ships when the size of the safety domain increased in cases of non-cooperation. In the case of experiments using eight ships, it was found that there are optimal parameters for collision avoidance. Also, it was possible to grasp the variation of the sailing distance and the costs according to the combination of the parameters, and it was confirmed that the setting of the parameters can have a great influence on collision avoidance among ships.

  • 본 연구는 문화예술협동조합 이용자 관람만족이 조직역량에 따른 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로, 최근 들어 문화예술관련 협동조합이 증가하고 있으나 활성화를 위한 전략적 대안이 부족하여 본 연구를 시작하게 되었다, 이를 위해 문화예술협동조합 관련 이론적 고찰을 통해 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하여 문화예술 사용자를 중심으로 실증분석을 한 결과 첫째, 문화예술협동조합 이용자 관람 만족은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 문화예술협동조합 조직역량은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 셋째, 문화예술협동조합 이용자 관람만족은 조직역량에 따라 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 문화예술협동조합 이용자 관람만족과 재이용의도에 관한 영향을 확인하였고, 조직역량도 재이용의도에 영향이 있는 것을 확인하여 이론적 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

The Effect of Digital Cultural Capital and Social Connectedness on the Intention to Participate in Sharing Economy

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 디지털 문화자본과 사회적 연결감이 공유경제활동 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 PASW 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, T-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생들의 공유경제활동 참여의도 중 재분배 참여의도와 협력적 생활양식 참여의도는 비교적 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 공유경제활동 참여의도는 성별, 연령, 월평균 용돈, SNS 사용시간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재분배 참여의도는 객체화된 디지털 문화자본, 체화된 디지털 문화자본, 사회적 연결감에 대한 인식이 높을수록 증가하였고, 협력적 생활양식 참여의도와 정보공유 참여의도는 디지털 문화자본이 모두 높을수록 증가하였다. 넷째, 공유경제활동 참여의도와 관련 변수들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수는 디지털 문화자본이었다.

커뮤니티 유형에 따라 온라인 리뷰속성이 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of E-review attributes on Purchase Intention for Fashion Products across E-community Types)

  • Recently, as growing number of consumers publish product and service reviews on the Internet, e-review has received attention from retailers and researchers. E-review, a form of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) which is typically shared between strangers whose identity and credibility are unknown, has become an important product information source as social media has facilitated information exchanges between more consumers. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of e-review attributes on purchase intention for fashion products, which is mediated by trust of e-review, as well as to explore the differences between consumer communities and cooperative communities. A questionnaire was developed based on previous researches. Data were gathered from adults living in Busan. The results were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, and regression using SPSS 18.0. The results showed that consumers tended to recognize e-reviews from consumer communities as exaggerated information, while they considered reviews from cooperative communities as reliable information, which gave the latter higher purchase intention. There were significant differences in e-review attributes for fashion products (e.g., Exaggeration, Entertainment, Innocence, and Agreement), purchase intention between consumer communities (e.g: Blog, Internet cafe) and cooperative communities (e.g: general malls and specialty malls). For both communities, purchase intention of fashion products was influenced by its entertainment attributes and perceived trust of e-reviews. These results suggest that e-retailers need to focus on understanding the causes of purchase intention with e-reviews for fashion products. Specifically, e-retailers should recognize that e-reviews of fashion products were associated primarily with entertaining and with consumers' trust. Based on these findings, managerial implications are presented.

아동간호사의 이직의도 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Turnover Intention in Pediatric Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting turnover intention in pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was conducted with 212 nurses working in pediatric units at 15 hospitals in Busan, K city. Data were collected from September 1 to October 31, 2014. and analyzed with SPSS PASW 18.0. Results: In Stepwise multiple regression analysis, factors affecting the nurses' turnover intention were emotional burnout (${\beta}$ =.37, p<.001), relationship between nurse and doctor (${\beta}$ =.20, p<.001), turnover plan (${\beta}$ =.17, p<.001), and annual salary (${\beta}$ =-.13, p<.001), and these variables accounted for 32.2% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the major factors influencing pediatric nurses' turnover intention are emotional burnout, cooperative relationship between nurse and doctor, turnover plan, and annual salary. Thus, in order to reduce pediatric nurses' turnover intention, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to prevent emotional burnout, the most influencing factor, and enhance cooperative relationship between nurse and doctor and to examine their effects.

협진병원 근무 의사들과 종합병원 근무 의사들의 양.한방 협진에 대한 인식도 (Consciousness on Co-operative Practices between Doctors Who Working in Cooperative Practicing Hospitals and General Hospital)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to compare consciousness of doctors on cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, and to provide policy implication for development of cooperative practices. Methods : The structured questionnaires were mailed to 132 doctors working in non-cooperative practicing university hospital and 77 doctors working in cooperative practicing hospitals in Busan metropolitan city. The response rate was 40.2% and 40.3% respectively. This survey was performed from 10 Oct. 2008 to 31 Oct. 2008. Results : The doctors working in general hospital had comparatively negative consciousness on basic concept, value and necessity for cooperative practices and traditional Korean medicine. In regards with disease treatment's effectiveness of cooperative practices, both groups evaluated musculoskeletal and immune disease were more effective than others. There were positive relationships between perception for cost-effectiveness and consciousness on intention to participate cooperative practices(p<0.05). Also doctors who experienced traditional medicine treatment had positive consciousness on cooperative practices(p=0.05). Conclusions : To activate cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, some efforts should be carried out. These include promoting cooperative education programs in medical schools and traditional Korean medical schools, doing research on cost-effectiveness of cooperative practices, and trying to minimize legal and systemic restrictions for cooperative practices.

전남 친환경농업혁신 시범단지의 체험의향 및 차별성 요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Experience Intent and Differentiation Factors of environment-friendly Agriculture Innovation in Jeonnam Province)

  • In this paper, the factors influencing the differentiation of environment-friendly agricultural products from the intention of environment-friendly farming experience were analyzed through logit analysis. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the contents to experience in environment-friendly agricultural innovation in Jeonnam province are environment-friendly agricultural product harvesting (33.8%), making food using environment-friendly agricultural products (24.1%) and environment-friendly ecological experience (20.1%). Second, significant variables affecting the intention to experience environment-friendly agriculture were analyzed as whether they were members of the consumer cooperative, whether they were children under the age of two, and whether they were children under the age of high school. In other words, it was analyzed that the more members of the consumer cooperative, the more families with children under the age of two, and the more families with student children, the more likely they are to participate in environment-friendly farming experiences. Third, significant variables that affect the recognition of the differentiation of environment-friendly agricultural products in Jeonnam province were found to be environment education and dual income. In other words, it is analyzed that consumers who receive environment education and dual-income families are more likely to recognize environment-friendly agricultural products in Jeonnam province differently than in other regions.

전문가집단을 활용한 Jigsaw II 협동학습이 과학지식, 탐구능력 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Jigsaw II Expert Groupings on Studentis Knowledge, Inquiry Ability and Attitudes at Elementary School Science Study)

  • Recently, introduced open education, there are some models applied several cooperative teaming, but there is no case in applied Jigsaw Ⅱ. So this research is selected objects which are 147 students in the fifth grade in 1999' school year and 143 students in 2000's on Yongwon elementary school. It makes share a partial responsibility for planner, leader, investigator, helper, writer and reporter in the small groups, and apply the Jigsaw Ⅱ model. Qualitative and quantitative analyses show that they have effects of Jigsaw Ⅱ cooperative Learning on Student's knowledge, inquiry ability and attitudes on Elementary School Science Study. The final results are following. The significance of Knowledge has .02 in 1999 and .01 in 2000. Testification of Inquiry ability has 1.75 in 1999 and 2.25 in 2000. The significance of Attitudes has .03 in 1999 and .00 in 2000. Research that has emerged from the cooperative teaming has led us to better understandings of multi purposed roles, interactions, and communities that arise when students work together to team science. Each of students can also cooperative as co-builders, working as equal participants to create a product that is better than that while would have built by either individual alone. Upon asking their intention, cooperative loaming shows more participation.

대형선망어업의 내부마케팅이 선원태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -성취욕구 조절효과 중심으로- (A Study on the Effect of Internal Marketing of Central Purse Seine Fisheries on Crewmen's Attitude - A Focus on the Moderating Effects of Need-for-Achievement -)

  • This survey was conducted with crewmen on large purse seines in order to increase satisfaction of crewmen. The degree of fulfillment of internal marketing on crewmen (internal communication, empowerment, welfare benefits, management support, and reward system), satisfaction of crewmen, turnover intention, recommendation intention and need for achievement were examined. 200 surveys were distributed and 150 surveys were returned, among which insincere responses were excluded to analyze 146 responses. The results are as follows. First, factors of internal marketing that influence satisfaction of crewmen include empowerment, welfare benefits, and reward system. Second, turnover intention was reduced and recommendation intention was increased with increasing satisfaction of crewmen. Third, while need for achievement moderated the relationship between satisfaction of crewmen and turnover intention, it did not moderate the relationship between satisfaction of crewmen and recommendation intention. In other words, stronger need of crewmen for achievement causes greater negative(-) effect of crewmen's satisfaction on turnover intention.
