With the increasing pressure of international competition, urban agglomeration cooperation and innovation had become an important means of regional economic development. This study analyzed the spatial characteristics of the Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, found out the dynamic evolution law of innovation, provided suggestions for policy management departments, and effectively planned the industrial layout. According to the data of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this study researched invention patents from 2005 to 2019. This paper constructed the urban cooperative innovation network, and took 11 cities in the bay area as the research objects, and used social network analysis to study the spatial structure and dynamic evolution of the urban innovation network. Every indicator reflected the urban cooperative innovation, but they all showed a certain decline in 2008-2010. And it is inferred that the innovation network space of each city will be "obvious fist advantages, significant spillover effect and weakening role of Hong Kong and Macao". This paper divided urban cooperative innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into three stages. Summing up the characteristics of each stage is helpful to recognize the changes of urban cooperative innovation and to do a good job in industrial layout planning.

This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework for the library-based instruction of teacher-librarians, based on 'Information and the Library' curriculum and instructional design procedure. The development of cooperative instructional units has been initiated in the school libraries, but the research based on instructional theories, including instructional design, is lacking. In this aspect, instructional theories and methodologies for the cooperative instruction of teacher-librarians are important. The cooperative instructional units for teacher-librarians should be developed by 'Information and the Library' curriculum and instructional design procedures. The objectives of the curriculum emphasize information use process based on information task. This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework, and to help teacher-librarians develop specific cooperative instructional units based on the framework.

This study shows how the organizational culture of fisheries cooperative impacts with empowerment and organizational effectiveness. Result of this study would be utilized in organization management for fisheries cooperative. sample design is based on fisheries cooperative which are registered in korea from October 24 through November 17 in 2012. and total of 195 questionnaires are collected through a personal visit. The result of empirical analysis, organizational culture factor which have an effect on empowerment and organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to them. At the same time. Sympathy of empowerment factor which have an effect on organizational effectiveness is the biggest influence to it.

Caching of frequently accessed data in multi-hop ad hoc environment is a technique that can improve data access performance and availability. Cooperative caching, which allows sharing and coordination of cached data among several clients, can further en-hance the potential of caching techniques. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy cooperative caching scheme in mobile ad hoc networks. The cache management of the proposed caching scheme not only uses adaptively CacheData or CachePath based on data sim-ilarity and data utility, but also uses the replacement manager based on data pro t. Also, the proposed caching scheme uses a prefetch manager. When the TTL of the cached data expires, the prefetch manager evaluates the popularity index of the data. If the popularity index is larger than a threshold, the data is prefetched. Otherwise, its space is released. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated analytically and is compared to that of other cooperative caching schemes.

While the value of information technology has long been a hot issue, few solid results have been found as of yet. It is partly due to methodological factors and model underspecifcation. This study empirically develops a ITS(information technology structure) taxonomy and investigates the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance in the Korean firms. Among factors that impact business performance, organization structure and control system are selected and they are hypothesized to moderate-the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance. By surveying 91 manufacturing firms and applying hierarchical cluster analysis, four ITS are identified : centralized, decentralized, centralized cooperative, decentralized cooperative. ANOVA, correlation analysis and crosstable analysis say the presence of moderating effect of organization structure and control system. Cooperative ITS is best in business performance. Centralized ITS is related to functional organizational form. Decentralized ITS is related to product organizational form with decentralized decision making, Centralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form. Decentralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form with high integration. These findings have implications for the opportunities and challenges to match information technology with organization structure and control system.

The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

Recently, one of the issues to be discussed from the viewpoint of product management in National R&D Programs is about the management of intellectual property produced by joint research and development. According to existing legislative system, the main R&D institute and collaborative enterprise own the patent produced by joint R&D activities together at the rate of investment. But, there are many discussions if that is right in legal principles and in substance. Patents by Cooperative National R&D Programs are very different from common patents because of its characteristics and have scheme controlled complexly by related laws and ordinances. This paper aims to review the legal theory on the possession and utilization of patents produced by Cooperative National R&D Programs, and to try to find out the improvement of existing legislative system. For this purpose, after looking into the meaning and the legal system of Cooperative National R&D Programs, and examining the ruling theory on the possession and utilization of co-invented patent, finally research the problems and improvement of existing related legislative system.

This qualitative study focused on the activation of cooperative child care sharing centers'. Eight centers nationwide were selected as example cases in accordance with region (large city, small and medium-sized city, county unit), opening time, operating institution, location, full-time care for dual-income children, and participation in the 2020 care community pilot project. Co-researchers visited each center together to observe the site and conducted in-depth interviews with the head of the center or dedicated staff using semi-structured questionnaires. Interview data were analyzed using triangle verification and transcribed : the data were then grouped into 12 categories and 34 subcategories. From this, the following three topics were derived: the main functions, operational difficulties, and activation conditions. In conclusion, four suggestions are made: 1. proper relationship with the Family center, the cooperative childcare sharing center, and the local care communities 2. activation plan through "solution of operational difficulties" 3. "extension" of the cooperative child care sharing center 4. the role of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korea Institute for Healthy Family, local governments, and Family Centers.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of the organizational level for the advancement of smart factory. We suggested three determinants of the organizational level such as CEO's entrepreneurship, high-involvement human resource management, and cooperative industrial relations. Design/methodology/approach - The population of our survey was manufacturing SMEs, and we took a sample and conducted a survey of 232 companies. Since the level of smart factory advancement, which is a dependent variable, was measured on an ordinal scale, ordinal logistic regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Findings - The higher the level of high-involvement human resource management, the higher the level of smart factory advancement. As the level of high-involvement human resource management increases by one unit, the probability of smart factory advancement increases by 22.8%. On the other hand, the CEO's entrepreneurship did not significantly affect the level of smart factory advancement. Interestingly, the cooperative industrial relations negatively affected to the level of smart factory advancement, contrary to the hypothesis prediction. Research implications or Originality - This study explored determinants at the organizational level that affect the advancement of smart factories. Through this, various implications are presented for related research and policy fields.
